Excellent fries, the only thing I ate the rest in the trash.
Quite nice welcome.
I won't come back and I don't recommend eating there.
Given the owner's responses to the bad reviews, I'm waiting for mine.

28/03/2024: A Savoyard fondue at the top! An excellent atmosphere and super friendly bosses. It’s a nice mix of locals and vacationers. Go there and you will meet surprising people 😉

A service also very pleasant and friendly.
16/03/2024: There were 4 of us arriving, unfortunately to be able to sit down we had to move the tables due to lack of space…
The pancakes are good in themselves but in terms of toppings it remains really light
Then the pancakes with semi-salted butter really aren't great (see disgusting) and I'm still looking for the jam: positive point we're going to drink our liter of water at the party
Then the neighbor and her vocabulary and the rather high decibels the servers could have reacted

31/03/2024: A passage which risks becoming a must for us in Cauterets for their pizzas. First time last year (2023), second visit this Easter weekend (2024).
Fine pasta and effective toppings. 👌
The only downside (very 2024) is that the prices are a little high (€39/3 pizzas).

25/02/2024: Always well received by the highly competent staff, we have appreciated for several years the quality of the products which are fresh, delicious and abundant.
I particularly recommend the hot chocolate which allows you to take a pleasant break in the warmly furnished back shop.
The only downside is that I don't understand why pain au chocolat is stupidly called "Chocolate" LOL
While Xavier, the owner, like me, is a guy from the North whose reputation is well established.
In short, don't change anything, it's perfect.
21/02/2024: The setting has changed a lot... you have to help yourself, everything is industrial, and the price is not given at this price we hope to have a minimum of service. And the icing on the cake is the HS toilets with small children. In short, the disappointment is complete, compared to the warm place it could have been.
