01/08/2026: Excellent food; the Marais market is definitely worth exploring, with a wide variety of cuisines from different countries. This particular place caught my eye. The Italian dishes were very, very good. I also recommend the Spritz. A place worth discovering.

I hope they maintain this level of quality, as it allows more people to access the kind of fine dining you find in restaurants. I've recommended it to many people who were more than delighted and thanked me for the recommendation.
08/08/2026: If you love surprises, this is the place for you. There's no menu. You choose four or five courses and specify any dietary requirements. A vegetarian option is also available. The quality is excellent. Bold, yet exceptionally successful flavor experiments, such as gespaccio with raspberries. Attentive service. The only downside is that the chairs are a bit hard.

10/08/2026: Great vegetarian place. Mafaldine with tartufo was perfect. not cloying or over flavored. you can regulate the degree of saltiness and umaminess with the parmesean they grate over the pasta. The desserts were tasty (pistachio tiramisu).
10/08/2026: I like the menu, but the food is bland and tasteless.
Update: The menu has changed, and so has the kitchen. I recommend stopping by; the atmosphere is very nice too.

Food was delicious and felt authentic to food from my trips to Japan. The place is smaller, so if there’s a wait, just know it’s worth it!
