07/03/2026: Great place! Very welcoming, homemade food! Top-notch service!

06/03/2026: Service was slow, however the main offender was that of consistency. We ordered a raclette for three persons only to discover a couple opposite sharing a raclette for two with exactly the same amount of food? Visted other restaurants in the week with better quality and a decent portion to service three people, some have unlimited raclette. If that was the case in this establishment it wasn't explained on ordering.

11/03/2026: We visited the restaurant. 8 guests. Table reservations were required in March. The reason for the slightly lower score was 2 reasons. One was for us who ordered duck. We found it chewy and cut up. Maybe too raw. Not a good experience with such a good ingredient. The other was the desserts. The ice cream that came with several of the dishes was tasteless and without the quality you would expect. The presentation of the desserts was great but definitely did not taste as expected. Those who ordered beef dishes were very happy with it. The waiters were nice. They never asked us if the food was tasty. Nice premises with a cozy interior. Wheelchair friendly. Vegan options. Good parking.

25/03/2026: Absolutely world class! From start to finish. The service was faultless the food was audacious, fun and full of flavour. We ate pretty much everything on the menu and couldn’t find a complaint. Make sure to ask for the secret menu upon arrival as they have a whole world of other menu options. It was my birthday on the day we went and they made it the best birthday ever, bringing out a sparkler the size of a mini golf club, plugged into a single profiterole. Best birthday ever

23/03/2026: This is now my fourth time eating at La Rotonde over the years and each time has been a very enjoyable experience. This time I brought a group of 9 mots who had never been and we all had a very good time. Food was excellent and the staff very welcoming, friendly and attentive.

21/03/2026: An amazing location, perfect for ski in and out. Heated ski lockers underneath building and straight out onto slopes. We upgraded our room for a mountain view and we're really pleased with our apartment. Fabulous views and away from any noise below. Quiet area of resort though, so didn't expect this to be much of a problem, however the views were incredible. Accomodation was great and very clean. Reception staff were very helpful and a nice touch being able to order croissants/ bakery bits night before. Skied with ESF ski school who were very good. Walk into the main town was approx 15 mins away. Cafes nearby though. Nearby shops could deliver food to apartment if required. Drove to resort and parking underneath the hotel made our arrival and departure very easy, trolleys available to load luggage up, to take to apartment. Lots of parking spaces. Did need snow chains to exit resort on last day. Picked up online ordering of ski passes in hotel reception. Everything seemed to be covered to make our stay very straightforward. Spa, though was a disappointment. Outside saunas did not work during our week and only 1 of the steam rooms. Swimming pool was lovely though.

24/03/2026: The cheese fondue was very tasty and certainly sufficient. There could be more variety in the charcuterie, though; it is mainly salami. The spare ribs were not as good; they were quite dry.

15/03/2026: I barely remember, I was drunk, but it was great! The raclette cheese was exceptional, and the lemon cheesecake was incredible 😍

15/03/2026: A culinary experience not to be missed!! We highly recommend this restaurant and hope you'll have the chance to share this delightful experience! A final evening at La Réserve before returning to our beautiful island, with mouths full of delicious flavors and wonderful memories. Not to mention the service, which perfectly complements the dishes they offer!! Congratulations!!!

14/03/2026: The way they treat the customers is despicable. We tried to eat here în 2 occasions few days ago (we ve been a group of 9) but each time we ve been rudely (very unpolitely) refused without a good reason. Second time a guy called Ben told us that they cook only for 110 People even the capacity of the restaurant is of 83 places inside and 83 outside. Very arogant, Ben post himself in the doorframe to block our access, as if we wanted to rush inside! Guys, you have a lot of work to do on your behaviour! For fellow tourists: avoid La Reserve, go to La Cabane, Le Traino or to Les Fointanes Blanches and you ll not be dissapointed. They know a lot about good food and moreover about hospitality.

04/03/2026: We ate at La Flamme restaurant almost all last week, and we were delighted. The dishes are delicious, everything is homemade, and the desserts are just as delectable. The staff is extremely friendly. Go there without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

01/03/2026: Hot chocolate and matcha served Luke warm at best. Matcha wasn't mixed at all, it was all clumped at the bottom.

07/03/2026: We tasted their cheeses: Tomme, Reblochon, and Abondance, and their fondue mix with Reblochon...it was truly delicious. We bought our cheese from their vending machine...perfect...I highly recommend it.

16/02/2026: A very warm welcome and kindness from the servers and cooks (the open kitchen was fantastic!) throughout our meal. The food was truly excellent and of superior quality. From the perfectly cooked meat to the delicious little pickled onions served with fresh mesclun, and finally the dessert: everything was delicious, generous, and delightful! Our only regret (but we'll be back): we didn't get to try the Uruguayan chef's chimichurri sauce. It must be worth it considering everything else. We'll be back.
