The staff was very friendly, smiling, and attentive to their customers. Honestly, if you're looking for a good place to eat, this is it! 01/12/2025: Either we went on a bad night, or the reviews are misleading; I don't recommend it. The prices are higher than elsewhere (€30 for a fondue)! The restaurant was indeed open for dinner on November 1st.

01/12/2025: During the All Saints' Day holiday, we went to this restaurant and left before the aperitif. The welcome was appalling and rude.

10/03/2026: If you're looking for a cozy getaway in the heart of winter, the Hotel Macchi is a dream come true. The rooms retain the charming mountain style we love, and they're spotless to boot. A huge thank you to the kitchen staff for spoiling us so much, to the ski equipment manager for his invaluable advice, and to the rest of the staff—it was so pleasant to return to them after a day on the slopes, where kindness and attentiveness always awaited us. 08/03/2026: A lovely hotel with friendly staff. The shuttle service to the ski lift is incredibly luxurious and makes your stay extra comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and well-prepared. The hotel is also conveniently located. The sauna and spa are also wonderful.

29/01/2026: You can't eat on the terrace, and if you want to sit inside, you're rudely asked if you have a reservation—if you say "no," you're looked at incredulously and sent away. It would be helpful if people knew that you can only eat here with a reservation.

15/02/2026: We had three sweet crepes there. The attention to detail in the presentation, the reasonable price, the very friendly service, and the delicious crepes were all excellent. (The whipped cream is homemade and absolutely divine!) In short, a place I highly recommend.

04/03/2026: We came as a family to the restaurant Le Vieux Four to share a raclette, and the experience was more than disappointing. The cheese simply wouldn't melt and only formed into little cheese cakes. We repeatedly asked the waiter why it wasn't melting despite the raclette grill being very hot, and even asked if the cheese was pasteurized. After several trips back and forth, he finally returned to confirm that the cheese was indeed pasteurized! For a restaurant in the Hautes-Alpes region! The owner then came to our table to tell us that they had been serving pasteurized cheese for 20 years and that no one had ever complained, that it suited everyone perfectly. Except that, in this case, the cheese wasn't melting properly, making the raclette inedible! She made us out to be difficult customers who didn't understand anything. They removed the raclette grill from the table, which prevented us from finishing our meal. To "compensate," after a bit of a wait to find out what they were going to offer us, they suggested another dish. We accepted, but again, huge disappointment: the Berthous, a Savoyard specialty, also had a compact "pancake" texture with only the taste of garlic... Frankly, just as bad!!! In the end, a ruined meal, a ruined evening, a deplorable attitude, and no real attempt at self-reflection. We left very disappointed and with the feeling of not having been taken seriously. What's certain is that we will never return, far preferring the Fleur de Neige restaurant, which is excellent!!!!

23/02/2026: Great atmosphere and service! There's a lively vibe, and you can have a drink at the bar. I was disappointed by the small and overly salty crust, but the other dishes, including the fondue, were good. We had a good time.

06/02/2026: Thank you for the warm welcome and impeccable service. This petite woman, full of energy, and her colleagues were wonderful. Of course, they were honest about the products. I had the pleasure of enjoying a beef fillet with pepper sauce and morels. The meat was excellent. My friends had a raclette that was so generous they couldn't finish it, and I followed her recommendation for dessert: a homemade chocolate mousse that was delicious. Thank you again for the service; it's clear they love their work. As someone in the restaurant industry, this is truly appreciated. Thank you!
