04/12/2025: An absolutely exceptional experience! We were greeted by Madame Hadja herself, the manager of M Burger in Évron—what can I say… an incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional woman. You immediately feel the passion and love she puts into her establishment. It's difficult to describe her other than as a presence that truly lights up the room. As for the meal… a pure culinary masterpiece. The hamburgers are simply exquisite, with a rare finesse and generosity. Each bite is a veritable explosion of flavors. The potatoes pair perfectly with the burger, and the tender, flavorful meat literally melts in your mouth. I almost felt like I was enjoying a fine dining experience worthy of a top restaurant, while still experiencing the authenticity of a burger made with passion. The dining room is magnificent, both chic and modern, and the service is very pleasant, especially from Ms. Marsollier, who truly brings the place to life. Ms. Marsollier's cuisine is equally impressive; everything was beautifully executed and delicious. We were once again delighted with our meal.
