13/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! They've changed everything, from the meat to the taste. It's become low-end. I'm very disappointed. I used to come here occasionally because the portions were generous and the food was good, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case.

30/03/2026: The slowest service I've ever seen. Orders are incomplete. It takes 30 minutes to pick up an order, but it takes 45 minutes for a Markana order to arrive.

30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.

21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did. Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders. They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen. The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable. The air conditioning is too cold.

20/06/2026: I really appreciate Paul and his employees, who are always courteous and efficient, but this morning I attended the opening and was very disappointed to see that the chairs placed on the tables were removed but the tables were not cleaned afterwards….

04/04/2026: I bought an apple turnover. It's really not what it used to be! This one was like a crepe folded in half and stuffed with applesauce. The nearest bakery makes much better!

26/07/2026: Absolutely terrible! Terrace under the planes. The dish (Thai chicken salad) was awful: way too salty and only Thai in name. The service was useless: they brought our drinks to another table and then rudely asked us to leave because they were closing. No compensation was offered after we learned the dish was inedible. Sit somewhere else.

22/07/2026: Arriving at 7:00 and arriving at 12:15, the appetizers arrived quickly, but the main courses arrived an hour after ordering and were served cold. We asked three times for the bottle of wine for lunch, which arrived 30 minutes after the main courses. I asked for my dish to be reheated, but the cook brushed me off and disrespectfully showed me the door. It's a real blow to the wallet to pay €40 for lunch under these conditions; it's unacceptable.

21/07/2026: It doesn't look like much, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd gladly go back if I'm ever in the area. There's plenty of choice. The seasonings are delicious. And the price is fantastic.

01/08/2026: No matter how much I love the concept of Onyxia, I unfortunately feel it's impossible to place a large order without at least one mistake. I completely understand that managing such a high volume of orders can be complicated, but every time I've tried to eat there with my family, there's been a problem. And this has been going on for years, without any real improvement. Even when ordering directly at the counter, mistakes are still frequent. It's a real shame, because the concept is excellent and deserves to be executed perfectly. The reason I'm writing this review today is mainly because of an incident I find unacceptable. For the first time, I decided to try the ice cream offered by the restaurant... and I found a hair in my ice cream. It obviously wasn't mine, and feeling it on my tongue was a particularly disgusting experience. What makes the situation even more worrying is that I observed several questionable hygiene practices during preparation: the employee simply rinsed their hands instead of washing them, barely rinsed the ice cream scoop, handled my cone with wet fingers, accidentally broke it in front of me without replacing it, and then placed the scoop on a piece of cardboard before asking me to retrieve it myself instead of properly serving the ice cream. In this context, finding a hair in my ice cream was the last straw. I am extremely disappointed with Onyxia. I used to be very fond of this chain, but this incident has made me reconsider. By trying to offer everything, I feel like nothing is truly controlled. The experience ultimately becomes quite ordinary, without any real specialty or consistent quality that would make me want to return. This is all the more regrettable because the potential is clearly there.

01/05/2026: Delighted to return to Courtepaille, but what a disappointment. It wasn't good at all. The ratatouille was a joke in name only; it was so watery and practically devoid of any vegetable pieces that it should have been served with a spoon. I thought I was playing it safe by choosing the flan for dessert... tasteless, disgusting crust, and served warm! @_@

13/07/2026: Ordered: Caramel Frappuccino (no coffee) Received: A cup of MILK No caramel sauce, no whipped cream, and absolutely NO TASTE. For €8.95 on Uber Eats, this is simply unacceptable.

22/07/2026: A very bad experience at this bakery. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were bothering them. The saleswoman was cold, unwelcoming, and spoke in an unpleasant tone. She seemed annoyed at having to serve us and gave us uncomfortable looks. It's regrettable to be received this way when you're simply there to buy bread or pastries. I hope the service improves, as it really gives the bakery a bad impression.

22/07/2026: I went to this bakery and was very disappointed by the service. The elderly woman who greeted us was very unpleasant; she didn't seem interested in serving us and spoke to us disrespectfully. She appeared annoyed to be receiving customers and looked at us in a very unsettling way. This behavior is truly unfortunate, as a friendly welcome is essential in a business. I hope this situation will not be repeated for future customers.

14/07/2026: I really don't understand the dishonest comments. Tiny portions? The portions are so generous you can barely finish them. The fries are undoubtedly homemade, the food is artisanal, and the ingredients are fresh. The menu is worth the price (which, by the way, is barely more expensive than a kebab from a major supermarket chain...). The "boule" (a type of kebab) has an original recipe and composition, certainly not to everyone's taste, in which case it would be honest to admit they're not the target audience. I've been going there for a while now, and I don't plan on stopping.

12/07/2026: Arrived at 9 PM on a Saturday, no one ahead of us and no order being prepared, we waited 15 minutes for 3 kebabs 🤯 The sandwiches have been very disappointing since the change of ownership. The cheese had a very strong flavor, probably sheep's cheese. The meat was dry. The fries were just small potato scraps. For €11, you should be impeccable.
