22/04/2024: Place with a very pleasant setting, however I didn't really appreciate the sushi (but I think that's just a question of taste).
16/04/2024: You sushi is both takeaway and a restaurant. Faced with the volume of work, they have difficulty managing the people in the restaurant. Lots of waiting or even forgotten... 20 minutes of waiting for dessert. We ended up getting up to ask for the menu then 15 minutes of waiting we ended up getting up to place the order. They offered us dessert but that's not all! Too bad because the products are very good. When you have a restaurant you have to know how to manage orders but also service.

04/04/2024: The speed of service is impressive. It's a little noisy when the room is full but that's normal. The decoration is magnificent. I like the waiters' outfits. This is the kind of restaurant we want to introduce to our international friends.

31/03/2024: Simple but delicious cuisine, the cooked products are fresh and the dishes full of flavor. The team is great. Small cocooning place, very soothing decor. Remember to book as there are few tables. Saturday brunch is soooooooo!

04/05/2024: While passing through Pau, I decided to come for a coffee break and finally come and eat there twice during the week. Excellent value for money and a team who want to make the experience the best possible. I already knew the brand and I must say that the one in Pau must be one of the must-sees also in terms of location. Very practical for taking a break during an afternoon in the city or for morning coffee/croissant or even to come and have a family meal at lunchtime.

13/02/2024: Great Colombian coffee that I'm drinking at the moment. If you like coffee, come and have to. The gentleman is nice. The coffee of choice every day is delicious. Happiness! Just down from my house for a few days…happy…see you tomorrow then!!!

30/04/2024: Very nice restaurant with excellent service. The food is good (bistronomy), fast and reliable service in a good mood. Normal quality/price ratio.
In short, a real good address!
28/04/2024: Very well located in the center of Pau, warm atmosphere, full restaurant this evening, attentive service, possibility of having an aperitif on the terrace, chipiron to share as an ideal starter to extend the aperitif, excellent prime rib, hearty gourmet coffee too bad that there was no longer a cheese platter from Les Halles but a hearty and digestive gourmet coffee offered by the house, everything was perfect, thanks to the waiters for their availability.
I highly recommend.
