20/11/2025: Mixed fish chirashi, excellent and generous portions. Very friendly staff and the half-bottle of Brouilly was also very good, which is rare in Asian restaurants. So, well done!

25/06/2025: The food is wonderful, original and gastronomic. The place is small, simple and clean. The lady in service is very kind, happy and very competent. Although the waiting times for dishes in France differ from other countries e.g. in Greece, America etc., here one more person is definitely needed in the kitchen to help the excellent chef prepare the dishes faster. Finally, on hot days the ventilation is not enough, and an air condition would help the atmosphere.

11/06/2025: We were wandering around Dijon by chance when a delicious smell stopped us dead in our tracks in front of So Restaurant. We looked at each other and said: we absolutely have to go there. As a result, we booked a table for the next day—and we were right to do so. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: a refined French base, enhanced by perfectly balanced Japanese touches. Each dish is a true discovery. A memorable culinary experience. Not to be missed!

15/12/2024: Not surprised given the other reviews, the lady with short hair and unfriendly as possible, no politeness or anything, ah if she said goodbye at the end. Otherwise the gentleman was very pleasant and the price was reasonable, good sushi.

01/07/2025: THIEVES... 23€ for an Uber Eats order for a Chirachi with 4 fish + avocado... I end up with a lousy Chirachi with only 3 pieces of salmon and 3 poor pieces of tuna and 3 old shrimp with a dubious smell (where are the sea bream and the herring and the avocado promised in the photo). No wasabi, no ginger... Nothing... I'm not talking about the quality of the rice... 23 bucks... I call the restaurant, no apologies, nothing... no solution to arrange.... nothing, the girl even makes fun of me... RUN AWAY!!! 23€ that will end up in the trash because I don't want to end up in the emergency room!!!!

07/12/2025: The best Japanese food we've ever tasted!!! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is lovely, and the owners are delightful, both in terms of service and cooking. A true delight; we can't wait to return.

16/11/2025: A charming little bar often considered the headquarters of the wine school. Located at the entrance to the town and on the riverbank, it also offers light meals heated on-site. The small terrace overlooking the river provides a lovely spot to enjoy a drink.
