09/04/2026: Fantastic. Not exactly cheap, but since you get chilled water included, it's not too expensive. But most importantly: the delicious lunch menu. Simply wow. Special recipes, select ingredients – you don't just make that at home, certainly not on a whim. And the best part: it was vegetarian! Unfortunately, there aren't always good options. This place nailed it. I'll definitely be back.

15/04/2026: A very good restaurant in the heart of Vesoul's old town, with a lovely atmosphere and unique, very welcoming decor. We opted for the largest set menu; the price was quite reasonable, and it was incredibly filling—so much so that we skipped the cheese course, even though we're big fans of it, being from the Franche-Comté region! I sincerely recommend it; moreover, the lunch prices are more than reasonable.

14/04/2026: We booked this restaurant for a birthday meal with a pre-selected menu. The reservation process went very smoothly, with truly pleasant and efficient service. On the day itself, the service was a little slow, and the waitstaff weren't yet fully familiar with the menu. But this is a minor detail—everyone has to learn, and it didn't spoil our experience. The meal, however, was excellent from start to finish: a very successful starter, a delicious main course, and a particularly enjoyable dessert, with a small birthday treat that's always appreciated. A restaurant that takes great care of its guests, which we wholeheartedly recommend!

05/03/2026: What a delightful discovery this PMU bistro-restaurant is! While the decor is undeniably rustic, a relic of another era, the generous cuisine, also inherited from this mystical past, is a true delight. The sweetbreads were delicious. A fine selection of offal dishes is also available, including kidneys, calf's head, black pudding, and ribeye steak for a classic touch. The homemade fries are exceptional, and the dessert menu is superb, featuring profiteroles, vacherin, chocolate mousse, and more. Thank you, gentlemen of the management! Be aware that there will soon be a change of ownership. Hurry!

11/03/2026: A wonderful experience at Le Pic Assiette restaurant in Vesoul. I spent over two hours at the table and everything was perfect: generous and authentic home-style cooking, including excellent chicken with cancoillotte cheese. But beyond the food, what truly stands out is the welcome: simple and warm. You feel comfortable, you take your time, and it becomes a genuinely human experience. In a time when many restaurants are alike, it's a real pleasure to find an independent establishment with character. You can also sense the artistry, the passion for sharing, and the joy of hospitality. I highly recommend it.
