Les meilleurs restaurants en Briancon

04/09/2025: All the restaurants were full, the only one who offered to take our number and call us back as soon as a table was free. They kept their word, despite the very large crowd, an impeccable welcome, the smiling and very dynamic staff were truly top-notch. Their food was excellent for us, a hot box, a treat. Bravo to this whole team, they deserve credit.

16/08/2025: Very pleasant terrace, charming staff, simple but careful cuisine. Delicious fresh fries. I also recommend the homemade lemonade and iced tea.

31/01/2026: The baguettes were basically delicious and fresh, we didn't regret the purchase. However, I have a feeling that there are better choices in the city in terms of price-value ratio or taste. It's definitely worth trying once, but it's not my favorite place.

21/09/2025: A discovery while I was going to the nearby market with my partner. A bakery with excellent pastries!! A tasty, airy, melting brioche!! A crisp sourdough bread with a lovely, pleasant crumb! The wholegrain and grain baguettes also have a very enjoyable, authentic, artisanal taste. The only downside is a slightly alcoholic taste in the chestnut pastries, which deserves a mention. 👍 Otherwise, there are some very nice offerings with quality artisans and a welcome that, despite the crowds, is more than welcome; you are served as you should be! A little bonus: you can even bring your little poodles in your arms! 😇 Go for it!!! 😉

13/08/2025: Arrived at 7:15 p.m. left at 9:15 p.m.: one dish. Suffice it to say how slow the service was. 15 minutes for the aperitif, we should have left... but oh well. The dish arrives, the wine is forgotten, the flavorless dish is swallowed, the wine is still not served and never served. Very average service then. The atmosphere at the twelve tables (apart from the first 3 served) was gloomy, dismayed, dejected. My wife's dish took too long and was frozen, so no dessert, no coffee. Glad to have left and gone out in the rain. Avoid (the restaurant, not the rain).

13/08/2025: Tartiflette, this dish is normally simple and effective. Very disappointed. Potatoes barely cooked well. Normally it's greasy and good, here it was more like boiled potatoes, a little cheese and very little bacon which was actually matchsticks 😕service quite slow because supposedly a large table. Didn't see the large table. The owner didn't even ask us if it went well. Too bad.
