29/10/2025: A truly wonderful discovery! The atmosphere and service are absolutely top-notch. The team, like the owner, is cheerful, attentive, and always goes the extra mile. The menu offers simple yet satisfying dishes at excellent value. Special mention goes to the lovely selection of teas and coffees, which adds a touch of refinement to the meal. A place to recommend without hesitation!

24/04/2026: I knew this place very well as a child; I have fond memories of it. But today, it's time to offer at least one dish without meat or fish. You also need to clean up your menu (it's missing pages, there's no list of non-alcoholic drinks, and no dessert menu; we received two menus for three people). I ordered a salad, which I barely ate because there was too much dressing. The fries were good, especially the homemade mayonnaise. My grandparents, on the other hand, enjoyed their meal. I hope you'll improve these things, though, because the place is still nice.

23/04/2026: I came to this café with some friends, and the experience was quite disappointing. The service was really lacking: the waiter's behavior was unprofessional, even questionable, and he handled the glasses by putting his fingers on the rims or in the crisps being served, which isn't very hygienic. Especially when the crisps were just the crumbs from the end of the bag. Furthermore, I ordered a Cristal rosé, advertised at €3.50, but I was charged €4.20, without any explanation. It's a shame.

10/12/2025: Today, The naan sandwich was poorly made; the naan bread was too thin, too small, and torn, causing the filling to fall out. There was also a lack of attention to detail with the initial order. The price was far too high for their naan sandwich, which has shrunk considerably since the restaurant opened, which is unacceptable.

03/05/2026: It is with immense pleasure that we have been celebrating our anniversary at the château for the past few years. The setting is magnificent, the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are exactly to our liking. We also appreciate the meal, which is always exquisite and beautifully presented. Thank you again for the thoughtful touches. Kisses to the cats. From Mila in the sales department, who was available and very professional, to the exquisite cuisine, and Oussama for the outstanding, personalized service and his incredible generosity. 28/05/2026: Not too crowded at lunchtime, nice and quiet. A shame about the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee), it was all too sweet, and the fries were more like small pieces. What a pity!

26/05/2026: Ideally located opposite the cathedral, this friendly establishment was exactly what we needed after our hike: a warm welcome, precise beer recommendations and a perfectly cooked salmon steak with virgin sauce.

09/05/2026: Excellent meal. The Italian-style gnocchi carbonara was amazing, and the gnocchi bolognese was just as good. We'll be back on our next trip to Chambéry.

28/04/2026: I came for lunch with my 11-year-old son, and the experience was very disappointing, not to say bizarre. While the welcome and drink service started well, things quickly went downhill. Hygiene: While we were having our drinks, the establishment's little dog came and lifted its leg next to our table to urinate, completely nonchalantly…nice 😅 The food: The tagliatelle with mushroom sauce: The dish was drowning in cream and far too salty. My son couldn't finish it. Furthermore, the bacon listed on the menu was completely absent. The "chicken Yakitori" burger: A huge disappointment. The chicken, supposed to be Yakitori, looked more like a blended mixture with herbs. The fries were okay, but the side salad was practically nonexistent. The service and bad faith: The most regrettable part was the exchange with the manager. When I pointed out that the chicken didn't match the description "Yakitori" and that I was being told it was "homemade," she came back from the kitchen (after a discussion with the chef) with a can of industrial marinade from a well-known brand... blaming the menu printer! Worse, she assumed that the person who designed the menu must have just printed one for a Chinese restaurant!!! 😅🤣 That's really pushing it, madam. To be told that "it's been like this for six months and no one has complained… it seems to me that people don't go to restaurants anymore… no wonder!!!" Conclusion: When we got to the till, no one asked us about our satisfaction; only the payment mattered. As a resident of Chambéry and not just a tourist passing through, I know good products and true "homemade" food. A little honesty and respect for basic standards wouldn't hurt this establishment. I eagerly await your feedback, even if it means coming back to discuss this with you again, but honestly, it will make a difference…. A word to the wise.

14/05/2026: Loyalty points not working, easel not working. McFlurry the size of a sundae, and the drink cup looked like it had been hit by a car before being served.

19/02/2026: It had been a very long time since I'd eaten at KFC. Quite disappointed; the bacon fries were cold. And the plastic fork wasn't very clean. Too bad for me!

15/02/2026: My husband and I came for our second Valentine's Day. It was a truly delightful experience, filled with sweetness, flavor, and generosity. As we were leaving, the manager told us we were the last customers before the restaurant closed. This touched us deeply and I think it will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you to this restaurant for making this dinner such a wonderful memory. 🙌 And a special mention to the owners: you managed to convey your generosity and love through the food and the memories we will cherish. 🩷

04/02/2026: Flexible regarding arrival time (we informed them of our delay and the manager didn't hold it against us). Charming, rather intimate setting. Quick and efficient service. Good food but relatively expensive. Value for money 3/5. Friendly welcome. Clean restrooms. Extensive wine list. We had a pleasant time.

14/05/2026: If you only knew how much I miss the Savoyard tart from that place… I've never eaten one like it since. I miss that place so much :(

28/03/2026: We went in for crepes, but we were never served. The welcome wasn't very friendly, and there was a long wait. Others arrived much later and were served before us. We waited 15 minutes after placing our order and ended up leaving. Avoid this place.

25/05/2026: Best kebab in Chambéry!! Impeccable service, the staff are super welcoming, and the quality of the food is perfect. In short, this kebab is PERFECT!!! 👍🏽

14/05/2026: Hello, I ordered two kebab, fries, and drink meals today. I've been coming to this snack bar for months and years, but today I was served by two young people! They weren't very friendly... but it's not the first time. I was served the same thing as several times before, with the kids' meal: the kebab was full of raw vegetables and only 30 grams of kebab meat!!! It's changed a lot! Plus, they've raised the prices of the meals... I'm speaking to the manager. If you're reading this, please do something!!! In any case, I won't be back anytime soon! And you'll see for yourselves!
