You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion. 31/01/2026: A truly wonderful culinary discovery where the welcome is warm and the staff are smiling. The menu is excellent. An explosion of flavors where the taste buds are delighted by the subtle combinations of ingredients and their quality. The presentation is enticing... and in the mouth, the chef's work shines through in the originality of the dishes.

19/02/2026: We've dined at this delightful restaurant many times; the crepes are simply excellent. Unfortunately, three times we've booked a weekday evening and each time our reservation has been cancelled, even though it had been confirmed beforehand. I can understand that people have problems, but it's really a shame, especially since it's happened three times. Perhaps one day we'll be able to come outside of weekends and it will be open, considering we drive 60 km.

18/02/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed by Le Relais de Niafles. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything tasted like it came straight from the freezer or a box. No flavor, no freshness, nothing homemade at first glance. The portions are really small, especially for a roadside diner where you expect a decent meal. I sincerely wonder how truckers can go hungry after a menu like that. Honestly, it's the worst roadside diner I've ever seen. The quality/price ratio is nonexistent. Avoid it if you want to eat your fill and have even a modicum of quality.
