30/06/2026: Food excellent. The vegetable menu is very good, though a bit on the salty side if you aren't used to salt. Extensive use of herbs. Pace is good, service correct. A bit of a boring restaurant, but it does have air conditioning (happy about that, as it was 38 degrees that day). One downside: all those dull dried flower bouquets. Replace them with something more cheerful, because after a few years everything has turned a uniform white. Nothing to complain about regarding this restaurant, had a very good meal.

27/06/2026: The cuisine was of exceptional quality, a blend of flavors. My wife and I opted for the Ancestral menu, which consisted of five different courses served without our input. This was a very good concept, allowing us to experience flavors we wouldn't have otherwise encountered. The combinations of flavors were very surprising. Bravo to the chef and his team! The service was excellent, and the staff were attentive and very friendly. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

17/05/2026: Before praising the excellent cuisine, one must acknowledge the refined ambiance: wooden tables with artistically carved edges, comfortable chairs in an elegant dark green, wood paneling on the walls, hand-blown glassware, a Japanese-style restroom with a charming boudoir overlooking a garden, a beautiful open kitchen… The exquisitely flavored dishes are artistically presented – a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. An exceptional experience, with attentive and efficient service.

25/07/2026: We live in Europe and dine out frequently, including at many restaurants throughout France. To say that we are very open to many variations on food preparation. We understand that mistakes happen in any kitchen. A single mistake would never have prompted us to write a review like this. Unfortunately, this was not one mistake. It was a complete breakdown in food quality, food safety, and judgment. The evening began well, but everything changed when we were served a raw chicken dish. We politely sent it back. Rather than preparing a fresh dish, the kitchen simply reheated the same chicken and returned it to us, cut exactly as we had left it. That is not an acceptable response to a raw chicken dish. Next, the croquettes arrived with toast that was almost entirely black from being burned. At that point, we had lost confidence in the kitchen and asked for the bill so we could leave. We were then told that six mini burgers were still coming. When they arrived, every burger was served extremely undercooked, with deep red, cool centers that none of us felt were safe to eat—especially after what had already happened with the chicken. By then, this no longer felt like a series of isolated mistakes. Every opportunity to regain our confidence was met with another unacceptable dish. After sending back the raw chicken, the quality of the food only became worse. Whether that was intentional or not, that is the impression we were left with, and it completely ruined what had started as a very enjoyable evening. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff remained courteous. However, politeness cannot compensate for repeated failures involving food safety. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable. Returning the same chicken after simply reheating it is even more concerning. Following that with burned food and burgers that were all severely undercooked left us with absolutely no confidence in the kitchen. This was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we have had in France. ——— We live in Europe and eat out very regularly, including many excellent establishments in France. We know that mistakes can happen in any kitchen, and a single mistake would never have led us to leave a review like this. Unfortunately, it wasn't just a simple mistake. The evening had started off well enough, but it quickly turned into a series of problems. First, we received a dish of raw chicken. We very politely sent it back to the kitchen. Instead of preparing a new dish, the same chicken was simply brought back to us reheated, cut exactly as we had left it. Given the food safety issue, this reaction is unacceptable. Then, the nuggets arrived with slices of bread that were almost completely burnt. At this point, we asked for the bill. We were then told that six mini-burgers were still being prepared. When they arrived, several were extremely undercooked, with a very red center, and after everything that had already happened, none of us felt confident eating them. What bothered us most was the way things unfolded. Every time we tried to regain our trust, a new problem arose. By the end of the meal, we genuinely felt that our table wasn't receiving the same attention as the others. Whether this was intentional or not, that's the impression we left with, and it completely ruined an evening that had started so well. The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff remained courteous. Unfortunately, this cannot compensate for the repeated issues with the quality of the food and, above all, the food safety.

25/07/2026: Incredible tapas and wine selection. Amazing service - engaging but relaxed and chilled vibe for what can only be described as some of the most exquisite tapas I've ever had. Whole family blown away by the barrata, tuna carpaccio and mini burgers - then came an incredible chocolate pudding and creme brûlée........as you may guess, i highly recommend this place!!

30/06/2026: Excellent experience. Quick and friendly service. Traditional beef tartare and salad: simple, fresh, and well-seasoned. A real treat in this heat! The dining room is spacious and pleasant, but I opted for the shaded terrace, ideal during a heatwave.

23/06/2026: We had 30 minutes before our TGV departure. And yet, both our meals were served in record time and were absolutely delicious! An excellent place where I will gladly return to try the other dishes on the menu! Furthermore, the waitress was very pleasant, helpful, and always smiling. A real treat!
