23/07/2024: Very warm welcome in this prestigious hotel. Meal at the brasserie and really good breakfast. And ideally located in the heart of the city. Thank you for these beautiful moments spent in Chalon-en-Champagne.
18/07/2024: Have a room with city view. Very nice and comfy bed. Spacious bathroom with big bath tub and also shower room. Very new and clean bath robes and towels. Private parking available for €10/day. There are two very good restaurants on the premise. One is fine dining which was very good.

Clean room, perhaps a little too sober for an Indian restaurant.
Room not noisy, so you don't feel like you're in a canteen.
Very fast service.
A little expensive dishes (but with taste): more than 15 E for a bowl with a little curry sauce and a few small pieces of meat in it. Big problem: rice is not included in the price. And yet...they should have included it systematically because the dish is really very salty and it is impossible to eat it without rice.
In my opinion, the carrot halwa cake tastes close to rice pudding. A bit bland.
The eggplant fritters were tasteless, sorry.
On the other hand, I really liked the Garlic Naan, I added mint sauce which I also liked, to make it even more interesting.
27/09/2024: Arriving on the go, the waiter received us very well and was very knowledgeable about the different dishes offered.

28/03/2024: Warm welcome and kebab meat to die for! If you are looking for an excellent kebab in Châlons, look no further, Le Turquoise will seduce you.
Very generous with the quantities, with ingredients, I highly recommend this restaurant. Their baklava is also delicious! ✨
23/03/2024: Nothing to say ! We go there often. Best chalon kebab in champagne without doubt.
The meat is good, not fatty. The fries are also good and the welcome is great.

Nothing delights the taste buds. Damage !

just some information for your answer
I will remember you; My colleague and I came to your restaurant after the fair (we are exhibitors). we were not able to eat there because it was late at 9:15 p.m. and to accommodate you we agreed to take away, which we did. Arriving at this apartment, we noticed that the two pizza doughs were not cooked. I called you immediately to inform you of our dissatisfaction. (Are 3 kms) from the Pizzeria. You apologized and asked us to come back. Something that I refused, so as not to repeat this journey. You could have alleviated this problem by delivering two more pizzas, but we were no longer delivering at a "late" time (10:00 p.m.).
Consequence: Very disappointing pizza
PS for dessert, I had a brownie (industrially packaged 75 grams), I thought it was homemade but no and the price is €3.5 it's the cash drawer.
04/09/2024: Generous pizza and excellent dough. The products are fresh and the staff are pleasant. We took takeaway today but won't hesitate to come and eat there because the setting is pleasant and the cleanliness is there!

15/08/2024: Zeer onbeschofte ober. Ik had een steak tartare besteld en vroeg om te wachten na de aperitief maar na twee minuten kwamen ze al met het eten
De frieten waren ijskoud en ik heb maar liefst vier maal om mayonaise gevraagd en 10 minuten later kreeg ik ze pas
Ik deed teken naar de baas om een gesprek aan te gaan en die negeerde mij gewoon
Ik confronteerde ook de ober met waarom hij niet wachtte met het eten nadat ik het uitdrukkelijk gevraagd had en bij snauwde mij af dat hij daar geen tijd voor heeft
Deze zaak mijden is de beste review die ik kan geven
10/08/2024: The waiter who served us was also kind, but the dishes all had defects that were difficult to overcome: large quantities of oil in the rice (in the photo) and a lot of fat in the entrecotte.

CEPENDANT une serveuse à lunette est extrêmement désagréable, et je vois que je ne suis pas la première personne à formuler cet avis.
C’est la première fois que je mets un avis sur un restaurant, mais il pourrait être suggéré au restaurant de lire les avis qui sont donnés à son sujet parce qu’une serveuse comme ça c’est juste pas possible.
08/09/2024: I go there once or twice/month, I really like their dishes, that's true, but I'm disappointed twice because I find hair in shrimp and other dishes. (The waitress didn't seem to believe me)

21/09/2024: Big disappointment with the desserts. If like me you are a fan of tiramitsu then don't take it. We're looking for the taste of coffee. Almost non-existent dark chocolate powder and the presence of too much custard which adds a touch too sweet. In short, I didn't like it. We also ordered the soft chocolate soufflé. We're still looking for the blown side. It was more of a chocolate fondant or semi-cooked. Fortunately the pasta and ravioli as well as the pizza were quite successful.
15/09/2024: Restaurant which was an address not to be missed BEFORE. Change of owners... change in quality...

20/09/2024: The location is great, but very difficult to drive to - had we realised how complicated the one way systems were we would have come in using google maps. The hotel is OK, decent bar, OK rooms.
16/08/2024: Pleasant hotel, clean rooms with nice furnishings, very friendly staff, great breakfast, great bar and plenty of parking in the middle of Châlons. We'd love to come back!

22/06/2024: I went to the music festival with a friend, very disappointed, she like me, we had taken some snacks, thinking that the description would correspond to the finished product, as a result nothing was right and it wasn't even good , my chicken was not fried, the mozza balls were rubbery and missing cheddar! I brought my croque back to tell them, and the only solution they offered me was to add goat cheese because they were out of cheddar. I don't eat it because I don't like it and nothing was offered in return, no compensation or commercial offer and what's more, they didn't even modify the menu card outside by erasing "Cheddar" from the list of ingredients of the crispy croque.
Very disapointed. Fortunately the cookie was big enough to balance out this meal.
I'm not sure I'll come back to you.
It's a shame because the staff is nice but shortages are far too frequent.

07/09/2024: An unpleasant waitress who talks really badly to us! Who forgets half the order and asks us for the receipt she took back!
02/09/2024: I came with two friends on 01/09. They both had a menu and I had two small hamburgers and a coke. 45 minutes after having questioned three employees about my order and having still not received my dish, I decide to return one last time to the counter to ask for a refund. Indeed, my two friends had already finished their menu. Not a “sorry for the inconvenience” or even looking at least a little “embarrassed.” No no, the little beardless guy who gave me the money back slapped it into my hand, annoyed by my request. It’s the world turned upside down. Once but never again. I couldn't find a single competent person who decided to serve me two miserable hamburgers. Head to KFC then. There, no problem! I hope the manager or the franchisee will wake up because when I see the reviews… the Quick is next door and other fast food restaurants too. You won't last long if you continue like this.
