They practically threw your dish at you, making you feel like you were bothering them, and then there was the bald, arrogant waiter. (Thank goodness the owner knows his stuff, and that makes up for everything.)

15/01/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Jardin d’Eden.
The welcome was both highly professional and warm, which immediately put us at ease. The suggestions for drinks and aperitif wines were particularly well-chosen and perfectly complemented the dishes we selected.
The quality of the food was remarkable: beautiful combinations, perfectly balanced flavors, and delightful textures. Special mention goes to the velouté, which was simply succulent.
From start to finish, everything was executed with finesse and consistency.
An address I recommend without hesitation, and one where you will definitely want to return.

A major plus: all allergies are clearly noted, which is a great relief for those with intolerances – kudos for this initiative! 👍 A very good place to eat; reservations are recommended.

03/01/2026: We ordered two lamb couscous dishes and were very disappointed. The semolina wasn't fresh; it had a slightly off taste. There were very few vegetables, and we asked for more sauce twice because the couscous was too dry. We spoke to the waiter to tell him the semolina wasn't good, and he told us it was fresh. As an apology, he offered us a glass of mint tea. The prices are too high for the quality.
26/12/2025: There are still restaurants where the food is cooked with love, generosity, and quality.
Served with a smile and great discretion. What a joy to have discovered this restaurant by chance. I highly recommend you try it.

La Frégate restaurant in Évian-les-Bains is a wonderful discovery. The pizzas are delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and fresh, flavorful ingredients. The service is warm and the atmosphere pleasant, ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. I highly recommend it!

I ordered takeout and was served quickly. It was a great find, and the price was very reasonable considering the size of the panini.

27/03/2026: A pizza listed on the menu with burrata. It was just tiny pieces rather than a ball of burrata like in good pizzerias. Frankly, we weren't even sure it wasn't mozzarella. Isn't that a bit of a rip-off?

03/01/2026: Extremely thin, overcooked pastry, industrial-tasting filling, served in the cardboard packaging with cardboard cups. The dining room was very poorly heated. I do not recommend it.

Excellent find, they were extremely good and delicate!!

However, the service was very poor from the waitress who seemed to get annoyed quickly when we asked her to repeat herself…
