04/08/2026: For our wedding, Lieudit Vin provided all the wines, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice! My wife, our guests, and I found the selection offered by Gorane, one of the owners, to be simply excellent. A nice little bonus: Lieudit Vin took back any unopened cases after the reception (although I did keep a few for myself to taste...). From our first contact to the big day, the welcome was warm and friendly at every stage. In a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, we were able to taste different wines and benefit from Gorane's expert advice. He truly knows his stuff and guides our choices perfectly. In short, I highly recommend this establishment, and this is certainly not goodbye: we will gladly return soon for more tastings, both culinary and oenological!

06/09/2026: Travelled to France and stayed overnight at this lovely hotel. Room was wonderful, very clean, good size. Little touches like Le' Occitaine toiletries, pet bowls, toy for my Siamese cat. Equally, although did not use the mini bar, it was there and stocked with " goodies". Also full sink, hob ,electric kettle, crockery and utensils if you wished to take food and cook. We ate in the garden area, beautiful evening not far from the wonderful pond. Food was good, but the service from the young waiter was excellent .He was very attentive and a credit to the hotel. We will be staying there again on our return journey. Also got to say the reception staff all so lovely and helpful. Parking an absolute bonus. Love this place. Well done to all at this hotel.

11/06/2026: We loved our stay at Chateau Belmont. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Property is very beautiful and rooms are well equipped. My only regret is looking at reviews and opting not to eat the Chateau's restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and book a table for dinner at the restaurant. The food is amazing. We could only do dessert there and it was absolutely wonderful!!

The menu offers a deliberately limited selection, but that's precisely what makes it special: each dish seems carefully crafted and showcases beautiful ingredients. The owner is lovely, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly convivial moment in a comfortable setting. I wholeheartedly recommend this place: you can go without hesitation 😉

18/06/2026: A wonderful discovery at Les Lionceaux in Tours! I loved the grilled salmon salad with bulgur wheat and Thai sauce, served with black sesame ice cream. A dish bursting with freshness, originality, and perfectly balanced flavors. A true delight from start to finish. Highly recommended!

28/08/2026: Amazing restaurant, homemade dishes with quality ingredients. The wait was a little long, but that's normal as the chef manages everything single-handedly! The menu offers a vegetarian option. I tried the rougaille and the beef kefta, two classics. A very, very good place.

25/06/2026: Superb restaurant with very high-quality fresh produce; the manager is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

01/09/2026: Pretty bistrot. We both had an enjoyable pea gazpacho, followed by hanger steak for my wife and tuna tataki for me, both ok, but nothing memorable. Very nice crème brûlée for dessert. Service is understaffed and extraordinarily slow. Our waiter decanted our Chinon, placed it on another table and never touched it again, leaving the serving to me.

30/08/2026: I received a very warm welcome, thank you to the staff for their attentive service and the removable access ramp for people with reduced mobility. The meal was very good, both in quality and quantity; I really enjoyed it. The decor was sumptuous.

08/06/2026: What a shame about the location and the selection... 🍻❌ "A poorly located V and B, stuck in a dead zone behind Auchan. It's nowhere near the one in Biard, Poitiers, which has an amazing atmosphere and an incredible range of beers, wines, and spirits. Here, there's a real lack of products for sale. That said, the waitresses are very pleasant, but it lacks that little something that makes you want to come back soon. One suggestion: move out of this terrible location!"

03/09/2026: I came to order a goat cheese and honey pizza and, due to a mistake, I received a vegetarian one. These kinds of situations can happen, especially in a business where you have to manage a lot of orders and the pace can be hectic. I especially want to emphasize the professionalism of the team. As soon as the error was pointed out, the chef reacted immediately. He was extremely friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Not only did he remake my pizza on the spot without any fuss, but he also let me keep the other pizza. Honorable mention to the chef for his excellent service, kindness, and exemplary attitude. It's thanks to people like him that we want to come back. A big thank you to him for his responsiveness and good humor. See you soon!

27/08/2026: Wandering through the charming town of Tours, we found ourselves on the "ethnic" street, drawn to a solitary patio perched on a charming little square framed by a floral and tree display. The patio and the delicious aroma wafting from the beautiful wood-fired oven captivated us, or rather, hypnotized us. The pizza menu, full of eye-catching details, underscored the establishment's distinct Italian character, to the point that we were drawn to a classic Margherita. The pizza was overall decent, with plenty of oregano, a good mozzarella-like cheese, and a slightly acidic tomato sauce. Digestion proved to be quite difficult the following night.

30/08/2026: Quick and efficient, the staff know how to say hello and goodbye, unlike everywhere else.

30/08/2026: If you want to eat a salad, definitely avoid McDonald's!!! Empty box with wilted lettuce, frankly it's a disgrace. They charge extra for sugary drinks but serve inedible salads.
