01/04/2026: For my first time, I was quite disappointed with the dish. I ordered a "wesh" (a type of sandwich) which was swimming in sauce, though not sickening.
The service was very good and the dessert was excellent.
The atmosphere was very noisy for a Tuesday.

27/03/2026: I've known this place for years. It's my adopted Kabyle family in Rabat, and the two brothers who co-manage it are fantastic. I most often order a rare flank steak with shallots and fries. A sure thing. Never disappointed, and I'm quite demanding, being a former bistro owner myself. The atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious, with a team that takes excellent care of its customers, who are often friends. Go without hesitation. Hope to see you there sometime, dressed in my Viking garb.
21/02/2026: Always such a warm welcome. The food is hearty and delicious, made with quality ingredients and homemade. Just 5 minutes from the Roubaix swimming pool, Le Métropolitain is a comforting stop.
