02/04/2024: What a brilliant restaurant, the food was near perfection with plenty of choice for everyone, the wine list was great and the team were excellent. Top quality raw ingredients were delicately blended and served in a wonderful environment. Look forward to visiting again soon and would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

02/04/2024: Fans from the start, we have seen the cuisine and the restaurant evolve over the years.
The new location on the swing bridge is just magical, an emblematic place in Cherbourg.
I almost forgot to talk about the plate, finally the round of dishes and flavors!
The trip is guaranteed, with creative, Japanese cuisine made with fresh, local products.
I cannot recommend the Janne food/wine pairing menu highly enough.
This place fully deserves a second star ⭐️⭐️

30/03/2024: Dinner for 2 at the first service, reception a little cold. Leeks as a starter not cooked, without taste and without the mustard vinaigrette although noted on the menu. Both dishes good but served with cold sauce. Around 9 p.m. a parade of staff leaving the restaurant, first the cooks and then the waitresses, leaving all the customers stranded in the restaurant for a good twenty minutes, but what were you going to do outside together? ? Anyway, we left and went to have dessert at the dining club next door with the great welcome and the great products we know from them.

27/03/2024: We came for lunch this afternoon, by chance, the meal was really delicious! Both dishes were tasty and what a nice surprise for the gourmet coffee! I highly recommend this place, the waitress is very friendly too. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!
22/03/2024: Nice surprise for this lunch: original combinations and frank flavors, nice use of spices and aromatics, the juices and sauces are there and don't make a dotted line! We feel as much the technical ease as the passion of the cook Sébastien. Attentive service by Esma and cozy atmosphere.

Drinks menu is a little short and at reasonable prices......
Saturday after 11-30 p.m., no hot drinks served!! Sequin policy......uhhhh.....
And when we manage to bring you a hot chocolate, it's a little cup with chocolate and HOT WATER!! seriously!! What a standard.....
