27/08/2026: While visiting Vesoul, we were given a restaurant recommendation in the shops. We arrived at the lovely terrace.
The set menu (chicken strips in Vin Jaune sauce, mashed potatoes, and tiramisu for dessert) was excellent and very well presented.
A very friendly waiter (who is leaving soon, unfortunately 😭) and waitress 👍. A place to try without hesitation.
Thank you for this wonderful discovery 🫶

A huge thank you to the entire team at Le Caveau de Vesoul for this delightful experience. Shared with my cousin, this meal was simply wonderful from start to finish.
We left the table truly happy, with smiles on our faces and full stomachs! A must-visit address where you can eat both very well and in a most pleasant atmosphere. We will return with immense pleasure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We've been customers for several years now. I've been twice this week and once last month.
The food is excellent, and the servers are great too.
However, the wait of over 40 minutes every time we come is quite frustrating, and after reading other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one who feels this way.
So we decided not to order dessert for fear of waiting another 40 minutes.
I still believe it's a very good restaurant, but this is making us less and less inclined to go back...
18/07/2026: A real gem! This is a restaurant I truly love and always enjoy returning to. The welcome is warm, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere friendly. The dishes are delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent culinary experience. Well done to the whole team, and thank you for these wonderful moments!

13/08/2026: Excellent food, pleasant, air-conditioned dining room. The waitress was very, very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We even spotted a chef with a radiant smile. Go without hesitation!
13/08/2026: A very good first impression. The young hostess gave an absolutely charming welcome and deserves praise for her smile and attentiveness throughout the meal.

30/08/2026: A very disappointing experience at the Au Bureau restaurant in Vesoul this Monday lunchtime (group of 6).
Several significant problems arose:
Arriving at 12:30 pm, we were seated at a table where the chairs hadn't even been cleaned and were covered in crumbs.
We were given menus, took our time making our choices, and it was only when we were about to order that the waitress informed us that there was no more chicken or cordon bleu. This lack of prior information wasted our time. To top it all off, the carafe of water we requested never arrived at the table.
As people from the North of France, we ordered Welsh rarebit. A major disappointment: the bread was completely over-toasted, almost burnt. The fries tasted okay, but were far from being proper fries.
The restrooms (shared with the cinema) were disgustingly filthy. Finding urinals covered in pubic hair is absolutely unacceptable for a public establishment. A completely negative experience; we will not be returning.

13/12/2025: I drove 40 minutes on a Saturday evening to arrive at 8 pm, even though the establishment was listed as open online. Once there: the door was closed, no information was given about the closure, and no one answered the phone, not even a message to let me know.
A lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
