Very good value for money, with fast service, whether you're eating in or taking out.

02/12/2025: A very warm welcome. Royal couscous; I loved the delicate texture of the semolina; the fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked. Merguez sausage, chicken, beef, and lamb skewers... all cooked to perfection. Excellent value for money, with fresh ingredients. A chilled Boulaouane rosé to accompany it all; I had a truly delightful time. The best part was the elegant chairs with their "L'Ermitage" style backs. A lovely place for excellent couscous that I will definitely visit regularly.

26/01/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat a bavette steak with Roquefort sauce at a restaurant! It brings back memories of high school and good times with friends. The setting is very pleasant! I love eating there.

05/07/2025: Goldsmithing on the plate with seasonal products. St Honoré is of great class from the visual to the firmness of the cabbages, everything is there to delight the taste buds. The prices are fair as is the chef's know-how. I recommend without hesitation. In the photo the rum baba.
12/06/2025: Superb pastry, I had a very successful Saint Honoré, a good play on texture especially with the very well made caramel adding a pleasant crunch, the choux were very well made and the whipped cream very light.

19/12/2025: A truly wonderful place! The cuisine is refined and generous, using only fresh, seasonal produce, and everything is homemade. A real treat for the taste buds. The atmosphere is warm and friendly: we had a fantastic time thanks to the team both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Thank you all, I highly recommend it.

The place is nice and well-located for exploring the city.
Special mention for the back terrace, which is particularly pleasant in the summer.
The portions are generous and the price isn't exorbitant for the quality.
The service is quick and the staff are super friendly!
Seeing the kitchen when you arrive adds a personal touch to the experience.

23/01/2026: I can't give my opinion on Sequin, because two hours before going there for dinner (yes, I had booked the day before), I received a message saying that the restaurant was hosting a group and had to cancel our table for two!
So I called back, and they told me there were other restaurants nearby 😲😲😲
They wished me a good evening 🤭!

28/01/2026: The restaurant is magnificent and the food is truly excellent; the dishes are delicious! One of the best places to eat in Cherbourg.
24/01/2026: I gave it one star, if not zero. It wasn't very busy that Saturday morning, but we still waited 10 minutes standing around waiting for a table. Then we took one ourselves and waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our order. People arrived after us and were served while we weren't, and since they told us their hot chocolates were cold, we ended up going to the café across the street where we were served very quickly.
The young woman at the theater seemed overwhelmed; what would it have been like on a busy day?
"Reply" to the kindergartener who commented about the theater café, since I can't respond to their comment.
If all you have to do is sit down to get a seat, why didn't the young woman just tell us?
We never placed an order since this same person never came to take ours. And we didn't hear any customers say their chocolates were cold; they told us they were cold, but obviously we didn't taste them.
Your response, in my opinion, is completely unprofessional. Well done.
