19/12/2025: Exceptional! First of all, thank you to the Google reviews; without them, I would never have gone into this brasserie, which is also a bar and tobacconist, and that would have put me off. Everything was perfect. And I'm quite demanding. The food is excellent and flavorful. The fish was cooked perfectly (that is to say, not overcooked, as is unfortunately often the case even in so-called gourmet restaurants), the fries were homemade and excellent, the wine was very good (according to my sister, a qualified sommelier), and the tea was high quality (Dammann). The service is friendly. The dining room is pleasant. It's a shame Evron is a bit far away because I would have liked to come regularly! Well done! And see you soon!

You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion.
