30/07/2026: The night shift was completely useless - I arrived at midnight, ordered from the kiosk (which was incredibly slow), and was forced to pay at the register. After waiting 20 minutes just to pay, I finally left.

21/07/2026: This is my second time here, and both times I've waited forever for my food. It's not busy, yet it still takes ages. We waited 20 minutes for two fries. When we asked, they said "it's coming." It never did. Despite this, we tried again, and today we waited just as long. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than taking orders. They were shouting loudly in the open kitchen. The food arrived ice cold with the wrong sauces. It's unacceptable. The air conditioning is too cold.

19/09/2026: I placed an order on Uber Eats, and I received an order that wasn't mine. Two Fish meals, one with fish and onions, and I received a burger instead! Seriously?! I don't even eat meat. The delivery driver didn't check the order slip and his name isn't Vincent. Honestly, Quick, are you kidding me?!

18/09/2026: Very good hot food. Despite the rainy weather, there was air conditioning; it could have been improved, but that's just a minor detail.

22/09/2026: I don't recommend it! The food is awful. Dry and clearly not freshly made. I had to go somewhere else. The sushi is brown and looks like it's expired. I don't recommend it.

04/09/2026: I don't know what's changed since last winter, but Starbucks really isn't the same anymore… The staff has changed, the store has changed, and even the atmosphere isn't the same. I now feel much more comfortable at Dunkin', right next door, especially in terms of service and value for money.

25/02/2026: Hello, I ordered over €60 worth of food from this website, including two harira soups. It's a complete rip-off! The soup is inedible, like the watery, tasteless kind you get in a sachet that sells for €1.90 in a supermarket. The bill was €14! The chicken and lemon tagine was the same: watery, with no sauce. It's highway robbery! I do not recommend them.

24/08/2026: The service was very pleasant, the staff were particularly attentive and professional. Excellent ribeye steak.

22/08/2026: I was very disappointed. Starting with the welcome, the waitresses were anything but friendly. Taking our order was a real ordeal. The waitress suddenly left, and a second waitress took our order, but it was the same story. We had to repeat our order at least six times. The dishes arrived one by one, so we ate cold food. And my salmon tartare was extremely salty. The rosé I ordered was really bad… What's certain is that I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I won't be going back.

10/09/2026: Lack of organization, long wait, no sauces

08/09/2026: The service was CATASTROPHIC. I placed an order the day before yesterday and waited over an hour and a half to pick it up (there were about ten of us waiting). The manager, clearly overwhelmed, offered no consideration or apology. Only one employee with a modicum of common sense took over and decided to manually review the orders to check them. An hour and a half wait, and yet the order wasn't even complete. No compensation whatsoever—it's unacceptable!

16/05/2026: Great, authentic place with very friendly service! The mussels were delicious! The cheese platter was good. This place deserves more than just 3 stars.

23/08/2026: The staff were very slow but courteous, and the drinks were decent. It would be nice to have staff who could actually do a better job, though…

30/09/2026: Arriving at the restaurant at 10 PM, I found the chairs already stacked on the tables; there wasn't even room to sit. The cook and the two waitresses were eating peacefully. I asked what time they closed, and she said, "We're practically closing now," gesturing with her watch to make it clear I wasn't welcome. I said, "But you close at 11 PM, it says so on the website!" She replied, "No, no, 10:45 PM." Then the cook told me, "We don't have anyone to help us, that's why." Ugh. I used to come here regularly, but I'm going to start avoiding it, especially since they speak to you in such a condescending way. Since this new woman took over, and now she thinks she's something special, when you're missing something, she makes you feel like you have to bring her the receipt, or something like that—it's just unacceptable behavior.

23/08/2026: Very disappointed with the mini Macadamia Crunch. At €7.50 a tub, it's far too expensive for what's inside! It's almost entirely whipped cream, very little actual ice cream, and just a tiny drizzle of caramel in the middle. For that price, you'd expect much better. Avoid it!

13/08/2026: Hello, I'd like to share my experience at Häagen-Dazs Aulnay. First of all, I find it quite problematic that only one person was present to handle such a large number of customers. This inevitably leads to long waits and makes service difficult for both the staff and the customers. Secondly, I ordered a pistachio milkshake and was frankly disappointed. The texture and appearance really gave the impression of a curdled beurre blanc, and the taste was nowhere near what I expected from a Häagen-Dazs milkshake. I hope these comments can be taken into account to improve the service and the quality of the products. (It's not the cashier's fault, he's the best!)

04/09/2026: The service was terrible, and the meat was huge and had a strong, unpleasant smell.

07/08/2026: A one-hour wait for a tiny ribeye steak with no sauce (they were out), for €25! I asked for rare, and it arrived well-done with barely cooked, cold fries. I won't be going back.

30/07/2026: Excellent experience at La Fratrie! The dishes were delicious, generous, and perfectly prepared. The service was top-notch. A big thank you to Tayfun for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome throughout the meal. Thank you also for the complimentary shots—a truly appreciated touch!

01/05/2026: Delighted to return to Courtepaille, but what a disappointment. It wasn't good at all. The ratatouille was a joke in name only; it was so watery and practically devoid of any vegetable pieces that it should have been served with a spoon. I thought I was playing it safe by choosing the flan for dessert... tasteless, disgusting crust, and served warm! @_@
