Impeccable and very friendly service and advice: attentive and relevant.
Surprising cuisine, very good quality. The chef takes us into refined Asian flavors, far from the classic sweet and sour pork or chicken curry.
25/09/2024: If you look for a restaurant mixing French and Japanese cuisine, this is the place to go. Everything we have tasted was excellent and served with an excellent Savigny les Beaune.

25/06/2025: The food is wonderful, original and gastronomic. The place is small, simple and clean. The lady in service is very kind, happy and very competent. Although the waiting times for dishes in France differ from other countries e.g. in Greece, America etc., here one more person is definitely needed in the kitchen to help the excellent chef prepare the dishes faster. Finally, on hot days the ventilation is not enough, and an air condition would help the atmosphere.
11/06/2025: We were wandering around Dijon by chance when a delicious smell stopped us dead in our tracks in front of So Restaurant. We looked at each other and said: we absolutely have to go there. As a result, we booked a table for the next day—and we were right to do so. The cuisine is simply extraordinary: a refined French base, enhanced by perfectly balanced Japanese touches. Each dish is a true discovery. A memorable culinary experience. Not to be missed!

Very friendly staff and the half-bottle of Brouilly was also very good, which is rare in Asian restaurants. So, well done!

17/09/2024: This restaurant in the heart of Beaune is not the most classical one if you think about France, but it has great sushi. It is really affordable and the sushi is very tasty. The fun part is that the sushi comes on a wheel and you can grab the plate you want. If you order a dish not coming by, a train will bring it to your table. This is fantastic if you don't want to go for the French cuisine.

01/07/2025: THIEVES... 23€ for an Uber Eats order for a Chirachi with 4 fish + avocado... I end up with a lousy Chirachi with only 3 pieces of salmon and 3 poor pieces of tuna and 3 old shrimp with a dubious smell (where are the sea bream and the herring and the avocado promised in the photo). No wasabi, no ginger... Nothing... I'm not talking about the quality of the rice... 23 bucks... I call the restaurant, no apologies, nothing... no solution to arrange.... nothing, the girl even makes fun of me... RUN AWAY!!! 23€ that will end up in the trash because I don't want to end up in the emergency room!!!!

28/08/2024: The food didn't taste good. I had chicken ramen. Way too expensive for what I ate. Afterwards I had to go to Burger King to get my fill. The portion was too little. So when I had to go through again, I saw the table that hadn't been cleared for half an hour. (It was completely empty)

15/12/2024: We live in Beaune and had very good memories of this restaurant which we had not visited for several years…what a disappointment! The menu previously offered a delicious tasting menu for around fifty euros...it has disappeared to make way for a formula which starts at 43€ for a starter and a main course but most of the choices have supplements of 7 to 10 €!!! The quantities are tiny, it would be ok if we were in a gourmet restaurant and the flavors were there but that is unfortunately not the case. Finally, I wanted to try a dessert but after 1 hour of waiting for my dish I gave up.
18/11/2024: A l'occasion de la vente des vins ..Accueil froid, service bien triste pas servit en même temps ,menu très cher 45€ par personne pour un minuscule bol de soupe miso sans saveur , suivie d'un autre bol guère plus gros avec du riz sans goût et qqs pauvres morceaux de poissons crus jetés dessus , 1 pois de Wasabi et une petite cuillère de soja.........pas de carafe d'eau il faut payé une bouteille ,l apéritif et le café une pauvre gorgée
la honte franchement c'est abusé
vraiment déçu nous qui venons de Dole et allons régulièrement dans un super restaurant japonais ou pour la même gamme de prix c'est exceptionnel.......
