26/03/2024: Super typical Chinese restaurant where the dishes are to be shared. The taste is present and the portions generous. We eat very well and inexpensively. The restaurant is run solely by a couple, a big congratulations to both. The restaurant is a victim of its success, remember to book! Ps: the waiting time can be a little long for group reservations, plan accordingly ;)

06/04/2024: Very good quality fish, tried the burger, salad of the day and fish and chips. Favourite has to be the salad, it’s very filling and full of flavour. The burger was very good as well.

Cozy atmosphere for this small restaurant but great for the quality of its dishes. I had the chef's specialty: sweetbreads. Top-notch! All the other dishes delighted the guests. An address to remember.

15/02/2024: During a lunch with my colleagues we reserved this restaurant! The setting was cozy, the team took great care and the dishes were incredible ☺️ I enjoyed the roasted scallops and the Valrhona chocolate mousse

05/04/2024: We ordered pasta in a cream sauce with truffles and artichokes - excellent Fettuccine in cream sauce with salmon - excellent Salad starter with Caprese cheese - excellent. The staff is very helpful and a warm and homely atmosphere. The place is full, so we waited a bit at the entrance.

05/04/2024: Great Place. Very welcoming. No reservation and the main maître d' of the restaurant politely said in 40 mins he could have us a table. We walked around a bit as lots to see it’s Paris and came back. He still invited us in to the bar and said a table will come up. Made us drinks and made us feel very welcome. A table came ready fairly quickly and we had a nice meal. Drinks were great and as busy as it was the two servers made it all happen for us and the packed restaurant. We will reserve next time for sure. Very affordable meals and drinks for the center of the 9th. Had a great night

04/04/2024: If there’s a proud vibe of unassuming “haute French” dishes with surprise and enchantment, it would be Aspic. Humble in space, decor, and presentation, Aspic amuses your senses with delight and wonder. This is not a restaurant for a novice palate. Rather, it’s in the wine pairings complementing each dishes’ flavors like a gladsome Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers film—feeling inspired and joyful as you’re led along a colorful cornucopia of imagination. My pictures do not do the restaurant justice because it’s the confident humility of deliciousness that one must enjoy, when ready, on their own. One thing I would recommend would be to play with acid a bit more on some dishes, but overall I say bravo, Aspic. Bravo!

30/03/2024: The service was amazing, the ambience was intimate and comfortable, and the food...absolutely exquisite. We will definitely be going back! The Chef, Quinten, spoke to me in English and was so friendly. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
