28/07/2026: I was very disappointed with this brasserie. The prices are far too high for the quality of service. You expect a good experience given the prices, but that wasn't the case at all. Furthermore, the welcome wasn't pleasant, and the staff gave the impression that the customers were bothering them. The atmosphere didn't make up for it. I don't recommend this establishment; there are much better options for the price.

28/07/2026: Passing through Lyon, we stumbled upon this place and what a treat! We ate incredibly well, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We've definitely saved this address and will be back sometime. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

05/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise with this delivery! Everything was a success, from the appetizer to the banana dessert. The dish was well-seasoned and full of flavor, and the rice was perfectly cooked. I especially appreciated the generous amount of salad and fresh mint (!) with the spring rolls (a rare and welcome touch for delivery!). Absolutely flawless. Well done! 👏

The dishes are high-quality, well-prepared with fresh ingredients, and the atmosphere is convivial, whether for lunch or just a coffee. 09/07/2026: My mother and I received a very warm welcome from the staff. Although we arrived a little late, they still offered us a good selection of dishes, which turned out to be delicious! I highly recommend this establishment for the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, and the excellent value for money.

The service was friendly, and the dishes were explained clearly and with helpful advice.

22/05/2026: Honestly, an unacceptable experience! We had reserved an outdoor table for eight people, and even received confirmation from them on Instagram. Yet, upon arrival, we were calmly informed that the reservation wasn't valid because we hadn't "confirmed"... even though we had already received positive feedback from them. The result: no table, no organization, and above all, no solution offered. Not even an effort to try and accommodate us, even though we were a group of eight. We were simply shown the door without any consideration. Nonexistent service, disastrous management, and a serious lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

04/04/2026: I came to buy a few things for Easter and accidentally dropped something. Of course, I was going to pay for it without arguing. However, the owner's very unpleasant attitude really surprised me. A little more consideration would have been appreciated. A shame for a neighborhood shop.

09/08/2026: We've been enjoying our meals at Yamato for over 10 years. Out of curiosity, I read the negative reviews, and a good number of them are unbelievable. The portions are decent, and the prices, despite all the price increases, haven't changed much in 10 years. The salmon is fresh, delivered every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We moved to Grenoble 6 years ago, but we still come to Yamato. My favorite thing: when you eat the maki with chopsticks, the rice doesn't fall apart; the maki stays intact. Excellent Asian restaurant! ❤️

26/07/2026: I've been going there regularly for almost 10 years and I'm never disappointed. The quality is always there. Delivery times are always respected when you place an order. The owner is pleasant. I always enjoy placing my orders there (always for takeout, in my case).

28/04/2026: The reservation text message sets the tone 😳 Personally, I go to restaurants to relax, not to put pressure on myself as soon as the reservation is confirmed. So I preferred to cancel my reservation and not try this restaurant.
