25/05/2026: I should mention that I ordered through Uber Eats. This is the first time I've been so extremely disappointed with a meal I received. Uncle Bumpy is a well-known name in the fast-food world, specializing in chicken. But today, what I received was so bad I feel like I've been ripped off. I ordered the same thing over the weekend and it was excellent. I'm posting this so the restaurant managers can see what the cooks dared to leave for sale. Wings that arrived cold and dried out. I took pictures because I was so shocked. I even put a sugar cube next to a row of wings, it was so unbelievable. I called the restaurant to report this problem, and the young woman who answered told me she wasn't the one who cooked them. What kind of response is that? I told him that if I call, it's so the information is passed on to prevent other customers from receiving what I did. Please resolve this situation; your reputation is at stake, and frankly, with your good reputation, I find it unfortunate that I have to report this. I worked in a fast-food restaurant when I was younger, and I know that food has to be thrown away at certain times. Sincerely

03/05/2026: A loyal customer since it opened, with my teenagers who love fast food, being able to order through the app is so much easier than waiting in line. At first, it was truly excellent, with generous portions and little extras in the orders. My children were thrilled, and I recommended it to everyone I knew because of the quality. After a break, to my great surprise, the menu changed. There were fewer choices, and the portions were considerably smaller. The chicken fillets became thinner, and it seemed like they were just overcooked breading. The "Crousty Bumpy" was added to the menu; it was excellent at first, but lately the rice is dry, there's hardly any sauce, and it's really not as enjoyable anymore. We couldn't even finish it. Hoping for improvements so we can come back more often and enjoy the food like before ☺️

25/09/2026: Avoid at all costs. We ordered the pasta arrabbiata, and the tomato sauce was extremely acidic. There was very little pasta on the plate, three olives, and we had to ask for Parmesan, which was served in a tiny portion. Stale bread was also served. My glass was dirty at the beginning of the meal; it's really unacceptable. And the waiter was unfriendly; we felt like we were bothering him.

21/08/2026: Disgusting! The food wasn't fresh. It wasn't even really Thai food, more like a North African or Middle Eastern kebab shop disguised as a Thai restaurant. It was absolutely sickening! We couldn't even finish our meals. The next day, we were still so nauseous that he couldn't eat anything all day. And on top of that, the service was truly awful! The restaurant is very poorly run, dirty, and everything is deplorable. I advise the owner to close the establishment and find another job.

18/08/2026: A fantastic discovery! The food is absolutely delicious, prepared with impeccably fresh and high-quality ingredients. All the true flavors of Thailand are on the plate. The portions are particularly generous; it's impossible to leave hungry! Special mention goes to the staff: they are incredibly kind, very welcoming, and attentive from the beginning to the end of the meal. It's the perfect place to spend a wonderful, delicious, and convivial time. You can go without hesitation; I'll be delighted to return!

31/08/2026: This was my second time here, and I'm still delighted. Good music and good food served by very pleasant ladies. I regret the incident involving three awful people, including the woman who caused a scene and deserved a good kick in the pants. I think these people tried to start a scene with us, which didn't work. A tactic to get kicked out so they wouldn't have to pay. Kudos to the two waitresses, a mother and daughter, who kept their cool. We'll be back on our next trip to Paris.
