09/02/2026: So amazing! They we’re very welcoming and high-quality. I have the apricot tart and lemon cake with coffee, delicious! Come by if you’re in the neighborhood :)

30/12/2025: The bakery was closed due to unsanitary conditions; there were mice and rats everywhere since the change of ownership. It's a disaster.

05/08/2026: We stopped by Columbus Café, located inside the Leroy Merlin store in Livry-Gargan. We ordered pistachio milkshakes. The cashier was serving customers alone, while another employee was present but said he was on break and didn't want to help. As a result, we waited over 20 minutes. After this long delay, the cashier informed us that they were out of pistachios. We then asked for a refund. She made us wait another 5 minutes before telling us she didn't know how to process a refund to our bank card. After we insisted, she finally returned, claiming that they did have pistachios after all. So we agreed to keep our order. But once we left, as we started drinking our drinks, we realized that it wasn't a pistachio milkshake. It was simply milkshakes with almond-flavored powder, without any pistachio flavor whatsoever. I find this behavior dishonest. Making customers believe they are receiving a product that doesn't match their order is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, we are clearly not the first to experience this type of disappointment.

27/06/2026: It really feels like an abandoned Columbus. I ordered a kiwi/lemon iced drink, but I got an elixir instead. The server kindly offered to serve me an iced drink instead. I did get a new drink, but it didn't taste like an iced drink at all; it tasted like a lukewarm milkshake. And to top it all off, the tray I was served on was dirty.

26/06/2026: First Pizza Hut order: they dropped the salt shaker and oil bottle on the pizza. Straight to the bin, it's inedible. Yuck!

17/06/2026: Honestly, the worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a tuna, olive, and double cheese pizza, and the pizza had very little dry tuna, no double cheese, just dough. Disappointed. Especially since I'm used to going to the 18th arrondissement.

04/06/2026: Extremely slow service. They prioritize takeout orders over yours. One hour to be served at your table.

31/03/2026: Arrived at 12:35 PM, served at 1:45 PM, and some dishes were missing... End of joke.

07/08/2026: I take half a baguette; the other half fell. He picked it up from the ground and put it back in the baguettes for sale.

03/08/2026: Very nice cakes for breakfast. Wish there was more coffee options other than just espresso.

12/07/2026: Appalling organization. Poor customer flow management, slow service. We missed our flight because of a 40-minute queue for a sandwich we ultimately didn't buy due to the wait. But it was already too late.

09/06/2026: Food as any other Pret A Manger Service is slow.

21/07/2026: Horrible! The prices are exorbitant and vary wildly. No prices are displayed; the price for an empty merguez sausage and fries sandwich jumps from 5 to 7 euros from one person to another. They ask what sauce you want, but the person preparing it decides to make it their own way. And the staff? They're the worst; they really need a career change. Customer service is clearly not for them.

01/05/2026: DISGUSTING! Worst experience of my life. Unsanitary restaurant, cockroaches, sticky trays dripping with oil, uncleaned tables also sticky and covered in dust. And the food? Don't even get me started. Raw and just plain disgusting—it's a real disgrace. The service was APPALLING, the waiters laughed at customers who complained. I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT, OH MY GOD! I'm personally writing to the relevant authorities!
