30/07/2026: Halal Italian restaurant. Clean and nicely decorated dining room. The food served was of very average quality…the ribeye steak was very thin and cooked like shoe leather, with bad fries. The pizzas and pasta were bland. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly, but unfortunately, it didn't make up for everything.

24/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! Burrata as a starter, chicken supreme with mushrooms, ribeye steak and homemade fries—everything was delicious! The Moroccan tea is always a delightful touch that makes a great impression ☺️ I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you to Dany for the service.

30/06/2026: The setting was lovely and the welcome was excellent. We had lunch there and the dishes served were superb, perfectly complementing the wines recommended by the owner, who has a wonderful talent for pairing food and wine. A big thank you for the warm welcome!

18/06/2026: Passing through Lyon, we discovered this welcoming place. A shaded terrace. An air-conditioned dining room. The owner is equally welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent meal, great value for money, with a glass of wine. We'll be back.

03/07/2026: The food and pizzas are very, very good and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and professional. The only downside: it gets very noisy very quickly when it's busy... but that's the case in many restaurants 😉.

15/06/2026: After several visits, I'm still just as satisfied! The ingredients are high quality and the portions are more than generous! The servers are all very friendly. Despite a fairly long queue at lunchtime, we were served quickly! I really appreciate the idea that if we eat in at lunchtime, we get a free glass of water and a delicious slice of country bread to accompany our salad! I highly recommend it!

22/07/2026: The place is very pleasant, the service is quick, as you'd expect during a weekday lunch break, but the customer service is almost rushed. I ordered a Banh Mi. The sandwich was good, and it would be a lie to say otherwise; it has everything a Vietnamese sandwich should, except for two things: the proportions in the recipe and its price (the price being the biggest drawback, €11). I've been eating banh mi since childhood, being Vietnamese, and I think the recipe is very good and meets the standards of a banh mi, but in my sandwich, there was very little meat... And paying €11 for a sandwich where the bits of meat are practically fighting for space was a bit annoying. In Paris's 13th arrondissement, at Thieng Heng, it's €3.50 for half a baguette crammed with meat and served with raw vegetables. Here it was the opposite; it was a vegetable sandwich with a little bit of meat, which was a shame. Apart from these two drawbacks, it was good and the place is nice.

11/08/2026: Excellent food, with a constantly changing menu (one dish every week, and one dish every day). The portions are generous, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The dishes and ingredients are always evolving. All for under €10. The service is perfect; Edouard and Emma are kind, attentive, and take great care of their customers. The best place in Lyon for an easy, quick, and delicious lunch.

10/05/2026: The tuna was excellent, as were the vegetables, which isn't usually my strong suit, just like the meringue; my guests enjoyed the dish of the day. The service was perfect. 05/05/2026: The Verdict: A beautiful spot for a drink to enjoy the decor, but the inconsistent service and strange Parisian attitude from the waitress make it hard to recommend for a full meal. The Atmosphere & Logistics The restaurant is undeniably beautiful and enjoys a prime location right by Brotteaux station in the lovely 6th arrondissement. The decor is tasteful, and the initial booking process over the phone was seamless and straightforward. The Food The meal was alright, but ultimately didn't live up to the city's culinary reputation. The Charolais tartare was okay but nothing special, and also didn’t poison me, so that’s a benefit. The Lyonnaise salad was perfectly edible but failed to leave a lasting impression. The Service: This is where the experience became truly inconsistent. We were initially greeted by a very warm, welcoming waitress who set a great tone. However, the server who took over for the rest of the evening was markedly cold and bordering on unfriendly. What made the experience particularly strange was that I was dining with a Lyonnaise friend, born and raised in the city, who was handling the ordering and translation. Despite this, the server maintained a haughty, dismissive attitude; honestly, she felt like she was pretending to be Parisian. Given the legendary hospitality typically found in Lyonnaise bistros, this frosty reception was a disappointing contrast that unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth.

09/06/2026: I placed my order at the kiosk at 12:49 PM, thinking it would be pretty quick. 25 minutes later, I finally received my salad. The portion seemed small, especially after ordering the double protein. There were only two people handling salad restocking, replenishing supplies, and taking payments. Overall, my experience was mixed. The salad didn't make up for the wait.

28/02/2026: I was supposed to be celebrating something that day. I went there with my friend at noon. The staff didn't speak a word of French... None of what we wanted was on the menu. No salmon, no langoustines, no fish at all. Beforehand, I had checked my own menu: the prices didn't match what was displayed in the restaurant. For example, they ordered four gratinated oysters, but there they only served three. We had to ask for one more. The mussels were frozen and barely edible. They were also so small we wondered where we'd get them. Again, the waiter lied, saying before we ordered that they would be enormous! My friend ordered a scallop carpaccio. There was one scallop, so small I thought it was just a garnish. To make up for it, they offered me a glass of wine (but not my friend). However, the bill was ENORMOUS. Over €165... And to think I'd been before and the first visit was great.

Avoid this place on a hot afternoon. ----- A great place run by true specialists who are also very friendly. I really love the latte art! I'm adding new photos of the latest creations!!
