27/06/2026: The service is deplorable and unacceptable. The staff are completely ignorant of the prices charged at this Marie Blachère. A casual "I don't know" is unacceptable. Above all, the customer service needs improvement. When I went to the checkout, I was ignored twice, even though the staff was not understaffed. Avoid this store.

15/06/2026: Not even one star! He didn't want to display the prices like that, so when you pay he'll steal your money. It's a real rip-off. A skewer for three euros, merguez sausages for four euros. A muesli salad for four euros. For six skewers on a plate of chips, it comes to €37. It's outrageous! As if we'd eaten, we'd be on the menu with starter, main course, and dessert.

They're only refunding me €39, supposedly because the drinks are more expensive individually than in the set menus. So what? I ordered them with the set menus, not individually. And they're not even refunding the shipping and delivery fees because, at that price, I wouldn't have just ordered ice cream! That's expensive for 3 ice creams and 3 drinks! I insisted, but they won't budge 😑 I do not recommend them!

14/07/2026: Today, I went to the Quick drive-thru and the experience was very disappointing. The person who took my order was clearly jaded, making no effort, showing no consideration. When I got to the register, still no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I handed over my loyalty card, and the condescending response was: "You should have said so earlier." I paid, left… and discovered on the receipt that my card hadn't even been validated. The receipt indicated that I could have earned 270 points, but the employee did nothing. This kind of behavior is very problematic: - total lack of respect - unpleasant tone - lack of politeness - disregard for customer loyalty It feels like the employee is king and the customer doesn't matter at all. This isn't normal, and it's unacceptable for a chain like Quick. I won't be going back.

25/02/2026: Hello, I ordered over €60 worth of food from this website, including two harira soups. It's a complete rip-off! The soup is inedible, like the watery, tasteless kind you get in a sachet that sells for €1.90 in a supermarket. The bill was €14! The chicken and lemon tagine was the same: watery, with no sauce. It's highway robbery! I do not recommend them.

When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did. Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders. They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen. The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable. The air conditioning is too cold.
