04/12/2025: An absolutely exceptional experience! We were greeted by Madame Hadja herself, the manager of M Burger in Évron—what can I say… an incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional woman. You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion. Thank you, Madame Hadja, for this exceptional moment. A must-try, which I recommend without hesitation! Thank you again, and see you soon! 👋

26/07/2026: A very pleasant break three days ago during our sightseeing! We received a warm welcome from Isabelle and Julien. The setting is beautiful. The dishes we ate were delicious, high-quality, and generous. There were two of us, and we shared several dishes: Maroilles cheese gratin, shrimp croquettes, Welsh rarebit, steak tartare, and a meringue/chantilly cream/chocolate dessert, all homemade. We highly recommend this establishment. Come and taste this typical Northern French cuisine; you won't be disappointed.
