19/02/2026: We went there for my birthday on February 18, 2026. And we had a wonderful meal. It was DELICIOUS! I've been to many fine dining restaurants, but none have impressed me as much as this one. We had the €50 set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert. We were pleasantly surprised to also receive two delicious amuse-bouches ❤️ We'll definitely be back! And the price is quite reasonable considering the quality of the food! We also ordered a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and a cheese platter, so the bill came to €170 for two. For a restaurant like this (the kind you don't go to every day, but for special occasions), it's perfectly acceptable in our opinion.
The decor is elegant and refined.
The servers are efficient, polite, and discreet.
You can go there without hesitation.

The dishes, as elegant as they are delicious, combine meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and a perfect balance of flavors. Each course is a true delight for the eyes and the palate. We enjoyed our meal very much. It arrived very quickly. The staff was welcoming.
We didn't appreciate being asked to move to a larger table in the middle of our meal.
That was a bit much, considering we had a reservation.
It's still a good place to eat. We won't be returning to this restaurant.
The quality/price ratio is acceptable.

23/01/2026: Warm welcome and professional service. The coffee is excellent. I'm eager to eat there soon as this restaurant has a very good reputation.
15/01/2026: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance before catching my train, and I was delighted.
The atmosphere is simple and friendly, the service quick and pleasant, the cuisine home-style (capon with morels and plaice with beurre blanc sauce that day), and all at an unbeatable price.
It was a very pleasant surprise!

12/01/2026: A Monday evening in Beaugency, the first Monday of January after the holidays, and the first restaurant we found open after a terrible day at work.
A warm welcome, excellent service and cuisine. The price perfectly reflects the establishment's standard and the quality of the service and food.
The only slight downside was someone who didn't work at the restaurant, but who must also own a business nearby, complaining to the waitress and the chef that with only two people in the dining room—in this case, us (on January 5th)—it didn't bode well for an exceptional January.
It's a shame to make such comments in front of customers, as this person (whether a shopkeeper or restaurateur) doesn't give a good impression.
It was still an excellent discovery, both in terms of the food and the service, with a very friendly waitress.
09/01/2026: We had a wonderful evening! The staff were very kind and attentive! The food was excellent, a delightful culinary discovery!

27/09/2024: A beautiful historic building and it's great that it is being well looked after and maintained. We had a very spacious and well appointed toom reached by the large staircase. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. This was our third stay at the hotel and the Rotisserie was available this time and it was excellent.
25/09/2024: We expected more from the comfort of the room. A little expensive for what we got. Needs a good refresh. On the other hand, the meal was delicious.

01/09/2024: Le cadre sympathique, manque de “fait maison”, plusieurs plats pour un groupes de 5 personnes, les pâtes, pizzas, lasagne manque très clairement de qualité, les desserts sans parler de l’attente sont clairement à éviter!! Propreté côté cuisine discutable. Je ne conseille pas forcément.
