17/08/2026: Simply incredible. From the precision of the dishes to the food and wine pairings chosen with a tremendous amount of work and passion!

10/08/2026: This is my third visit, and it remains my favorite Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef has incredible patience, considering the amount of work that goes into each dish! It's truly delicious, very refined, and the flavors are incredibly varied! The service is impeccable. We went two years ago, and it was a bit impersonal, but now there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Your taste buds will be delighted. The wine list recommendations are excellent. The champagne selection is also very good, with a wide variety of small producers. Go without hesitation!
