11/02/2026: Impeccable service, a warm welcome always with a smile. Having my morning coffee at Au Métropole has become a little daily pleasure before starting the day. And the place is magnificent! Recently reopened after a long closure, it has been tastefully renovated, respecting the ambiance and charm of the 1930s of this historic brasserie in the Rouen train station district. Beautiful place, lovely and friendly team! Everything is perfect!!

04/03/2026: A cosy, relaxing atmosphere inside, as well as delightful heated patio out the back. Friendly staff make you feel instantly welcome and are very attentive. The Flemish Beef Bourgonon was excellent. I highly recommend their local blonde beer, and certainly recommend the profiteroles!

07/03/2026: We booked this restaurant by chance for our first evening in Rouen and had a fantastic time! The vol-au-vent was incredible and the meats (duck breast and ribeye steak) were delicious 🤤 Finally, the French toast and tarte tatin are definitely worth trying! Thanks also to Adja, who looked after our table and was perfect: kind, helpful, and professional. A top-notch evening, we'll be back!

26/02/2026: A very good experience with La Bodega Rouen during the restaurant cruise on the L’Escapade boat. The meal was good, the setting really lovely on the water, and the staff pleasant and welcoming. An exceptional experience that's a refreshing change from a typical restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The lady who prepared our order was very kind and pleasant, explaining to me what was included and what wasn't in the deal. The kebab was delicious (and I admit I'm quite picky about kebabs!) and the fries were very good too. Thank you very much

You can tell they care about doing a good job, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

24/02/2026: I invite you to come and explore this place. Go down into the basements of Rouen to discover a truly unique pizzeria. The pizzas are made on-site and baked in a wood-fired oven. It's a pure delight. I highly recommend you come and discover this establishment.

14/02/2026: So, to put it simply, if you're planning to go to a restaurant to eat, don't go. Not because it wasn't good (well, we didn't have the pleasure of tasting it...), judging by the plates, it looked good. It's just that after more than an hour, the staff still hadn't taken our order, and as our neighbors at the next table told us, the longest wait was yet to come... A shame for a restaurant with relatively high prices... (set menu €38 per person excluding drinks). Very disappointed and I'll never go back!!!
