28/12/2025: The menu listed the tikka masala at €10, but the sign on the restaurant window said 15% off for takeaway, and I paid €12 for my dish! Luckily it was good, but I wouldn't recommend them.

10/12/2025: Today, The naan sandwich was poorly made; the naan bread was too thin, too small, and torn, causing the filling to fall out. There was also a lack of attention to detail with the initial order. The price was far too high for their naan sandwich, which has shrunk considerably since the restaurant opened, which is unacceptable.

12/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. I stop by every time I'm in Angoulême. Their chicken curry is a real treat, and whether you eat in or order a bowl, the service is fantastic. Their chicken tiramisu is also good, as is their hot Winx. A great place to go if you're visiting Angoulême. And the staff is very friendly.

19/01/2026: A truly fantastic spot in Alfortville! You'll have a wonderful time in an atmosphere unlike anything you've ever experienced elsewhere, which is what makes the place so charming. The Indo-Pakistani cuisine is excellent, with flavorful dishes that are truly out of the ordinary. If you're looking for originality and quality, go for it without hesitation!

14/02/2026: A disappointing restaurant. A first for us, and tonight's Valentine's Day meal was tasteless. Bland. Unappetizing. The first surprise: a set menu! We weren't informed of this when we made the reservation! For starters, doughnuts that had clearly been fried in oil for several hours. Cheese naan that was incredibly heavy. I've never seen anything like it! A sauce accompanying the prawns, a fluorescent pink that was as flashy as it was bland! Overcooked, dry lamb. A fruit salad that wasn't really a salad, with a scoop of ice cream that seemed to appear out of nowhere. The waiters were friendly but completely unprofessional. No privacy. We were practically sitting on top of each other. Not to mention the constant coming and going of Uber Eats delivery drivers! In short, we were very, very disappointed with this meal. We won't be back. Shalimar is much better!

19/01/2026: The starter was decent, the main course was great, but the dessert wasn't great, the cocktail was bland, I expected Indian music but there wasn't, and the decor was basic! The owner, however, was very friendly! The price for a meal for two was reasonable!

09/02/2026: Outrageous! Ordered on Deliveroo, €10 for chicken tikka for 4 pieces of chicken and served without rice – unheard of!

The dishes are wonderfully cooked and flavorful, the prices are very reasonable, the service is warm and friendly, and it's family-run and authentic, just the way we like it. Don't change a thing. We need authentic restaurants like yours.

26/12/2025: The restaurant has just been renovated. The new owners and management offer us the art of Indian living. Changes and new offerings from this world cuisine await you... The refined decor no longer immerses us in a "journey" of tastes and flavors. Soft, vintage music plays, and the art of Indian living is highly sought after... Experience tandoori and curry in a colorful setting with authentic decor... Indian culinary heritage provides us with subtleties, including the blend of spices, fruits, and vegetables, where aromatics play a central role in Indian cuisine. The daily menu is certainly appealing, but the wide variety of choices and vibrant colors should delight our palates.

28/02/2026: An intimate restaurant with decor that transports you to another world. The food is excellent and plentiful. The service allows you ample time to savor your meal. I recommend it for those who want to experience a change of scenery and discover new dishes.

30/10/2025: I liked the rice, but the kebab was a DISASTER. The meat was cold and the bread was completely dry. Furthermore, we were made to wait 20 minutes even though there were only five of us in the restaurant.

29/07/2024: I really wanted to eat curry so I looked into it. Lamb curry and shrimp noodles. Both were very delicious. The shrimp noodles have a tomato base with spices. I guess you could call it an Indian-style Neapolitan.
