I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back!

16/01/2026: A great restaurant with good ingredients. The ramen was excellent. A little disappointed with the sushi, as it had been touted as the best sushi ever. It was still good, but I was expecting something exceptional. The setting is beautiful and cozy.

The service is very quick for lunch.
The variety of sushi is very satisfying, as is the selection of other dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant for both lunch and dinner!

And the prices... oh dear, some appetizers are as expensive as main courses, and the sushi is outrageously priced.
02/12/2025: Good restaurant, I believe it's the only Korean grill in Aix-en-Provence, the service is good and the prices are reasonable.

02/01/2026: For New Year's Eve, I ordered an assortment of sushi and skewers from AJI-SUSHI. It was my first time, but certainly not my last. The food was delicious, and the owner has a real knack for business, which is a valuable quality these days. Thank you, and see you soon.
20/08/2025: A little haven of peace in the heart of Aix! The sushi is delicious, the service is fast and very welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and warm, perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. Special mention for the house cocktail, a real treat. I highly recommend it!

22/01/2026: I just saw the negative reviews about this establishment… I find it very strange. I come here very often, and on the contrary, the welcome has always been very warm and pleasant, and the value for money is perfectly in line with expectations. I can even say that the curries, which are my favorite dish, are much better and more generous than before. I don't know who is behind these messages (which are all rather similar…), but they don't reflect reality at all.
29/12/2025: Worst sushi of my life in Aix. The waiter was awful, didn't offer wasabi or ginger, had a sour look on his face, and didn't even say thank you or welcome. The worst part was when he started watching TikToks loudly behind the counter.
The sushi was bland, the wasabi had no flavor whatsoever. A huge disappointment.

29/08/2024: Magnifique décoration, décor sobre et épuré, très bon accueil de la part de tout le personnel, carte un peu chère mais très bons produits. Nous avons testé les "pizzas" japonaises et nous nous sommes régalés car c'était une découverte. Les assiettes étaient copieuses et les produits frais. Les boissons étaient très légères et agréables. Le patron était sympathique. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
