09/07/2026: Horrible experience. The security staff were appalling and arrogant… I was disappointed by the very rude reception. In addition to using vulgar and insulting language, the security staff showed a complete lack of respect for their customers. I do not recommend it.

03/07/2026: The service was appalling. The salesperson clearly gave the impression of not caring at all about customer service: no friendliness, no smile, no consideration for customers. The worst part: he literally threw the receipt in our faces. When we pointed out that his customer service skills left much to be desired, he retorted with disconcerting aplomb: "At least you'll have a good reason to complain." A comment that pretty much sums up the staff's attitude that day. The products don't make up for this kind of behavior. Avoid this place if you're looking for even a modicum of courtesy.

15/07/2026: Regarding the food, atmosphere, and beer: No complaints, the portions were good and generous, and the atmosphere was festive. Regarding the service: I went downstairs to ask for a carafe of water and a beer, and they told me they didn't serve carafes of water. An hour and a half later, my friend came downstairs to ask for a carafe of water, and by some miracle, lo and behold, a carafe of water arrived. I don't usually comment, but when someone treats me like an idiot, I play along.

10/07/2026: New review: I went back yesterday for the France-Morocco trip and everything was great, I'm raising my rating by 2 points for that. Well done on the organization, which has improved significantly. Previous review May 2022: You can't get any slower than this. It's a slowness simulator.

19/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've finally found a bakery that makes truly high-quality pizzas! Every time I order, I'm delighted. The dough is exceptional, and you can immediately tell it's made by a real baker. The ingredients are generous, flavorful, and of very high quality. Each pizza is made with care and passion, and you can taste it in every bite. The flavor combinations are perfectly balanced, the taste is incredible, and the portions are generous. I'm never disappointed when I order from them. A huge congratulations to the whole team for your hard work and expertise. For me, these are simply some of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I highly recommend them!

11/05/2026: Excellent bakery with delicious, easily digestible, and perfectly baked bread... I especially love the traditional baguette with its wonderfully crispy crust. You'll receive a very warm welcome, always with a smile and genuine kindness.

23/07/2026: I used to come here before going to nightclubs a long time ago 😀 I still love the place and especially the Porn Star Martinis which are very good and reasonably priced.

03/02/2026: It all started with a birthday gift from the Confluence shopping center. I decided to try the Vapiano restaurant. What a treat! I received a very warm welcome (from the blue-eyed waiter); He didn't hesitate to suggest a different dish than the one I had chosen—kudos for his professionalism! The restaurant's atmosphere is superb, with great background music. I really want to thank him for his kind gesture at the end of my meal, which made the experience truly special. I highly recommend it!

01/02/2026: An extremely disappointing experience on every level. The food arrived barely lukewarm: undercooked pasta, bland, tasteless pizzas. There was no skill in the kitchen, and no enjoyment in eating. The service was incomprehensibly slow, especially since the restaurant requires ordering via QR code and payment before being served, ostensibly to save time. Given the poor quality of the meal, one wonders if this system isn't simply a way to avoid complaints or prevent customers from leaving without paying. Drinks are advertised as available on the app, but then suddenly become unavailable once the order is placed. For children, the syrup cups were sticky and served without any care. As for family-friendly options, it was a complete failure: all the tables were high, but the high chairs weren't the right height, making the meal uncomfortable and unsafe. And only three high chairs for a full restaurant speaks volumes about the consideration given to families. The desserts are just like everything else: tasteless, poorly executed, and underwhelming. To top it all off, the value for money is simply shameful considering the service offered. This establishment is poorly managed and disorganized, with no regard for quality or customer comfort. It's an address that charges a premium for a mediocre experience and is clearly not worth the trip.

27/05/2026: We were looking forward to enjoying breakfast at your establishment, but as the terrace was in full sun, we asked for the parasol on your lovely terrace to be opened a little. The waitress, who wasn't very friendly, categorically refused. We had come on Monday at the same time and had been very well received by the waiter on duty that day. What a shame!

29/09/2025: A real gem! ⭐️ The dishes are generous and most are under €20, which is truly appreciated and rare, especially in Lyon. The menu is varied, everything is delicious and well-prepared. As someone of Italian descent, I can say that you'll find the true tastes of Italy here! In my opinion, it's the best Italian restaurant in Lyon. The service is impeccable: the waiters are warm, attentive, and efficient. A special mention for the excellent cocktails.
