11/10/2024: Unquestionably the best pan bagnat in Nice! I've been going there for 20 years and have never been disappointed. I don't understand the negative opinions (a pan bagnat must be flat! Those who want thick baguette-style etouffees don't understand anything!!)

30/06/2025: The food arrived promptly, and the staff was friendly in some areas. The prices are rather high. The fact that the food is far too oily is more a matter of taste. They use far too much oil and far too much butter. And the pizzas are also topped with a lot of cheese—tons and tons. My dish is drenched in oil, and even the side salad is oily and inedible. Not pleasant at all.

29/06/2025: Comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring. Peace and quiet guaranteed for relaxation. Very good home-cooked, family-style cuisine. Hearty breakfast. We stayed two nights and felt right at home. Thank you to Philippe and his partner for their warm welcome, their friendliness, their helpfulness, and their helpful advice. Highly recommended.

11/06/2025: Delicious, well-prepared, and high-quality meal (hearty and perfectly seasoned beef tartare). We arrived a little late, but we were able to eat lunch without a watch. Quiet location with breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

02/11/2024: It took us more than 2 hours to eat a salad, we had to ask for the menus, the cocktails took 30 minutes to arrive, served without ice and not with all the ingredients. The food wasn't even good, expensive, and the proportions were small. The toilet was broken, dirty and out of toilet paper. The restaurant is well decorated, and is on the beach, the only positive point. We saw lots of other people around us unhappy about the same things. In short, to avoid.

30/11/2024: Bel emplacement, terrasse ensoleillé, bruyante mais on ne peut pas faire autrement. accueil un peu à la tête du client, service standard, bonne qualité des plat du jour (18 €) heureusement ! Restaurant pour touristes essentiellement.

02/11/2024: Ensaladas encantadoras! La comida era genial y el servicio genial también. Personal amable y agradable El restaurante está en Promenade des Anglais, muy agradable y limpio y siempre lleno. Sirven una cesta de pan con las ensaladas, pan increíble.

08/09/2024: We could walk past it without stopping (very small, few tables, a small terrace on the edge of the semi-pedestrian lane of the old village of Colle sur Loup...) and we would be very wrong because the cuisine is superb (des tasty dishes, with daring but always successful compositions...) a real treat, a real surprise, a real good gastronomic moment. The 5 flavors menu (with little choice, but all the proposals are exceptionally successful in their flavors) at 65 euros is worth the detour. There are only a few differences with the 3 flavors menu at 57 euros but it would be wrong to deprive yourself of the appetizer and the pre-dessert (what originality, what delicacy!) One small downside, the wine list does not match the dishes offered (a Languedoc wine and a Graves at more than 40 euros per bottle, it is not good value for money] but that No matter the rest is exceptional, you have to go there.

24/08/2024: Nous avons ete bien accueillis, les plats etaient bons et généreux : camembert au four et charcuterie, moules au curry et frites. Les prix des plats et des boissons sont cohérents, nous reviendrons !

21/09/2024: Pan Bagnat is the quintessential Nice sandwich. And the best one is at Tin Tin in Nice. The little corner shop is located in the wonderful Liberation neighborhood.
