6 sour, spoiled garbures.
The waiter told us, "Yes, we make a lot on Saturdays and we serve it as it's ready..." It's Monday night!
Three slices of raw carrot on top...
One of us threw up on the way out. 0 stars, but I can't.

02/03/2026: So, how can I put it?! This restaurant has absolutely no authenticity. The garbure (cabbage soup) was disgusting, tasted like vinegar, it was awful. I even had a stomach ache that same evening. And the "Puit d'Amour" (Well of Love) dessert? Honestly, it was just ice cream with cream on top for 11 euros. Seriously, avoid this restaurant; it has nothing authentic about it, not even the owner, the cook, or the waitress. Look elsewhere; there are real mountain restaurants in Cauterets.

22/09/2025: Very friendly welcome, simple but pleasant setting. A true restaurateur who loves his job, and it shows.
Simple but excellent meal, with well-prepared ingredients and beautiful presentation.
Simple but pleasant wine list.
Very reasonable bill.
All in all, a good place for a very pleasant meal, and a real treat.

I recommend this bakery.
Everything is delicious. We had breakfast, sandwiches, croustades, and breads. Of course, you need a little time, but the saleswoman does what she can. Given how busy it is at certain times, two people serving wouldn't be a luxury. And if that's not convenient, there are other bakeries in Cauterets.

24/11/2024: We went with 5 people for a drink on Friday evening (11/22/24) and wanted to have 3 paid drinks and 2 glasses of water. The waiter disrespected us and spoke to us very badly because according to him we were obliged to take more paid drinks. This dark-haired, long-haired waiter with an old beard asked us to leave the place after being familiar with us. This is unacceptable, we do not treat customers this way. SHAME ON THIS “MAN”.

Entrecôte plutôt 100g que 350g !
Les sanitaires ne sont pas propres (même pas de savon).
Le personnel est agréable !
15/04/2024: Très bien. Plats de très bonne qualité (nous avons pris le porc noir, le navarin d agneau et le plat enfant) et personnel très accueillant.
Les commentaires désobligeants sont incompréhensibles.

23/08/2024: Compte tenu de la réputation de cette boulangerie et des avis positifs, nous avons eu envie de déguster les fameuses tourtes! Un délice 😍
Nous avons opté pour plusieurs variétés : myrtille, chocolat, amande...
Chacune d'entre elles est excellente!
18/08/2024: Après un séjour d’une semaine sur Cauterets nous avons pris notre pain tous les matins chez eux.
Malheureusement nous avons pris trop tardivement leurs fameuses tourtes à la myrtilles. En effet nous avons adoré ce produit de la région et notamment les leurs.
Merci pour ce gâteaux que nous allons essayer de reproduire à la maison. Je sais que vous n’allez pas nous donner la recette mais au moins est-ce que vous pouvez nous donner le dosage du rhum? SVP
En tout cas bravo pour cette tourte.
Ps : celle au chocolat est également très bonne.

Pensez à regarder Waze pour y aller en voiture, Google vous perdra

14/07/2024: Nous y sommes aller a 4 après avoir réservé pensant notre rando du tour de lisey. Et le patron nous accueille nous installé en terrasse et le serveur version gabarie de rygbiman indique d entre que le service va être folklorique vu qu il manque du personnel et à partir de la un régal de blagues et d expressions avec des plats copieux et goûteux fait maison, grillade feux de bois le tout pour un tarif très correct . A découvrir absolument

18/08/2024: The worst experience of my life both in terms of cuisine (chicken purchased in the top budget section) and in terms of friendliness.
If you are looking to speak at a prison gate, order your pizzas from the manager.
