21/02/2026: The waitress was unfriendly, didn't offer menus, and I didn't feel welcome. I suspect there was racial discrimination involved, so I wouldn't recommend it.
17/02/2026: When the receptionist found out we were from Thailand, she tried to greet us in Thai. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you.

20/02/2026: We went there for lunch, and it was my first time. Unfortunately, the pasta with tomato sauce was practically inedible. I even sent it back almost untouched, something I never do in any restaurant. I ordered the vegetarian pasta with tomato sauce for €8.50. Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the dish was a huge disappointment, as it tasted like a pre-packaged pasta dish, straight from a box, with a slightly metallic taste. I thought it was a real shame to waste so much food. Luckily, the restaurant has a positive atmosphere, although some of the servers could smile more (there are many unfriendly and unwelcoming shopkeepers and professionals in the Colmar, Cernay, Thann, Vosges area...).
19/02/2026: Today I had a quick meal at Del Arte in Colmar. We sat down at a wobbly table, and I asked the waiter to try and fix it. He came back with a paper napkin, gave it to me, and told me to sort it out myself??? Not very customer-friendly, and on top of that, the food wasn't very good.
Mr. Waiter, there's an adjustment under each leg of your tables, which I did. 🤔 Next time, maybe they'll ask me to make my own meal LOL

A real Italian restaurant run by Italians, everyone has their role. Watching the pizza chef is like watching a play; you get a glimpse into the kitchens. The owner is super friendly, but incredibly stressed because he does everything else himself. You could say he works hard, well done!
I almost forgot that they sometimes serve pasta with Vongolé.

Without a doubt, one of, if not the best, Italian restaurants in Colmar.
I always enjoy going back and recommending it to friends and acquaintances who are visiting.

11/02/2026: The waitress's greeting (with her mouth open, chewing gum) was unpleasant from the moment we walked in! No greeting, and the checkout process was unpleasant with a cashier who spoke very rudely. The prices were high for the quality of the food offered, and some dishes weren't described. Paying for chlorinated tap water was ridiculous. I certainly won't be back!
08/02/2026: A huge disappointment since the change of ownership.
The establishment is clearly nothing like it used to be.
The dishes have lost quality, flavor, and generous portions: altered recipes, lower-quality ingredients, sloppy presentation... It's a far cry from what made the place famous.
The welcome also needs improvement; a very curt "good evening," as if we were bothering them... whereas before, there was a smile and a genuine sense of service.
The atmosphere is very cold, not even a little background music like before. I asked the cook to change the fries because they were inedible, and he replied, "What do you mean they're inedible? I don't see what the problem is," which was very rude!
I won't be going back and I no longer recommend this establishment.

07/08/2024: Good food - we had pasta dishes - at resonable price. We visited on a very busy evening, but the service was good. We really appreciated the visit and can only recommend this restaurant. Very central, but not old town centre busy:)

08/09/2024: Restaurant didn't disappoint. Ordered penne arrabiata and Bolognese pizza with profiteroles for dessert.The service was excellent, food arrived hot.
10/05/2024: Ottimo ristorante, piatti italiani molto buoni e buonissima pizza, prezzo nella media. Inoltre la proprietaria e lo staff sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili.

14/07/2024: Première visite , cherchant désespérément un italien digne de se nom et qui ne propose pas seulement des pizza nous sommes allé dans cette établissement , la pizza était très bonne et bien garnie , les pattes que j’ai aussi gouté était parfaite
Nombreux choix pour les végétarien ceux qui ai rare et appréciable
Personnel accueillant et sympathique
Cadre assez moyen mais pas chaise un peut inconfortable par contre
Carte des vins fourni et accessible
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute
12/07/2024: Just got home from La Storia. It’s not in the touristy areas, and was a short walk from our hotel. It had been raining, so we didn’t want to go far. Are we ever glad we chose La Storia! ! The food was fantastic and servings were generous. Service was friendly and prices were quite fair. We had salads and pasta, but pizzas appeared to be quite popular as well. Lots of locals were in and out picking up pizzas to go, and the tables were all filled. Thankfully, we’d made a reservation. If you’re in Colmar, I’d recommend this restaurant.
