This museum is a gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, from the exhibitions (of varying quality but all interesting) to the space itself.
It was the setting for a very intense moment with my partner; I shed torrents of tears in a very dramatic way, surrounded by works of art.
Thank you for this moment; I will cherish the memory of it as a source of relief.
Art sets us free.

14/10/2026: The service was rushed. We had to mention twice that we wanted to enjoy our meal. We were told they were operating like a brasserie.
The friendly atmosphere is definitely gone from this establishment; what a shame.
14/10/2026: We were disappointed. The plate was chipped, the lemon slice was brown... the fish was good, but the beef tartare was disappointing!
We won't be back, what a shame!

12/10/2026: We went there based on the positive reviews. Apparently, the restaurant was bought a week ago. The person at the reception and who served us was friendly and tried their best to make up for the numerous kitchen mishaps. Instead of a soft-boiled egg, it was a hard-boiled one… the fish looked fresh, but the sort of squash purée was frankly awful… the portions were very small… the dish was neither balanced in flavor nor particularly sophisticated. It was a dish we could easily have made at home… honestly, paying €45 per person for a set menu with such poor-quality dishes… we were really disappointed! The restaurant could have offered some compensation, but no… Just so you know… a ruined evening for us.
11/10/2026: The food was absolutely delicious, a fantastic discovery as I hadn't been to the place before. The service was impeccable and we were able to take our time.

15/11/2025: The restaurant has such remarkable cuisine that we enjoy celebrating our birthdays there, among other occasions. The very friendly owner knows how to welcome us and awaken our taste buds with his cooking.

29/09/2026: Was absolutely craving mussels and saw that this place had one in three sauces. Our service was very fast and the mussels were delicious but a little bit salty. Overall good dinner!
23/09/2026: The mussels marinière: a classic, but still excellent. The chicken in Maroilles sauce was truly delicious and not at all heavy. I highly recommend this restaurant.

24/08/2026: A caterpillar in the salad: we were discreet and signaled to the waitress, who offered no apology. Finally, the owner came over to ask if we wanted another salad (no, thank you!). The hamburger had a horse on it: the yolk was broken and overcooked. It's a neighborhood restaurant, I wasn't expecting much, so I wasn't disappointed! However, when a customer finds a live bug in their food, they could at least offer a free coffee.
In short, avoid it unless you're starving.

13/09/2026: The crepes and waffles are truly delicious.
Especially when the owner makes them; I find her very generous with the homemade spread or jam.
However, I've noticed that since the arrival of these young new employees, who often work weekends, I find they make the crepes very quickly, even the way they spread the batter. The spread isn't great either; they're not generous at all.
I much prefer being served by the owner. It's nice, but a shame...

28/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this brasserie. The prices are far too high for the quality of service. You expect a good experience given the prices, but that wasn't the case at all. Furthermore, the welcome wasn't pleasant, and the staff gave the impression that the customers were bothering them. The atmosphere didn't make up for it. I don't recommend this establishment; there are much better options for the price.
28/07/2026: Passing through Lyon, we stumbled upon this place and what a treat! We ate incredibly well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We've definitely saved this address and will be back sometime. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
