01/11/2025: Truly exceptional, a real change from the other restaurants nearby. The management is very respectful and attentive. The dishes are delicious and refined. The prices are very reasonable. Go there, you'll be delighted. I just learned that this restaurant is closing permanently! A HUGE LOSS for the town of Agde, really. It would have been better if it had been the other one next door...

22/10/2025: A truly fantastic restaurant! There were seven of us, and everyone was delighted. The welcome was friendly, and the service was very attentive. The menus were also available in German, which made ordering easy. The dishes were very creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. The "Little Delight" set menu is especially recommended. The gratinated mussels, the red mullet, and the special lemon tart were all outstanding! Paying by card was no problem. The ambiance on the little boat is truly lovely. We'll definitely be back!

19/04/2026: Traditional cuisine passed down through generations, everything is homemade. A superb, high-quality meal featuring traditional dishes—be prepared for generous portions! Excellent fresh, local produce: mussels, stuffed mussels, grilled fish, aioli, and delicious fish soup. I'm not usually a big fan of fish, but this was truly excellent!

You can enjoy a generous portion for an unbeatable price (€25 for a starter/main course/dessert/wine). It's authentic, fresh, and welcoming. The best spot for a casual meal. My family has been coming here for four generations, and it's our go-to place ☀️ Thank you to the owners and the whole team for making it such a lovely place ❤️

I understand that some might be hesitant, but we were four adults with big appetites, and we were able to have two meals! The quality/price ratio is unbeatable! We thoroughly enjoyed it! When we come back, we will definitely order again! The delivery was super fast, and the person on the phone was very friendly! In short, it's a great deal with no problems! (Don't hesitate to order directly instead of using Uber.)

11/05/2026: We were visiting Cap d’Agde during our vacation and had a family meal at Crescendo with my two children and my mother. During the meal, my son unfortunately found a bone in his fish from the children's menu and choked, which obviously worried and upset us greatly. I would particularly like to thank David, who was absolutely remarkable. As soon as he saw our concern, he intervened with great calm, kindness, and attentiveness. He gave us advice, came back several times to check on my son, and was truly compassionate and concerned. Thanks to his help and attention, everything was eventually resolved. A huge thank you to him for his kindness and professionalism. He managed to transform a very stressful moment into a reassuring and human experience. My children also greatly enjoyed the ice cream and the little treats he offered afterward. Thanks again David 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

06/05/2026: A truly memorable lunch at Le Bistro d’Hervé in old Agde — a Michelin-recognized kitchen (Bib Gourmand, two Fourchettes) that absolutely lives up to the billing. The meal opened with a complimentary seafood tapenade served alongside warm, herb-dusted crostini — an unexpected and gracious touch that set the tone. I followed with the avocado and shrimp: presented in a crisp golden crust with wasabi mayonnaise, spring onions, and lime. Bright, balanced, and quietly inventive. Then the main event — a thick, beautifully seared pork chop over silky mashed potato, finished with sautéed greens, shallots, and a deeply reduced jus I could have eaten by the spoonful. A minerally glass of local white wine was the perfect counterpoint, sharp enough to cut the richness without competing with it. Chef Hervé Dos Santos is doing serious, soulful, forward-thinking cooking in this small Languedoc town. If you can make your way to 47 rue Brescou, you will not be disappointed.

07/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery tonight! The cuisine is incredible and refined, the flavors are amazing, and the ingredients are so fresh. I highly recommend it for a romantic evening or a family dinner! It's a 10/10 from cocktails to dessert 🍸🍨

28/04/2026: End of April... all tables were free at 4 pm. We wanted to have a cappuccino (€5 each) but the tables on the beach were reserved for food 🙈... No chance of sitting there 🙈🙈🙈

26/04/2026: Excellent meal! We were seated on the terrace overlooking the harbor. The service was very quick and the staff very friendly. I highly recommend it!

24/04/2026: Refined and hearty cuisine. On the seafront near a quiet little square, sheltered from the wind. We'll be back.

15/05/2026: Once again, we were delighted with the €18.90 set menu: Starter, main course, and dessert with fresh fish or meat. The dishes were very good. The children's menu was also good value for money. The view from the seafront terrace was fantastic. The only downside today was that the waiter was really very (too) rushed, which didn't really allow for any relaxation for the other customers... We will definitely be back!

11/05/2026: This restaurant boasts a superb location right on the seafront. The daily special is very affordable and remains the same price all year round, even during peak tourist season. The interior is beautifully appointed, and the homemade dishes are delicious and well-presented. The staff has been the same for years and is very attentive. Go without hesitation!

20/05/2026: A nice little place, but it was better with the old owner, nicknamed Papou.

19/05/2026: Even though it was a Sunday evening and a little before the holidays (May 17th), we ordered fish soup. They didn't have any sea bream, and even more surprisingly, we ended up ordering a seafood gratin (which was good). I asked if it was possible to have rice instead of pasta, but they didn't have any rice either! 🤔 Conclusion: Before sitting down, ask if the menu is full (one table even left).

13/05/2026: Exceptional cuisine, simple and welcoming staff, everything is perfect, one of the best places on Cap d'Agde
