04/09/2026: The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was freshly prepared. The owner was incredibly friendly and cracked a few jokes, which kept us not only well-fed but also entertained. Even though the restaurant was supposed to close at 4:30 pm, we were able to stay longer and the owner didn't kick us out at closing time. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Rennes: incredibly delicious food, a very friendly owner, everything freshly prepared, and excellent value for money.

27/08/2026: Always dishes and flavors that I enjoy (re)discovering whenever I have the chance to come to Rennes! A small (not to say big) favorite is the pandan cake (which you can't find anywhere else!) And above all, always greeted with big smiles ☺️

28/07/2026: A wonderful discovery during a family meal. The decor was tasteful, the welcome warm, and the food bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, especially the homemade cocktails. (Don't hesitate to ask for the recipe.) Coloring materials and crayons are available for children to keep them entertained.

21/07/2026: What a great find! Delicious pizzas in a lovely setting (terrace) and delightful service. Special mention for the thoughtful attention given to our little dog.

The set menu with various hot and cold mezze to share (€30 for two) offers excellent value for money and allows you to discover authentic Lebanese cuisine. The staff is attentive and the welcome is always warm. Just remember to book, the restaurant is often full!

13/09/2026: A traditional restaurant where the food is delicious. We had the Chinese hot pot for two, as well as Peking duck and spring rolls; all the dishes were excellent and the welcome was very warm. We will return as soon as we have the opportunity.

While randomly searching for a small, family-run restaurant with good food… we were lucky enough to get a table for two without a reservation and find ourselves inside (despite the sweltering heat), facing the chefs. The organization was perfect, and the management of the 50 covers was incredibly professional. In short, the originality of the dishes, their quality, and the impeccable service left us feeling like we'd discovered a hidden gem! We highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return as soon as possible. Thank you to the entire team.

Beautiful flavors, delicious and expertly prepared dishes, with combinations that allowed us to discover new tastes. The welcome was warm and the service top-notch, with a smiling and attentive team. 13/09/2026: Excellent restaurant! 🍜 Mr. Yak offers a great variety of dishes; there's something for everyone. The menu is very good value for money, which is a real plus. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal! 😋 We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well. We'll definitely be back!

19/09/2026: My husband and I were drawn in by the beautiful colors of the strobe lights and the lovely plants on the terrace. The dishes perfectly complemented the decor: authentic, colorful, and surprising. We'll gladly return for dessert when my husband isn't too tired.

22/09/2026: This crêperie truly lives up to its name! At La Gourmandise, you'll find soft, generously filled galettes made with local, IGP-certified products. A very indulgent visit for me (one galette and one apple frangipane crêpe). 🥰 So yes, Rennes has a large number of crêperies, and yes, most are in the city center, but a big no to some of them! Galettes that are too dry (the corners crack and crumble), ridiculously small fillings for the price... The complete opposite of La Gourmandise; you can enjoy excellent galettes there with advice from the owner! Go without hesitation!

09/09/2026: Absolutely delicious! 😋 Finally, a restaurant where they actually eat vegetables! The children's play area is fantastic; they love it! Okay, so they don't eat too much, but at least we have some peace and quiet. The only downside is that I always leave with a completely full stomach because it's so good and generous portions! 😉
