14/05/2024: Went for a nice dinner. Had great customer service and food, was a fantastic evening. On the pricier side for sure but you get what you pay for.

22/08/2024: La terrasse est idéalement située, près des terrains de tennis. Ce bar était notre point de rdv après une journée de randonnée. Crêpes, smoothie et milk shakes ainsi que des très bons snaking. Super accueil et très agréable service. Un lieu très agréable

16/09/2024: Inconspicuous little restaurant right next to the suspension bridge. We discovered it by chance and reserved a table for the evening. The dinner, beer, wine and dessert was simply amazing! We recommend the beef ribs with potato gratin! We'll be back.

04/09/2024: Small hotel in a good location, easy to park. Sufficient room to sleep in, clean and quiet. Small downside, no electrical outlet in the bathroom. Breakfast, simple, good pastries and good bread. Welcoming and attentive owner couple

30/07/2024: /!\ Contrary to what Maps displays, the location is not permanently closed. We spent a very pleasant night at the Kinkerne Hotel. The owners are very welcoming. The hotel has a few parking spaces right outside. The rooms are comfortable and have private bathrooms and toilets. The breakfast was very good and quite plentiful. We will come back with pleasure for future hiking trips.

31/08/2024: Pleasant place for lunch or simply to buy the farm's produce. Very welcoming staff.

29/08/2024: We visited the farm and we liked it. We sat on the terrace with magnificent sunshine to have a drink and an aperitif board. We also ate. The choices are simple and effective. Fair price. The plates are loaded with more room for dessert. The pleasant waitress. Finally we went through the store. The prices are good and this is how it’s done 😉 Beautiful day

05/01/2025: We had breakfast at La Tanière in Avoriaz, and it was an excellent experience! The breakfasts were delicious and very well served, perfect for starting the day. The server was particularly pleasant, which made the moment even more pleasant. The setting is nice at the foot of the slopes and the prices are reasonable! The only downside was that the toilets were not exceptionally clean... Still a great address to remember!

05/01/2025: Handy restaurant right beside the prodains. Food and drinks are pretty good but very expensive. The service is generally fast but as it’s such a busy place, it’s not the friendliest.

08/04/2024: Visited this place last year, so was excited to return for lunch once again. Wasn’t disappointed. Had the mountain burger with cheesey, twirly fries, and my son had the chilli con carne. Burger was as good as I recalled, and having tasted the chilli, I can say that was also very good and not spicy (my son is 9 and ate it all). It was busy when we visited, so had to sit inside, but that wasn’t a problem. Order only took about ten minutes, if that, so really good. Staff were polite. Defo return again.

20/03/2024: Very nice restaurant with excellent fondue and raclette options. On the edge of the center. Will close permanently soon, but a new location is available in the area

31/03/2024: Location brilliant right at the bottom of the slopes and next to the ski lift And as for the food it was excellent and the service was the same

23/08/2024: Avoid the children's menu: linguini Bolognese: just pasta, with a little tomato sauce, for €12… And no dessert included. The salads were plentiful in salad… Ball pool is not worth the detour… You are waiting for something nicer and bigger!

16/12/2024: Manifestement, débordé pour en début de saison. 30 minutes d’attente pour un burger et des frites, la cuisson qui m’a été demandée n’a pas été respectée. Le temps de payer et d’aller aux toilettes ils avaient vidé la table et mis ma bouteille d’eau aux poubelles.

28/08/2024: Very warm welcome! After a very long hike in Haute-forts, we had not had any water for 1.5 hours... Relieved to see a restaurant, we went in to simply have a drink: we were offered a large carafe of fresh water. We were able to chat with the very welcoming owners.

01/04/2024: Morzine gets pretty busy during Feb half term and lots of places were busier, more expensive or more difficult to get a table. We got a table without booking on the Thursday night and were wondering if there was a reason....We had a nice meal and immediately booked to come back on the Saturday. We had spaghetti bolognese, burger and steak across our two visits and all were good. Nice side salads. Good beers - including non alcoholic option for the non-drinker. Service was good. It was a pretty quick experience, quite efficient but that suited us and no complaints. There was a good mix of Brits and French customers and all seemed to be having a good time. Some big family groups enjoying themselves and seemed to be quite a lot of local aperitifs available if you wanted.
