30/06/2026: Very disappointed with our experience. We came for dinner with friends, and unfortunately, nothing lived up to expectations. The pizzas were sparsely topped and tasteless—really nothing special. The most disappointing aspect was the service. The waiter, alone in the dining room, was unfriendly and very abrupt. He placed the bottles and dishes down without any care and really gave the impression that our presence bothered him. One of our friends even avoided asking him for anything because his attitude was so unpleasant. I understand that the owner wasn't there and that he was alone to provide service, but that doesn't justify such behavior towards customers. I usually leave positive reviews and I'm rarely disappointed by a restaurant, but this time it was a very bad experience. Given the quality of the food and the service, I won't be going back. And I find it really expensive! What a shame…

19/07/2026: I went there the evening of the BTS concert, to the terrace, and had a wonderful time. I was welcomed by Charlotte, whose excellent service I must commend. She was very attentive, efficient, and a great advisor. My daughter joined me after the concert and was able to enjoy it as well. Thank you! The food was very nice and the prices were reasonable. As a bonus, you can enjoy the concert if there is one. Thank you, Charlotte, I will be back next time I'm at the Stade de France 😊

27/10/2025: We first came here in July and had dinner. It's a place with wonderful flavors and friendly staff. Everyone's meals are served at the same time, and while they're different, they're all piping hot. The appetizers are plentiful, and I highly recommend trying the desserts. We also visited for breakfast in August. They haven't lost any of their friendly staff. We'd especially like to thank Aslıhan for her attentiveness. The open buffet breakfast offers every kind of Turkish breakfast you could imagine, complete with fruit and side dishes. You can also get gözleme (Turkish pancake) and fried eggs. We opted for the gözleme (Turkish pancake). The cheese was plentiful and crispy. The place is even more vibrant than in July. The garden is in bloom, and the vines are full of grapes. If you're looking for a place that's both eye-pleasing and heart-warming, this is the place to go!

18/10/2025: Very good restaurant, the terrace is very friendly and gives the feeling of a family vacation. The staff is very attentive. Special mention for the entrecôte and the kunefe :) but check the bill carefully, they tend to add things you didn't order...

22/07/2026: Very disappointed with the sandwich deal. No price was displayed, only a "-10%" mention, which didn't tell you the price of the deal. The staff wasn't welcoming. Overall, a disappointing experience.

19/07/2026: I've been a customer for years and I don't know if they've changed bakers, but the quality of the bread has definitely changed. It's undercooked and leaves a sour aftertaste. The bread used to be so much better, crispy and golden. What a shame.

16/05/2026: A terrible experience at the McDonald's drive-thru on Friday night, May 15th, around midnight. The staff was cold and unfriendly, with no communication whatsoever: we didn't know where to pay, pick up our order, or wait. I also asked for a kids' meal for the toy, which was refused even though it was clearly displayed. Both Filet-O-Fish Best Of Maxi burgers were cold when I got home, even though I live right next door. And honestly, still having Christmas lights up at the drive-thru in May just shows that they really need to modernize the design and atmosphere like other chains. You can tell McDonald's is losing ground to competitors like Burger King, Quick, and Five Guys. I won't be going back to this McDonald's.

14/05/2026: The staff seemed overwhelmed on this public holiday, the restrooms were very dirty, and a woman didn't understand when I asked her to give us our desserts: two chocolate brownies. She gave me two chocolate sundaes, which I refused because I had a sore throat, and then she gave me two donuts, which had nothing to do with my order, but I finally took them because I was tired of reordering. I would have appreciated it if she had either told me they were out of stock, what would you like, or asked a colleague for help if she didn't know where to find them. Otherwise, apart from that, we still had a nice time together.

23/05/2026: It used to be a really good fast food place where I'd gone almost every weekend for years... It's gotten worse and worse, but this time it's officially over for me. They've removed the noodles and replaced them with crappy crispy noodles. The fries are awful—how is it even possible to serve that, seriously?—and the So Grill sandwiches have gone bad. Goodbye

16/04/2026: For years my father has been bringing me to Kydame for your noodles, and you've taken them away and replaced them with rice and chicken. Please bring back the shrimp noodles, that's all I came for! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

09/09/2026: Always a friendly welcome, even though it's very busy at lunchtime. The sushi is good.

08/09/2026: Ordered 4 pad thai: very greasy, the chicken didn't even look like chicken! The beef was tasteless! The pad thai were white and swimming in oil. I've tried them several times, but this is the last time!!!

18/08/2026: It was the worst experience of my life. The staff were extremely unpleasant (one gentleman (unbelievable!)

05/09/2026: Cold fries, missing items, unpleasant staff. One person refused to give us the sauces we paid for, claiming we didn't have a receipt, even though the machine was out of paper.

03/08/2026: A disgrace. We were the last order at the kiosks. Barely after we ordered, an employee came to turn off the kiosks and complained that other orders had come through. The employees were arguing because they were "supposed" to finish at 11 pm, but other customers insisted on ordering from them. Completely unprofessional; we could hear them complaining and arguing. Some customers received their orders in person, and the employees turned off the lights two minutes after receiving them. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and I know it can be frustrating to receive last-minute orders, but that's the way it is. You need to review your policy or implement make-up time for employees who have to stay late. Half the menu was unavailable. We went home with our order, even more disappointed. We had ordered two XL meals, dips, and a Giant burger, and we realized that we had received two small, half-filled cups of drink with each meal. That's not even half the size of an XL drink. The fries weren't XL either. I often order here, but I can confirm this is the last time; there's always a problem with the orders.

02/09/2026: Went on a Tuesday evening = €25 per person. Few dishes, small portions, dry fried rice, dry roasted salmon, the wok dish was unappetizing (the pasta offered was dried pasta costing 50 cents). No vegetarian options. I won't be going back.
