04/04/2026: After four visits, I can tell you it's one of my favorite places in Rennes! Simple, efficient, good food, and very pleasant service! I'll be back every time I'm in Rennes!
02/04/2026: Good and varied galettes, attentive and very honest staff. I went with my partner who is celiac; we booked for buckwheat galettes, and when we arrived, the chef had checked his flour and informed us that it contained traces of gluten. His commitment and honesty with customers is much appreciated.

28/03/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with entirely homemade cuisine, including pasta (and the carbonara is made in a cheese wheel). Even the trompe-l'oeil desserts are homemade.
In addition, we received a very warm welcome even though we hadn't made a reservation.
21/03/2026: We had lunch on the terrace this Saturday. The street is very quiet and pleasant. The food was delicious, from the antipasti to the desserts—we thoroughly enjoyed it! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients (cured meats, mascarpone) and the fact that everything is made to order. We rediscovered flavors we'd experienced during our travels in Italy.

29/04/2026: I was passing by and stopped in, discovering this little restaurant. I felt transported to another world. I explored the menu, and the staff helped me with the dishes; it was incredibly friendly. A big thank you, and the peaceful atmosphere was so relaxing. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. I apologize for the late hour. I was so engrossed in the unfamiliar place that I forgot it was closing time. Sorry. Excellent recommendation. Highly recommended.
29/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We enjoyed high-quality, perfectly seasoned dishes, including a generous €12 set menu. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the waiter (Swapow) was very friendly, contrary to some reviews. In short, go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

05/04/2026: Despite the professional and friendly service, the quality of the food was clearly disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The so-called "roasted" salmon was tasteless and bland, and the truffle croque monsieur was simply shameful, served on a plate piled high with salad. As an added bonus, the wines were more expensive than the same bottle would cost at a wine shop. I won't be returning.
29/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant by ordering the signature six-course menu with wine pairing. Everything was delicious, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert; it was refined, original, and bursting with flavor. Furthermore, the atmosphere is warm and the service impeccable. A restaurant worth discovering! This menu deserves a Michelin star.

11/12/2025: I didn't want to leave Brittany without having eaten a galette, and I hesitated in the middle of December to order one in this covered but open-air space... But the good reviews were tempting... And they were more than deserved! Delicious and generous portions, and a rare kindness coupled with a very pleasant conversation at the counter. Thank you!

Everything I tasted was delicious, even the olive oil!
On top of that, the service was excellent, and I didn't have to wait long to be served.
I would still recommend making a reservation, though, as it fills up quickly.

21/02/2026: It used to be a reliable choice, but that's no longer the case.
Be aware that the menu online is not the one offered in the restaurant. It's more expensive and the dishes are less elaborate. It's still good, but nothing special. The dishes are barely hot enough. The Parmentier tastes good with plenty of duck, but there's hardly enough mashed potato. The truffle mashed potato is also very good, but there's too much truffle, which overwhelms the flavor of the fish.

We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert: the portions were just right—plenty of food that left us feeling satisfied without being stuffed or hungry. The homemade quality of the ingredients is evident. The sauces, confits, and other accompaniments were delicious. 👌 There were seven of us, and everyone agreed.
