23/03/2026: The waiter was polite, friendly, and attentive, which I appreciated. I was asked how I’d like my steak cooked and requested it medium well.
However, it was served medium rare instead. While the steak itself was of good quality, it wasn’t prepared as requested, which affected the overall experience.

20/04/2026: A perfect little tea room/restaurant in every way! Located in the heart of the botanical garden, next to the old 19th-century greenhouses, everything is delicious, made on-site, and served with care and a smile. The simple interior decor makes you feel right at home, and there's a large outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens. A must-stop when visiting this historic garden! 🤗 Thank you again for this little slice of paradise 💝
20/04/2026: It started out promising: a lovely, evocative menu… but in reality, nothing of the sort. The menu was simply pretentious, and the restaurant failed to deliver.
The dishes were bland, the service… inconsistent, and clearly not commensurate with the price.
Only the garden and the chocolate fondant salvaged what could have been a complete disaster.

23/03/2026: Appalling service. Unpleasant and incompetent staff. We waited 30 minutes for a simple order of two bowls of fries. When we went to the counter, the waitress sent us outside and never came back. I should point out that it wasn't peak time and the terrace was far from full. But when we had the misfortune of putting down a simple bottle of crystal glass, a waitress arrived within two minutes. For a bar in the very center of town, this is simply shameful. Furthermore, after we finally managed to order—I repeat, only three bowls of fries—they arrived cold. One might think it was a lack of professionalism, and that's exactly what it was!

15/05/2026: If you enjoy reality TV and tyrannical management, you'll love this place. The highlight? The manager, yelling at her employees in front of the customers with utter contempt. The atmosphere was so humiliating that the entire bar fell silent. We came for a pleasant time, we left with a knot in our stomachs.
In short: The servers deserve a medal, and the manager needs some basic training in human decency. Count on me to give you some memorable publicity. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you enjoy your Mojito flavored with the staff's tears.

11/04/2026: A wide selection of draft beers, a great diversity of origins, and a fantastic beer cellar featuring beers from all over the world. The draft beers change regularly. A friendly place for lunch or an evening aperitif, without having to go into town. Lunch is very good value for money. On Friday evenings, it's burgers, with a vegetarian option available. The staff are very friendly and offer great advice for discovering new beers or making purchases! For a lunch break or enjoying a beer before dinner, I highly recommend it! On Friday evenings, you can get hamburgers (vegetarian version available), which is very convenient, and there's a new recipe every month. There are also a few snacks available for happy hour. We always have a great time there; I highly recommend it!

25/12/2025: We were surprised that cappuccino is not available in the morning nor any bread or pastries. It was very disappointing but this disappointment was saved by the proper and correct explanation of the lady who served us. In the experience you can see how verbal and body language work well when dealing with a frustrated customer. I appreciate the thorough explanation of this lady. Our order was also served on time.
Obviously a great location to have coffee!

12/04/2026: Overall, the brasserie is decent, but the food is rather mediocre. It can still be a pleasant place for a quick bite and a chat with friends.
However, the service was truly disappointing. On this particular Sunday, it was clear the waitress didn't want to be there: no smile, little politeness, and no particular attention to detail.
As a manager, it would be essential to hold a team meeting to address this and improve the customer experience.
