07/10/2025: More than 15 euros for fake carbonaras swimming in cream. Very disappointed, I make the same at home for 8 euros. If you don't know how to do it, why suggest it if you suspect the result will be bad?

06/02/2026: The bread and cakes were quite good and reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, the customer service (slow and disorganized) left much to be desired… the saleswomen chatted amongst themselves, and I sometimes felt like I was bothering them. There were also a few errors in my orders (I've since made it a habit to check them every time!).

The welcome was cold, and we felt like we were bothering the waiter.
The service really needs to be improved. I won't be back.

The welcome and customer service were not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant.
The situation was not handled professionally, and no satisfactory solution was offered.
I will not be returning to Café des Arts.

21/12/2025: I came for lunch one day. The dining room was very noisy, the service rushed and not at all friendly. As for the food, the €20 set menu included an egg mayonnaise with a small salad, which was quite mediocre, followed by a burger with pulled pork... the bun was soggy and turned to mush, the pork was swimming in an industrial barbecue sauce, and the cabbage was in a sauce that tasted like it came from a plastic container – nothing was homemade. To top it off, I would have liked a dessert to make up for this meal, but the waiter never came. I will not be returning to this very disappointing brasserie.
24/10/2025: For a brasserie, it's rare to encounter such a clumsy waiter, who also gets the order wrong. After spilling a glass on my pants and waiting interminably, the coffee wasn't even offered.

13/03/2026: Food poisoning that started literally 3 hours after I ate it, and it was my only meal of the day on January 1st, 2025, in the middle of the night. I see that there were other cases of food poisoning a few days before mine, and that it's still happening.
Currently in the university hospital… I'm extremely nervous.
Update:
One year later, I ended up hospitalized for several days and had a constant stomach bug until November 2025, when I had to have surgery.
A word of advice for your health: never eat there.

It went straight in the bin, and believe me, I never do that.

13/03/2026: I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. The leather booths are comfortable; it's not just a takeaway kebab place. You can actually sit down and eat in peace.
13/03/2026: Super convenient takeaway order. Called at 8pm, ready at 8:15pm. Well wrapped in foil, kept it hot until I got home.

30/11/2025: Great place to eat and have a drink, special mention to the waitress (Fanny) who was super nice and gave us great advice despite two other customers being very unpleasant to her, I recommend it!
16/11/2025: I agree with the other reviews: the delivery quality isn't great. I ordered a "Paradis Terrestre" and found it all very poorly prepared: packaged in a simple cardboard box, without bread, salad, or sauce… This really needs to be fixed because it doesn't make me want to order from you again.

01/02/2026: I came to eat with my husband earlier. I'm not quite sure where to begin…
We were told the card machine wasn't working, so we paid in cash, which isn't a problem in itself. But I wonder what a customer who doesn't have cash on them does.
On the other hand, the chef inside was talking very loudly on his phone, as if he were at home, and it really bothered me. I don't think it's very respectful to customers.
I'm only giving one star for the young woman who served us: she was very kind and attentive, and she even closed the door without me asking because I was cold. She's truly lovely.
Otherwise, the crepes were good, no complaints there.

09/09/2025: I've been walking past it for 10 years, without ever setting foot in it. For the first time, I decided to sit down and eat, and frankly, it's excellent. The meat was very good. The burger was very good. The fries were good, and I think the value for money is very good.

15/01/2026: This is a great find. The baristas are lovely, very helpful, and efficient! The atmosphere, if you choose your time wisely, is calm and perfect for relaxing or working, and the drinks are good. The pastries, especially the cinnamon roll, are absolutely delicious ☺️ The price-quality ratio is good. The dining experience is excellent. It might seem like a small thing, but the tableware is also of good quality, which contributes to a great customer experience.
