25/04/2026: We ordered 10 pizzas. They were all very good. Excellent service and friendly, professional staff.

08/04/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant, which truly deserves to be better known! A family atmosphere just the way we like it, a warm welcome that immediately puts you at ease, and the dishes… let's be honest: as generous as they are delicious 😄 (we left happy… and very satisfied!). All this at more than reasonable prices, which is becoming rare these days. A big thank you to the whole team for your kindness and good humor. We will gladly return… and probably with even more appetite next time!

06/07/2026: I bought a dish, vitello tonnato, and was very disappointed. It had peppers in it! I've never seen that in this dish. It overpowered everything else! Disgusting. Sorry. Especially considering the price!

13/07/2026: Good evening, I completely disagree with what Ms. Poitevin Déborah said about Pizzeria l'Arlequin. We go there often and have always been well received, and the food is fantastic. Furthermore, this person has no respect for the owner of l'Arlequin. And regarding the three pizzas, it's impossible to get them for €100. That's pure fabrication.

10/07/2026: Always warmly welcomed by all the staff, perfect cuisine, generously topped pizzas, the restaurant offers lively evenings with DJs throughout the year (reservations required), we come regularly and are never disappointed.

26/06/2026: We ordered takeaway pizzas tonight and, as always, they were delicious 🍕😍 The ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality! I love hearing Italian spoken in the restaurant 🇮🇹 Grazie mille!

24/07/2026: Very, very good and delicious! I highly recommend it. The chef (Barbu) is very friendly, as are the waitresses. One small drawback: the sign is a bit dark; I suggest adding some fluorescent paint to make it easier to see.

30/06/2026: Oh dear, for my first experience at San Remo, nothing went right except for the one vegetarian burger they managed to make me. I won't list all the problems; you already know. And this was at the beginning of service when there were hardly any customers. A spontaneous gesture of goodwill could have been offered for the inconvenience, but not even that. Disappointed.

10/02/2026: Too expensive for what it is. If you order a kebab with cucumber, you'll only get two measly slices; if you order it with fries, you'll only get 13. I counted because it was so shocking. 8 euros for that is highway robbery. Avoid this place until they change their prices or their food.

05/07/2026: Delivery took 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering, which was stated earlier on the website, but apparently that's not the case. We paid €2 for delivery even though we live only 1km away, only to receive pizzas that were upside down and tasteless. The staff, however, were friendly.

08/07/2026: Once you get past the slightly rough welcome, you'll find beautiful dishes made with love for Italy!

02/07/2026: We were advised to go to this restaurant because they make really good pizzas, but as soon as we arrived, I was so shocked by the owner's nonchalant and cold welcome that I quickly checked the Google and TripAdvisor reviews. It turns out he really has a problem with people; this man isn't cut out for interacting with customers. It's a real shame because the pizzas are very good, but the overall experience is the complete opposite. He insisted we go to the terrace even though the dining room was empty, and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. A very bad experience indeed. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for eating in, but rather for takeout, that's all.

14/03/2026: Excellent experience at Francesca's in Colmar! It's a wonderful and welcoming place where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a great time. A huge thank you to the owner, who is incredibly kind. The welcome is genuine and attentive, and it truly makes all the difference. And of course, the food is superb: delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. I've practically made it my regular spot; it's always a pleasure to go back. I highly recommend it!

22/12/2025: I made a mistake in my order and asked if it was possible to change my pizza because it contained pork. They refused, treating me like a bad customer. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Frankly, I don't recommend them at all; they clearly don't care about their customers. It's shameful.

21/06/2026: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this is truly unbearable bad faith! Let me explain: I ordered an eggplant parmigiana, which, according to the traditional recipe, is meatless. A pretty dish arrived, accompanied by a bowl of bagged salad drowning in bottled salad dressing (yuck! For a restaurant, that's fine if you want to serve it at home, but not in a restaurant, damn it!). I tasted the dish; the first bite was okay, but the second bite had ground meat... Something was definitely wrong. We called the waiter over, and that's when the blatant bad faith began. We told him (even though all the other dishes on the menu were clearly described) that it wasn't specified that the eggplant parmigiana contained ground meat. And what did he say?! Well, you should have asked if there was meat in it or not! But in fact, there was no need to ask that, since the dish, according to the original recipe, is meatless. At first, he told us they'd always made this dish with meat, but a few minutes later he said they'd recently changed it because customers were complaining there wasn't any meat. Isn't that just plain dishonest?! Then he said, "Well, what do we do? We'll have to pay for the dish anyway." Very professional question and reaction. After further discussion about the original recipe and the menu, and about him telling us he wouldn't charge us for the dish and that we should order something else... So I ordered a Caprese salad (it's a tomato salad, I emphasize TOMATOES, with mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar). A little while later, a cherry tomato salad arrived—yes, you read that right, CHERRY TOMATOES—with mozzarella, a bed of arugula, oil, and balsamic vinegar. I should mention that cherry tomatoes are €0.99 for 250g, while this salad cost €13. I was really expecting real tomatoes, like you'd get in a tomato and mozzarella salad! In short, a very bad experience for me. Thankfully, I won't be back.

06/03/2026: Same as previous comment. We arrived after 7 pm, and the doors were closed despite the online opening hours information. You can leave a message by phone, but there's no information regarding the temporary or (probably, unfortunately) permanent closure of this establishment...

23/02/2026: Monday, February 23, 2026. After checking the opening hours online, we confidently set off. Upon arrival, the door was closed and the sign was off (7:15 PM). The hours clearly displayed on the door indicated they were open Monday evenings... So, 30 km wasted... Therefore, I have no opinion on the dining room, the pizza, or the service. Please keep your opening hours up to date.
