24/07/2026: Outrageous! I received a completely different order than what I ordered, and nothing has been done to change it. No refund whatsoever.

19/07/2026: Order placed on the Pizza Hut website. Delivered an hour late, plus the order was incomplete. I would not recommend them.

03/07/2026: The ground floor terrace, which, for those who, like me, might think is on the hotel's rooftop, was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The service was very slow, although the hostess was very professional and charming, but unfortunately, she couldn't compensate for the less-than-ideal surroundings. (Caipirinha with lemon!) ) On a positive note, a very appreciated gesture of goodwill.

08/06/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! We booked a month ago to celebrate a birthday. There were five of us, yet upon arrival, no one was available. The restaurant was clearly open, as tables were set up, but there was no information. No manager. No one to answer our questions.

12/08/2026: I'm disappointed with my takeout order. It consisted of two vegetable spring rolls, but the wrappers were hard and bland. The two chamoussas (small savory pastries) were tasteless! I'm not usually one to complain, but I won't be going back there to eat. I'm disgusted! 😞

22/04/2026: "Délice Boulogne"? The only delight here is leaving! 🤮** An absolutely catastrophic experience, run away immediately! Given the number of people inside (**the restaurant was completely deserted**), I should have been suspicious: the emptiness of the dining room clearly foreshadows the quality of the food. **Here's the "menu" of horror:** * **The Weight Scam:** I ordered spicy shrimp (€3.30 per 100g). The waitress gave me a tiny portion and, as soon as I approached the scale, she discreetly removed some of the product. Dishonest from beginning to end. * **The Skewer of Fear:** €1.30 for a "skewer" that was just a slice of carpaccio... **with green highlights** (see photo). This is unacceptable. * **Disgusting Bo Bun:** The beef is rubbery like tires, and the spring rolls taste rancid like used oil. The whole thing is swimming in a plate three-quarters full of water to cheat on the weight. **Outcome:** As a result, I ended up **in the emergency room with severe food poisoning**. I am currently **hospitalized** because of their total lack of hygiene. "Boulogne Delight"? It's more like "Boulogne Torture." **RUN AWAY BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE FOR YOUR HEALTH!** 🚩🚩🚩

11/08/2026: I arrived around 1 p.m. At first, everything was quiet and the music was very low, which was perfect for working. After placing my order, the music volume was turned up significantly. I politely asked them to turn it down, but unfortunately, nothing was done. Very disappointing for a place where many people come to work.

22/07/2026: The baristas, who are very young, talk loudly non-stop; you can hear their stories throughout the Starbucks. It's neither pleasant nor professional.
