08/05/2026: Excellent food (the foie gras, wild boar and crispy dish were fabulous) and impeccable service.
24/04/2026: A very good experience at Restaurant Henri II. The menu is short, but that's a real sign of quality: simple cuisine, excellent and well-prepared ingredients. Special mention for the homemade bread.
The shaded terrace is very pleasant, and the interior is full of charm. The service was perfect, attentive, and professional.
I will definitely be back! 👍

16/05/2026: I went there once and it was great, but unfortunately, we were really disappointed when I got back. It was nothing like the other time.
The couscous was really disappointing and not good at all.
10/05/2026: A delicious dinner.
The chefs prepare delicate, inventive, and very flavorful cuisine. An excellent evening. Not to be missed in Beaugency.

17/05/2026: Great servers, kind, attentive, and quick. The generous "crep'zéria" was a nice find! Lovely location, quiet street, along the "fishy" canal. Very pleasant.

18/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant yesterday. The food was excellent, both in quality and quantity. I highly recommend the burgers; they're perfect.
I would mention one small drawback: the background music. It was quite bothersome for me, as I personally had some difficulty understanding what people were saying. A little less volume, or perhaps better-chosen music, would have made a difference. We had to ask for a carafe of water. Probably an oversight.
The service was quick after we ordered.

The waitress lacked a smile and often forgot things we asked for. We had to order bread three times and water four times.

27/09/2024: A beautiful historic building and it's great that it is being well looked after and maintained. We had a very spacious and well appointed toom reached by the large staircase. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. This was our third stay at the hotel and the Rotisserie was available this time and it was excellent.
25/09/2024: We expected more from the comfort of the room. A little expensive for what we got. Needs a good refresh. On the other hand, the meal was delicious.

01/09/2024: Le cadre sympathique, manque de “fait maison”, plusieurs plats pour un groupes de 5 personnes, les pâtes, pizzas, lasagne manque très clairement de qualité, les desserts sans parler de l’attente sont clairement à éviter!! Propreté côté cuisine discutable. Je ne conseille pas forcément.
