13/05/2026: A very bad experience at this restaurant on May 7th. There were four of us. After a long wait, our order was taken. After 15 minutes, we were told there was no salmon, and then another 15 minutes later, that there was no tuna for my seared tuna salad (a delivery problem). Unbelievable for a seafood restaurant! My son, who had ordered a medium-rare ribeye steak, ended up with a rare one that they had to recook for him. Unfortunately, considering the price (€25), the quality is lacking (my husband is a chef). In short, we were very disappointed and didn't even want to order dessert. We were kindly offered a plate of calamari for €7 as compensation for these inconveniences, while they charged me €17 for my Caesar salad (which normally costs €14 as a replacement for the seared tuna salad), hence a €5 discount. Truly magnanimous. The final blow was telling us they were permanently closing the restaurant at the end of the month: perhaps a good thing for this chain. Because currently, it's a disgrace for this brand, which we're used to frequenting in France.

03/09/2026: I used to really like this tea room, having visited once or twice, but my third visit was very disappointing. I didn't remember the portion being so small for €7, and on top of that, it was probably from the day before or even two days before: doughy/dry and practically just biscuit. For a cheesecake, that's a shame. Unfortunately, my partner also had one, so we could compare. I'm not sure I'll go back, or at least I'll think twice before eating anything there.

15/08/2026: ⭐️ Very disappointing A very bad experience at this bar. The waitress didn't even bother to come to our table to take our order; she took it directly from the door. I asked for two diabolo drinks with two different flavors, and she told me she had everything… only to then tell us she only had classic flavors. On top of that, there was no smile or warm welcome. And to top it all off, there were people arguing inside the bar, which made the atmosphere really unpleasant and unwelcoming. It's a shame, because a little more attention, friendliness, and a calmer atmosphere would have really changed the experience. We won't be back.

21/07/2026: Even after consulting the map, I couldn't find the toilet fees anywhere. Yet there seemed to be one. I thank the staff for making this clear to me as soon as I left the restroom. Apparently, these adults were incapable of understanding that my young child needed to relieve themselves. I confess I didn't understand the reasons for their anger, which was apparently shared, as three of them came to give me a report of my visit to their office. Thanks to their intervention, I was nevertheless able to save money on ice cream, which I ultimately never ordered, risking its melting faster than expected due to the arid atmosphere of philanthropy and the rules of etiquette. I advise against going here: save yourself as much time as you do sympathy and money.

26/07/2026: The hygiene is appalling, both in the dining areas and the restrooms. The food is bad and poorly preserved in the middle of summer (a sandwich left outside in the sun???). The cutlery isn't even washed; I had to ask for disposable cutlery for dining in. Avoid at all costs!

30/08/2026: Yes, it's worth adding: this shows that the issue with the fries and drink was repeated in two separate orders, and wasn't a one-off. And let's be honest about the second burger: it was okay. This is our second time passing through France, and for the second time, I'm convinced that of all the countries where we've eaten at McDonald's, France has been our worst experience so far. We made two separate orders at different times. The first time, I ordered the Double Chicago Barbecue Spicy. Despite the name "Spicy," the burger wasn't spicy at all. It was very dry, there wasn't much sauce, and the patty seemed overcooked in flavor and texture. I can't even imagine how this is possible given the standardized cooking process, but even here they managed to do it poorly. The second time, we ordered the regular Spider-Man menu. To be fair, the burger was okay; no complaints whatsoever. But the fries were again just as cold and bland, and the Coca-Cola was just as disappointing. The selection of sauces was particularly surprising. Of the available options, we were offered only mayonnaise and ketchup in packets. This is perhaps the most meager selection of sauces I've encountered at McDonald's in all the countries we've visited. Cleanliness is a separate issue. There's only one restroom, shared by men, women, and people with disabilities, and during our visit, it was extremely dirty. Even just going in to wash your hands requires the code from your receipt after purchase. But the most unpleasant experience was with the drinks. The Coca-Cola with ice had a distinct odor and taste reminiscent of mold. I can't say for sure what exactly was causing it, but based on the taste and smell, we got the impression that the problem was probably related to the ice and possibly an insufficient cleaning of the ice machine. We couldn't drink the Coca-Cola and threw it away. The second Coca-Cola, which we ordered without ice, had a strange menthol or mint flavor, but at least it didn't have the moldy smell and taste we'd experienced with the iced drink. This made us even more suspicious that the ice might have been the cause of the first issue. I also asked the employee for salt and pepper for the fries. They weren't there, so he took my fries and took them to the fryer to add some salt. When they were returned, they tasted just as bland, as if nothing had changed. I also got the impression there were fewer fries, although I can't confirm this with a photo, as I was completely unprepared for this. In the end, in two separate orders, we received cold and practically unsalted fries twice, and were dissatisfied with the Coca-Cola twice. One burger was okay, but the Double Chicago Barbecue Spicy was dry, with virtually no sauce, and an overcooked patty. Add to this a very dirty restroom and a choice of sauces that included mayonnaise and ketchup, and the overall impression is quite compelling. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald's experiences we've ever had.

11/07/2026: I came on the morning of July 4th with a friend who didn't speak French, but the waitress was quite unpleasant and, in her words, "in a hurry." I left immediately. It's a shame they weren't more welcoming and patient with a foreigner who was kind and wanted to make an effort to take our order. It's a pity because the setting is nice, but the service definitely needs improvement.

07/06/2026: We did a quick session in Lyon: +: Spacious, well-ventilated, and bright gym. Some of the routes are great. -: The route selection really lacks variety (not many boulder problems without coordination or run and jump), the volumes are greasy/slippery, and above all, there are too many gaps between the colors (the purples are only good for warming up, and the reds are just too hard). It's a shame because otherwise, everything is just perfect.

24/08/2026: To anyone who sees and takes the time to read this review: avoid this bar. We stopped for five minutes to get out of the rain. My pregnant partner, feeling cold, politely asked the owner if we could stay inside for a few minutes while waiting for our Uber. The man, very unpleasant, pressured us to buy drinks. Fine, I asked for a coffee, he refused, so we left. As we were leaving, my partner was hit with a table by the waitress who was clearing them. No apology, of course, just a cold, angry look. We stayed for five minutes, and that was enough to understand that this bar is just awful. Thanks for your time.

09/08/2026: An excellent place with a lot of innovative products! The filled croissants are excellent. Unfortunately, the establishment is closed for part of the summer season and the opening hours aren't updated; I wish I hadn't made the trip for nothing.

26/04/2026: I rarely leave negative reviews. The slice of carrot cake was extremely dry and hard, therefore tasteless and inedible...as if it had been forgotten at the back of the fridge. The same went for the plain madeleine...dry and tasteless. I couldn't finish it. I don't recommend this bakery for pastries. I didn't try the bread. I got it to go, so unfortunately I couldn't ask for compensation.

31/12/2025: The food was served cold, then sent back to the kitchen and brought out again on the same plate after we had already eaten—probably just reheated in the microwave. This is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant with this reputation. In addition to being unacceptable in terms of quality, this raises a serious hygiene issue. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, I see that I am unfortunately not the only one who was disappointed.
