11/06/2026: We loved our stay at Chateau Belmont. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Property is very beautiful and rooms are well equipped. My only regret is looking at reviews and opting not to eat the Chateau's restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and book a table for dinner at the restaurant. The food is amazing. We could only do dessert there and it was absolutely wonderful!!

09/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A magical and relaxing getaway! A truly wonderful experience for pure relaxation. We stayed on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) and it was simply magnificent. The meals were excellent, beautifully prepared, and delicious. A huge thank you to the staff who were remarkably kind and always attentive. If you're looking for a place to recharge, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful escape from the everyday. An excellent choice!

11/06/2026: Today I visited this restaurant alone. I am Indian and ordered food in French language as I know little bit how to speak meanwhile I got call from a friend when I started speaking in hindi then lady working over there started asking me questions do you speak Hindi and then I said yes. Then she asked do I know anyone in here I said no then she started behaving rudely still I don't know the reason. At the end she came with bill and took my photo posing like I don't know that she is taking my photo without my consent which is totally disrespectful. Then during the time of bill payment I asked what is the problem she said people creating problem & our restaurant is not working and I said how does it linked to me even I don't know them. Then I asked why you took my photo and then she said too look afterwards which still I don't get it. I don't recommend this restaurant to any Indian because when you eat there the people working over there spy on you. I will never go there nor recommend to any Indian. Please be careful.

08/06/2026: What a shame about the location and the selection... 🍻❌ "A poorly located V and B, stuck in a dead zone behind Auchan. It's nowhere near the one in Biard, Poitiers, which has an amazing atmosphere and an incredible range of beers, wines, and spirits. Here, there's a real lack of products for sale. That said, the waitresses are very pleasant, but it lacks that little something that makes you want to come back soon. One suggestion: move out of this terrible location!"

30/06/2026: Booked a table to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately our waiter was miserable from beginning to end but we had a great time. The atmosphere was great with many office workers enjoying their lunch. Will definitely go back once I am in Tours again.

25/06/2026: Terrible experience! The meat was extremely undercooked, practically raw, with a lot of fat and bones. Brazilians, stay away from this place!

26/05/2026: A fantastic experience at Bistrot Régent Tours Centre! Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, and fast service. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. A special mention to Lucie who served us with a smile and great energy – it really made all the difference.

19/07/2026: A great time in this festive and welcoming place. Just so you know, to get a table outside on a Saturday night, you need a reservation. Inside is nice too, but at 10 pm the music is too loud to hear a conversation, which is a shame, especially since no one was dancing yet. In short: Great place. Great welcome, even if the service was a little slow. Interesting menu, nice dishes, attentive servers. So don't hesitate.

15/07/2026: We made a reservation 48 hours in advance by phone for six people to watch the football semi-final, specifically requesting a seat on the screen. We mentioned we would be eating tapas there. Upon arrival, we were told, "No worries, you'll have good seats, no problem," but we were relegated to a remote corner where we couldn't even see the screen. Where I come from, that's a complete joke! We had to leave, it's shameful not to respect our customers. We had to travel there because it's far from the city center, parking was difficult, it was a waste of time, and they barely offered an apology... it makes you want to come back.

28/06/2026: We dined in the upstairs dining room, which had a very peaceful atmosphere. The meal was excellent, and the service was prompt. Special mention goes to the tagliatelle – it was absolutely incredible!

18/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at Les Lionceaux in Tours! I loved the grilled salmon salad with bulgur wheat and Thai sauce, served with black sesame ice cream. A dish bursting with freshness, originality, and perfectly balanced flavors. A true delight from start to finish. Highly recommended!

10/06/2026: A canteen frequented by regulars with a warm atmosphere, you're welcomed like family. The menu is limited and guaranteed to change daily (2 starters, 2 main courses, 4/5 desserts), plus a smaller à la carte selection with solid values.

26/07/2026: Besides the fact that the price-quality ratio is completely skewed, because you're clearly paying for the location of this brasserie, it's the service in this establishment that leaves me speechless. I've eaten at La Madeleine several times because I live and work nearby and it was often convenient to meet up with family and colleagues, but every single time, without exception, I've experienced deplorable service. Whether it's a waiter on the terrace who doesn't say a word and is clearly sulking for no reason, another who brushes you off as soon as you open your mouth, another who scolds you because you didn't touch the mayonnaise when you asked for ketchup, who breaks a glass carafe on you and doesn't apologize, doesn't change your table, leaves you standing in the water and serves you dessert, or doesn't care if you're still covered in shards of glass at 8 months pregnant (I left with my pants and feet full of glass pieces, without a single apology), finally a waiter who can't be bothered to tell you the daily specials or who pretends to write down the only request you make about your dish... and so on... Well located or not, I will no longer go to this brasserie where the waiters must work in deplorable conditions for the service to be so lamentable (I can see no other explanation).

01/04/2026: I'm always satisfied. The staff is always smiling and efficient, and so is the owner. The food, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, is truly well-prepared in the traditional way, meaning everything is homemade—nothing is frozen. EVERYTHING IS HOMEMADE!! My steak was cooked perfectly rare 😋 I come back regularly with pleasure and I'm never disappointed, especially since the daily menu changes frequently. I highly recommend L'Entrepôt; this restaurant is truly excellent 🤗
