24/08/2024: During our girls' getaway, we discovered a true gem nestled in the mountains. This restaurant charmed us from the moment we arrived with its warm and authentic atmosphere. The dishes were delicious and generous. We particularly appreciated the quality of the local products and the careful presentation. Caring, smiling and attentive staff. An address that we highly recommend for a gourmet and friendly moment on the terrace with the sound of the Gave. THANKS.

19/08/2024: Si vous chercher un resto en descendant de la balade du lac de gaube, arrêtez vous à la raillère. Resto la cascade, très bon pas cher et des serveurs agréables. Et un parking face au resto gratuit pendant 3 heures.

We're used to eating hot American food, and this time that wasn't the case. It's a shame, because we think you have the potential to improve. These little details are not trivial and can really make all the difference for your customers and your establishment. Even if you are in a good position and feel safe about it, it is important to make an effort to remain professional. Besides, the welcome is nice, but it would also be appreciated if someone came to see customers from time to time to make sure they don't miss anything. This shows that you care about your customers and your business. I would add that this feeling is not only limited to your establishment, but seems general in Cauterets. Whether at Carrefour Montagne or the local creperie, everyone seems to rely on their privileged location, which gives the impression that customer service is not a priority.
