26/03/2024: Came in just for a sweet crepe after a disappointing dinner in another restaurant. I was treated to an absolutely fantastic crepe, light and delicious, perfectly cooked, as well as lovely staff, a good coffee, and a great atmosphere, all for a very fair price

03/04/2024: Started out with 6 fresh tasty oysters. Followed by delicious crab tacos. Then a super prepared stingray fillet with perfectly cooked vegetables. Desserts were pickled apples and cheese salad with apple sticks and field salad — both very well prepared. All in all, TOP ingredients and service — many thanks.

05/04/2024: Nice ambience. Food is nice to look at, but sometimes uninspired or so-so.
Tuna appetizer was good.
The entrecote - unfortunately typical for France - too thin. And boiled rather than fried.
The noodles were just bland. The risotto for vegetarians is at best an emergency solution.
Last year the kitchen's performance was significantly better.

20/05/2024: Dîner en famille. Très beau cadre avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, un personnel à la hauteur. Néanmoins, trois convives ont choisi le menu "Grand large" et les autres ont opté pour un choix à la carte et si la cuisson du bar était parfaite, l'accompagnement était plus que "brut" avec des morceaux de carotte sans travail, une sauce quasi inexistante. Pour l'épaule d'agneau confite, la viande était trop sèche et le trait de sauce minimaliste n'a rien arrangé.
Je veux biens que le prix des plats inclut un ensemble de coûts mais au vu de la qualité qui n'était pas au rendez-vous, c'est exagéré ( plus cher que chez le grand chef etoilé toulousain où nous sommes allés il y a peu).
20/05/2024: Tres déçu par cette adresse, nous avons pris le menu à 62€ qui, certes est le moins cher mais qui n est quand même pas donné. En entrée les asperges blanches étaient présentées dans une infâme bouillie insipide. À la limite une vinaigrette aurait fait le job. L anneau de sept heures n'avait rien d extradordinaire et les légumes étaient présents mais cuisines sans inspiration. Ajoutez à cela une maître d'hôtel blasée et mal aimable (je ne parle pas de la serveuse qui était charmante) et bous obtenez tous les ingrédients d une soirée ratée. La déco sympatique, la vue agréable et le dessert (entremet chocolat passion) ne compensent hélas pas

05/04/2024: The crepe otherwise is really that. I came a few years ago and it's still just as good: friendly welcome, beautiful decor, unusual flavors, difficult to return to another creperie afterwards. Absolutely worth discovering in Saint-Malo.

04/04/2024: Location on the hill is fantastically beautiful. The sites are not level and this makes it difficult to place your camper properly.
04/04/2024: Loved our stay, few minutes from beach, 15 mins from walked city. War memorials next to site. Lots of camping spots, plenty of space. Friendly staff. Toilets and showers and cleaning facilities old but clean.. Warm water.. Need your own soap and loo roll. Extended our stay... Lots to see and do... Thank you

02/04/2024: A good welcome, a more complicated service with an oversight and an error on a table of 9, no compensation..., I cannot give the average despite the fact that we ate well.

03/04/2024: Despite a call at lunchtime for the evening to reserve a table close to the bay window, I was told that all the tables were not far from it.... In short, my request was not taken into account. In the end, we are in the middle of the room and 1 single man (a regular) is surprised to see himself placed on a table of 2, right on the edge of the bay window. Annoying!
The meal is okay! Taste correct, with a nice presentation, pretty colors!
The waiters are dressed in the old-fashioned way! The style of station brasseries from 30/40 years ago. Which doesn't stop them from being pleasant! Quite old-fashioned setting that matches the employees' outfit!
02/04/2024: I have been to this restaurant three times, the setting is great, and a very beautiful view. However, the service remains disappointing apart from the new generation of waiters who are struggling, which is worth noting; the feeling of being just another number. Disappointing given the prices charged and the services expected. Not sure we'll come back, too bad, even though we're from Saint-Malo ourselves.

03/04/2024: Started with a butter menu of 8 different butter flavors. Extremely well-prepared food where the best ingredients are used. The pig very tender and tasty and the turbot and vegetables were cooked perfectly. We finished with a choice of 8 cheeses from the cheese cart — very delicious.
17/03/2024: Another excellent lunch! The choice of dishes is difficult to make, everything is tempting! Special mention to the variation of lamb, very hearty and cooked three times perfectly. On the other hand, the knives would have to be sharpened, or even changed... The two young women at the service are very cheerful and give very good advice. We see that they know their job very well. See you next time!
