You can tell that quality ingredients and homemade dishes are a priority. Be sure to make a reservation, as the restaurant is often very popular. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

17/07/2026: A highly recommended spot! Super friendly service, delicious food with a unique menu. 100% organic and local, with original and seasonal dishes. Meats grilled over embers right before your eyes. A chef who loves his craft.

14/06/2026: Extremely disappointed! We were expecting to discover "the best restaurant in Briançon" based on the reviews, but it was anything but. A very friendly young woman gave us a warm welcome, but then there was a very, very long wait to take our order and between each course (we almost left halfway through the meal). Our waiter was friendly but perhaps inexperienced; in any case, not up to scratch (aperitif glasses weren't cleared, so there wasn't enough room when the main courses arrived, no big deal, we just pushed everything in with our plates. The bread basket was carelessly tossed onto the table. They forgot to take our dessert order, etc.). The dishes were good, but not the treat we were expecting. The presentation was so-so, and the side dishes were always the same. Perhaps it's more of a winter restaurant, perhaps the waiter was inexperienced, perhaps the chef was new, etc. In any case, to leave faster, we didn't order coffee.

14/06/2026: The classic Caesar salad is elevated to new heights here! Generous portions, beautifully presented and fragrant, with high-quality ingredients... and the entire menu (our neighbors' plates) seemed to be of the same caliber! The dessert menu is small (homemade) but incredibly delicate. A truly wonderful place, with discreet and efficient service... We loved it!

24/07/2026: Exceptional restaurant in Briançon. The trout is cooked to perfection 😍😏. Warm and generous welcome. It's the best restaurant in town ✌️❤️. You leave with stars in your eyes, both from the warm welcome and the delighted taste buds. Their success is well-deserved.

26/05/2026: Great place! We ate well and received a very warm welcome. The craft beers are excellent. And the crepes were truly outstanding, both sweet and savory. The bill wasn't excessive. The place is charming. Thank you!

22/05/2026: The savory buckwheat pancakes are generous, but unfortunately overheated and therefore dry, and overpriced! The sweet crepes are good and reasonably priced.

20/07/2026: We were greeted politely by the server, but the poor upkeep of the terrace and the dozens of flies around the tables make me wonder why you received an overall rating of 4.6. We ate a "normal" meal; for the price, it was fine. I'm not giving it 1 star because I imagine there are always worse places out there. Don't tell me "flies are just nature"—we are in a restaurant, after all! 😊

16/07/2026: This lovely restaurant within the Briançon citadel is a wonderful discovery. The dishes are generous and delicious, and some classics, like the vitello tonnato, are given a wonderful twist. You can go there without hesitation!

16/07/2026: A beautiful restaurant at the entrance to Briançon. The dining room is simply decorated but very tastefully. The tables are spaced far apart, creating an intimate atmosphere. The service and welcome are top-notch! The dishes have bold flavors and are revisited to perfection (tomato and mozzarella appetizer), and what can I say about the cigar-shaped dessert? The only way to appreciate the quality of this dessert is to taste it!

05/07/2026: A superb culinary discovery! The dishes served at Le Péché Gourmand are exquisitely refined. The cooking is perfectly executed, the flavors are just right and worthy of a truly exceptional restaurant. It's a flawless experience in the kitchen, with a level of gastronomy that delights the palate. The only area for improvement concerns the dining room. The decor and overall atmosphere unfortunately don't quite match the excellence of the food. A slightly more refined and welcoming setting would further enhance the remarkable work done in the kitchen. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this restaurant for the exceptional quality of the meal, which is well worth the trip.

15/03/2026: A charming, family-run hotel in a great location. Beautiful, tastefully decorated chalet-style rooms. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Secure parking is a nice bonus.

15/08/2026: The food is very good and very generous. I'm taking off one star because they don't accept restaurant cards. I don't understand why restaurant owners complain about supermarkets accepting restaurant cards, but there are so many supermarkets that they refuse to accept them.
