06/06/2026: This Pizza Hut is engaging in illegal business practices. They advertise a "buy one, get one free" pizza, but refuse to give out the free pizza. Plus, the manager is awful; I had to call the police to resolve the issue. And to top it off, I found hairs in my pizza.

30/05/2026: Avoid deliveries via Uber Eats…you never get the complete order and the pizzas are good but tiny, I don't recommend it!

08/06/2026: Shameful! We booked a month in advance for my daughter's birthday. They told us they were honored, but on the day, when we arrived at the restaurant, they said they no longer had any tables. Unacceptable. Don't go there and spread the word. Sincerely

08/06/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! We booked a month ago to celebrate a birthday. There were five of us, yet upon arrival, no one was available. The restaurant was clearly open, as tables were set up, but there was no information. No manager. No one to answer our questions.

15/05/2026: You can eat without cardboard! The new setting is much cozier, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The raspberry cookie is delicious!

02/04/2026: The place has been renovated; it's clean and pleasant. But the Wi-Fi is still terrible: slow, unstable, and unusable. For a Starbucks, it's clearly not up to standard.

22/04/2026: "Délice Boulogne"? The only delight here is leaving! 🤮** An absolutely catastrophic experience, run away immediately! Given the number of people inside (**the restaurant was completely deserted**), I should have been suspicious: the emptiness of the dining room clearly foreshadows the quality of the food. **Here's the "menu" of horror:** * **The Weight Scam:** I ordered spicy shrimp (€3.30 per 100g). The waitress gave me a tiny portion and, as soon as I approached the scale, she discreetly removed some of the product. Dishonest from beginning to end. * **The Skewer of Fear:** €1.30 for a "skewer" that was just a slice of carpaccio... **with green highlights** (see photo). This is unacceptable. * **Disgusting Bo Bun:** The beef is rubbery like tires, and the spring rolls taste rancid like used oil. The whole thing is swimming in a plate three-quarters full of water to cheat on the weight. **Outcome:** As a result, I ended up **in the emergency room with severe food poisoning**. I am currently **hospitalized** because of their total lack of hygiene. "Boulogne Delight"? It's more like "Boulogne Torture." **RUN AWAY BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE FOR YOUR HEALTH!** 🚩🚩🚩

31/03/2026: A super delicious bo bun, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend it. It was fresh and high-quality. I ate everything, so no photo.

27/04/2026: Frankly, it was quite an unpleasant experience today. I'm pregnant, so I was simply sitting outside with my husband while my friend went inside to buy drinks—she spent about €20. When she returned, just a few seconds later, a waiter came over to tell us that the water bottles weren't for on-premises consumption and even removed the ashtray before my husband had finished. I understand that there might be rules, but the way they handled it was frankly clumsy and unnecessarily abrupt. A little more patience and courtesy would have been more than enough, especially given the circumstances. It's a shame, because this kind of behavior gives a very bad impression.

30/06/2026: Cold food. Undercooked fries… World Cup meal without the cup even though it costs extra… one of the worst McDonald's in the Île-de-France region. No wonder the Master Chicken across the street is so popular

29/06/2026: For once I took my kids there... no burgers included in the Happy Meal and the wait was incredibly long. Anyway, I know why I avoid McDonald's, and this one in particular. It's all junk food, not even "fast," and apparently burgers are now an optional extra ;-)

29/06/2026: The California rolls are tiny and look like bite-sized pieces of rice served as appetizers. The miso soup is undrinkable: it was clearly from the day before, or worse. A restaurant to avoid.

01/10/2025: SCAM even for a simple cereal bread, not dense enough, tastes like bleach, with flour that is too light and with practically no seeds: €5.90!!!! Explanation: supposedly organic, I say supposedly because it is a far cry from the organic breads I eat regularly and also a far cry from the non-organic breads in other bakeries that are half the price and much better than this supposedly organic one! I didn't think to check the organic label in the store. I told them I wouldn't come back. But the Consumer Affairs and Fraud Department?

14/05/2026: I bought a quiche that was clearly from the day before; it was very dry, tasteless, and lacking salt—not very good. It would be helpful to indicate, or at least display, that it wasn't fresh. The woman who served me was very nice. It's a shame because I used to go to Paul in other towns. This one is nothing like it; I don't recommend it.

06/04/2026: The cream inside my macaron was still half-frozen, my sandwich was ice-cold and tasteless. It makes you wonder if anything is even made on-site; personally, I seriously doubt it. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the staff's lack of courtesy. No thank you, no goodbye, not even a smile. If you don't like the restaurant industry, why stay? Eat somewhere else; you'll be better served.

14/04/2026: €5 for a ridiculous portion of tasteless white rice to go... how could they possibly mess up rice? I'm still wondering... and selling it at such a price is unacceptable... I understand the 3.6/5 rating much better now.
