01/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at Lahore restaurant. The food was okay, but the behavior of some employees completely ruined my visit. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and, at times, seemed rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with a minimum of courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to provide better customer service in the future.

03/08/2026: A disgrace. We were the last order at the kiosks. Barely after we ordered, an employee came to turn off the kiosks and complained that other orders had come through. The employees were arguing because they were "supposed" to finish at 11 pm, but other customers insisted on ordering from them. Completely unprofessional; we could hear them complaining and arguing. Some customers received their orders in person, and the employees turned off the lights two minutes after receiving them. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and I know it can be frustrating to receive last-minute orders, but that's the way it is. You need to review your policy or implement make-up time for employees who have to stay late. Half the menu was unavailable. We went home with our order, even more disappointed. We had ordered two XL meals, dips, and a Giant burger, and we realized that we had received two small, half-filled cups of drink with each meal. That's not even half the size of an XL drink. The fries weren't XL either. I often order here, but I can confirm this is the last time; there's always a problem with the orders.

21/07/2026: The daily special was cooked to perfection, thank you for the chicken, homemade fries were an extra. They serve until late. Unbeatable value for money, €14 for the daily special. Friendly service that does its job. Just a few annoying wasps.

18/07/2026: The food was decent considering the prices, with a wide selection of dishes. However, there was a slight drawback regarding hygiene. The floor was particularly sticky throughout the restaurant, to the point that my shoes stuck to it when I walked, which wasn't very pleasant. I also found it inappropriate that the light fixtures were dusted during service. This caused dust and airborne particles to settle, some of which ended up in my food. It's a shame, because with a few improvements in these areas, the experience would be much more enjoyable.

13/07/2026: Everything is very tasty, I even celebrated my birthday here, I recommend it to everyone. The only downside is that I live far away, but everything else is top notch.

06/06/2026: In all honesty, this message is for your improvement! Crepes made several hours ago should not be sold to a customer. I ordered four, only to throw them away because they were inedible. Your premises are dirty, despite the small space visible from the outside. Hygienically speaking, it makes you want to leave rather than eat. Clean your griddle; it's important and takes three minutes tops. Your flavored smoothies taste of nothing but vanilla. I don't plan on returning there, which is a real shame. Please do what's necessary, or else close down for everyone's sake, and especially for everyone's safety.

25/08/2026: I am very disappointed with this McDonald's. Almost every order is missing something. Today, two portions of potatoes were missing, and the order wasn't completed. What's most shocking is that the employees were laughing and seemed more interested in chatting than properly preparing the orders. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Please pay more attention and check orders before handing them to customers. It's incredibly frustrating that this happens all the time.

25/08/2026: Terrible service. We ordered a meal and spent 32 euros, and you know what? She pretended to check that everything was there, and they didn't give me three shortbread cookies, three crepes, or packets of potatoes. Okay, one, but three? That's anarchy! And it's not the first time they haven't given me something. Sometimes they've given me different hamburgers, or there weren't any at all, but I was already far away and in a hurry, and it was late. I couldn't go back. They steal your money, so I definitely don't recommend this McDonald's.

23/05/2026: It used to be a really good fast food place where I'd gone almost every weekend for years... It's gotten worse and worse, but this time it's officially over for me. They've removed the noodles and replaced them with crappy crispy noodles. The fries are awful—how is it even possible to serve that, seriously?—and the So Grill sandwiches have gone bad. Goodbye

I placed an order at the kiosk, saw my tray with two large fries ready, and five minutes later, the waitresses, who were practically shouting—yes, I said shouting to avoid saying yelling in some unknown language—were practically ready to serve the fries. One of them took one of the fries from my tray, which must have been cold, and put it in a bag for another takeout order (he must have eaten it cold). Only eight minutes later did my sandwich arrive, and they added a hot, unsalted fry to the tray. The result: 13 minutes for two fries, one of which was very cold, and a "Supreme" sandwich that looked nothing like the menu and was tasteless. The worst Quick I've ever seen. I understand why they closed down for so long. I've never seen anything like it! 🤮🤮 What a disgrace!
