29/06/2024: I've seen this establishment closed for a few days: I hope it's only for positive things! I miss the incomparable chocolate cakes on the road home after a complicated day at work! A shop that is part of my daily life, in simplicity, that I really like especially for that.

01/06/2024: Raw raw raw!!! ashamed for the price, saleswoman slumped on the counter, makes you want to turn around. With all the good bakeries in Lyon that work brilliantly with pralines, some advice goes your way.

17/09/2024: I ask for an orange juice, I am served a glass filled with gnats. I asked for an exchange, and in the second glass there was even more. I will never set foot in this store again in my life.

13/09/2024: Welcome, the antithesis of the word warm. We had breakfast here on a Sunday morning. There were 5 of us and the saleswoman was probably not happy to work on a Sunday morning, not a hello, not a smile. We take the order, I see her lost, I gently repeat the order to her. I get a “It’s good!!!” very friendly. We pay and when we collect the order, a coffee and a croissant are missing. As the saleswoman did not give us the receipt, she barked at us that we had to repay the missing order. We therefore paid dearly for this dishonesty. To flee.

25/09/2024: Very poorly managed restaurant, the majority of terminals have not been working for several weeks, no easels, the terminals do not give tickets

17/06/2024: Jai pris une salade norvégienne à pizza cosy rue les marronniers Lyon, la laitue n'était pas de toute fraîcheur ! Grande déception, hélas !

17/05/2024: Accueil sympathique ,salle à l'etage sans aucun charme,tres bonne pizza mais à 19h30 en semaine la plupart des desserts etaient manquants!!

20/09/2024: Lack of staff was the answer...but I asked several times who was missing an ICE tea green/green on my order..and I ordered without ice cubes, the girl gave me ICE tea peach without ice cubes, after I asked...she gave me ICE green with ice cubes and I can't have a cold in my throat..you have to respect my request.I have a throat problem..but the lady next to the other civil servant...that's enough ma'am you don't see that we are lacking in effectiveness...conclusion lousy service, lack of respect towards people.

22/07/2024: Very unpleasant like a cafe/ice cream parlor/crepe we don't really know what it is in fact, it could as well be a tattoo bar. Very poor and cold welcome, not to mention that these idiots are laughing among themselves, the customers are just walking income, no menu, no table service. They only smile at us when we take out our bank card. The ice creams are very small in miserable pots worthy of a school canteen and they don't know how to make proper scoops of ice cream. Regarding the terrace, the seats were disgusting, I think they were fished from the Rhône, the tables were dirty. The only good thing was the bottle of cold water in the end under 33° it was the only pleasant thing. Establishment certainly kept on a drip by the merchants' café who must not pay attention to what is happening there.

21/07/2024: The crêpe didn't have that much jam in it. But it has a nice atmosphere, and the service is fast and kind.

21/08/2024: Charged £104 for two coffees and a bottle of water. Contact form will not accept my UK phone number and post code - no point of contact to raise complaint.

26/08/2024: 50 minutes of waiting for a single pizza, at lunchtime in the middle of the week when there are no other customers... to end up with a cold pizza.

23/08/2024: Ordering 2 XL pizzas, I open the door and see the delivery man picking up my pizza slices by hand to put them back in the box because they had fallen into his bag. In addition, the bottles of Fuze Tea ordered are not indicated as Light on the site, but it is this calorie-free product that we receive. The store doesn't even care about my problem, does NOT EVEN offer to send me the pizzas back and tells me to contact customer service available only in writing. It's a shame. 40€ thrown out the window. I used to order frequently but this is one taste too many. TO FLEE

19/09/2024: Waiter who sulks and prefers to chat with two customers rather than place my order. I should point out that I was the only other customer on the terrace.

17/09/2024: TO AVOID. We are never going back there. Visited few times and three times one waiter was very rude. As if he was obliged to work. He needs to learn some essential behaviors in customer service.

16/05/2024: Service déplorable, la serveuse ne nous a pas présenté la carte des boissons et a proposé une bouteille de vin de "1 litre". Elle a servi les hommes en premier. Personne en salle pour vérifier et donc former . Plats très moyens, entrée bof ! saumon sec . Et le clou du spectacle : un employé de cuisine qui entre en salle pour servir une table , vêtements très sales à vomir , veste blanche sale ouverte sur son tee shirt sale ; un pantalon qui descendait au milieu des fesses et qu'il remontait toutes les 2 secondes
