17/05/2024: 3 pizzas ordered for delivery. Already, we warn you that you have to go down to collect the pizza when the delivery man calls, are you too lazy to go up? Funny concept of home delivery. The delivery man had dirty hands and a dirty polo shirt, enough to whet your appetite... Then the pizzas, what can I say? I came back from a week's vacation in Morocco without having caught the tourista, and I had to return to France, and order pizzas from them to have a stomach ache all night and the next day! I'm not even talking about the flavor and the savings made on the toppings, but given the freshness of the food, it could have been worse... Honestly, the first and last order from this pizzeria which has no respect for its customers.

30/08/2024: I ordered 2 Sundays, apparently nothing fancy, the first served in 2 minutes and the second served in 25 minutes... I came to ask for it 3 times and when it was served to me I was told that it had been ready for 20 minutes. ..

27/08/2024: Thank you, thank you McDo for protecting me from myself by being at each annual visit so catastrophic that it inoculates me for a year. Touch screen that barely works, having to try again 6 times, forcing each choice. No easel but you can't validate your order without it, so you have to be medium and guess yourself that it's 123 or go ask a teammate who is almost surprised by your question. I have one point because my order arrived hot (hot, remember? Not barely lukewarm, hot as in "hot dish"), which hasn't happened to me in years. See you next year!

29/09/2024: I strongly advise against this restaurant. I went there yesterday and had the salmon pasta, which was incredibly bland. After waiting all day to enjoy a good Italian dish I was very disappointed. This meal made me sick all night. I had food poisoning!!!!!! Avoid! I've had bad reviews about this place before, but this time I'm really disgusted. The salmon was not good, and worse, it seemed stale. Even the dessert, a tiramisu, was tasteless. 01/09/2024: A good restaurant back in the day, but it's not what it used to be. Now, the waiters don't even bother to actually take your order and you have half your dishes, for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, either the management is bad or all this is done on purpose so that you don't consume as much as you want. hunger. 05/07/2024: En matière de livraison c'est une catastrophe ! Manager incompétente pour trouver une solution concernant une livraison où il manquait tout sauf les boissons ! Rien n'est vérifié avec les livreurs. Nul ! le client est pris en otage et obligé de se débrouiller malgré le paiement de sa commande. Un service livraison à revoir et des formations pour les managers qui ne tiennent pas la maison.....( 47€ dont 10€ de livraison)

24/08/2024: I have lived in Gagny for 20 years and I had already tried this pizzeria where I was disappointed. I promised myself I would never go there again. This week I came back from vacation and had nothing in my fridge, so, since I had forgotten why I was disappointed with this pizzeria, I went there. I had an Indian pizza (with chicken) as they say, large size (around €14). Once I get home, I open the box and see that there are 3 little pieces of chicken fighting on this pizza! Honestly, ridiculous! It's pitiful to pay 14€ to eat pizza dough cooked with 3 small pieces of chicken, a little tomato sauce, and a little of this and a little of that. In short, they must be making a sick margin if all their pizzas are like that. So I went to this pizzeria twice and both times I was disappointed. This time, I put it in my memory "to NEVER go there again because the toppings are ridiculous".

09/07/2024: It's a shame that the team lets itself be so overwhelmed, even if we understand that it is taken by storm, the payment which does not work and we look at you, inquisitive, we ask for another TPE but we are given the same one which is funny, the management of the end of the pizzas is not up to par either... Too bad because it's quite good, but still a little expensive for the quality of service...

15/04/2024: Ce restaurant est malheureusement fermé définitivement, en vue d'être remplacé par un KFC paraît-il... Chic, on aura le choix entre McDo, KFC et Berliner !!!

05/08/2024: TO FLEE !!! We came with 3 people, order taken quite quickly. Server who smells strongly of cigarettes. Our friend was served in about 20 minutes then but we had to wait for our dishes for 40 minutes… our friend ate alone in front of us. The other 2 tables of 10 people were served before us…. My friend ordered a salmon rice with white butter…. We served him a salmon rice curry and tomato sauce...??? At the end of the meal, the waiter wanted to clear my plate while I was still finishing my dish.... Absorbed in his head by other things. The room was crowded but he took several cigarette breaks without washing his hands and immediately serving the plates to the customer... The toilets were really dirty and impossible to wash your hands because there is no water in the tap... in short, to escape... we won't come back

23/09/2024: Don't go there! Flashy and mediocre industrial products. Cakes for 5 euros really execrable. It's an industrial retort... Traditional bread filled with air and emptiness. All white chopsticks... Prepared dishes that are not very good and stale. Go on your way and go to the Bakery at the corner of rue Ariste Hemard 100m further up. Everything is fresh and tasty.
