24/11/2025: The best mussel and oyster restaurant in the area! The mussels are grilled in a wood-fired oven! The gratinated oysters are divine! The atmosphere right on the Etang is fantastic – especially in the evenings! Excellent value for money! It's best to reserve in advance – the restaurant is always very busy.

09/07/2025: An enchanting interlude at St. Bath today. Friendly welcome, excellent meal, and a boat tour that's a must. Gilles, our "boat captain," passionately explains his work as an oyster farmer. A truly interesting experience. A real treat!

08/07/2025: The sunset over the pond is fantastic, as are the house oysters! :) The young waiters are very friendly. One small drawback is the size of the tables for four, which are sometimes a bit narrow for seating, the trays, the bottles, etc. We love it and come back regularly.

17/09/2025: Ouch, at first glance the restaurant is well-kept and has a nice atmosphere, but the staff and management are terrible. The food is terrible, and they wanted to charge us an extra dessert. No, never again, and above all, run away.

02/12/2025: A very beautiful place, but although the name remains, the chef at La Table d'Emilie has changed, as has the quality. Never disappointed by the "historic" restaurant, I didn't find its signature style here. The cuisine aims for (too) innovation, but some combinations don't work. The starter was rather simplistic: a zucchini blossom stuffed with a bland filling and accompanied by four small mussels that seemed out of place. The squab was very good, but a small gratin dauphinois or mashed potatoes would have been welcome, as we were left wanting more. The dessert was unremarkable, and to top it all off, the second choice of starter wasn't available that day (even though it was cuttlefish-based, not hard to find), and the turbot offered as a main course was also unavailable. It's a shame; another (very) good restaurant has disappeared.

09/11/2025: My first visit was enchanting. This one less so, probably because we were a table of 4, and we had to order the same menu for everyone...and it had flavors based around coffee (a drink I hate).

23/09/2024: Very delicious fish parillada: beautiful salmon steak (overcooked for me I prefer it half-cooked), very pearly scallops, large fillet of sea bream, dry also good. The skin of the fish was ultra crispy as we like!! A little garlic mayonnaise which accompanies everything with very crispy rosties as well. A smiling and very attentive waitress. Fast service. Clean toilet 🫶🏼

19/09/2024: Absolutely sensational food. We took the menu for Euro 19.90. Very good selection of starters, main courses and desserts. Everyone should find what they are looking for here. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. Reservations are recommended.

03/09/2024: We discovered this address last week and we are delighted with it. The staff are really very friendly and welcoming. Contrary to some reviews I have read, I did not find them stressed or under pressure. The servers took great care of us. The dishes are really very good, whether it's the mussels, the XXL cuttlefish or the burger. The children's menu with real nuggets was loved by my son. We had a great time and we will happily come back next year. A word of advice, remember to book because we didn't do so, we were lucky to be at the end of the season and to arrive right away at noon, but it filled up quickly.

03/09/2024: Nous venons à Marseillan plage depuis plusieurs années mais nous avions déjà nos habitudes. Cette année nous recherchons un nouveau lieu et les avis internet nous ont amené au Scampi. Nous n'avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et aux petits soins. Les plats sont copieux et délicieux, et la terrasse très agréable. Nous reviendront avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

26/01/2026: As usual, we had a very pleasant time at this top-notch buffet restaurant. The ice cream and rum baba were a real treat. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

25/01/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere, the service, the local beer, the setting—everything was perfect for an unforgettable experience! Kudos to the staff, the waitress, and the mustachioed bartender (who was hilarious). We highly recommend the baked Camembert and the pot-au-feu. See you soon!

30/11/2025: Never seen anything like it. I went at 6 PM to reserve a table for 7 PM. We arrived at 7 PM and, surprise, the restaurant was closed. I understand that there might not be enough customers to open, but showing a little respect for the people who take the time to make a reservation and then travel again to eat at your restaurant is the least you could do.

23/09/2024: Restaurant located on the edge of the Thau pond offering oysters and mussels (the famous brasucade cooked over a wood fire) directly from the producer to the plate. Excellent value for money, the discovery menu is delicious. The establishment also offers different tielles as starters, as well as artisanal ice creams for dessert. Welcome with ease. Bring a little wool in the evening

20/09/2024: Parking on site, reservation would be recommended in season. The whole team friendly and helpful. The mussels with sauce were very good, the baked mussels and oysters were sensational.

09/12/2025: on my way back from spain i stopped there for a café creme... €3.20 for a shitty café au lait, no cream of course,too expensive. i went back to spain, where the coffee is not bitter.

27/09/2024: If you like oysters, mussels or sardines you will be served. It's the ideal place. The welcome, the service like the quality of the shellfish or the fish is 5/5 It is a very well run family business. We can only recommend.

14/09/2025: We ate at Elie's twice in early September 2025. The burgers arrived very quickly and were good, the service was always very friendly, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. Cons: The fries were barely edible once and completely uneatable once (far too greasy).
