01/04/2026: I was very disappointed by the reception and the staff's lack of friendliness. As a person with a disability (no mobility issues, but other problems), I called a few days beforehand to request a specific type of room. The person on the phone told me it wasn't their problem and that I should ask at reception upon arrival. So I arrived at the hotel and repeated my request. The response: I should have called earlier. I explained that I had done so and that I had been told to ask at reception upon arrival. The new response: no, it wasn't possible, without even checking the availability of the rooms in question. This is the second time this has happened (the first time was in December). Oh well, next time I'll go somewhere else where the staff is friendly and understanding.

13/02/2026: A very pleasant and affordable hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, and the cleanliness was much appreciated. Good value for money.

24/10/2025: Disaster...no mussels or fish at Leon's...??..ribeye steak that wasn't one....corked wine...I should have known better with the empty dining room....waitress was okay but doing what she could with what she had...disappointed..

16/07/2026: We had a very good lunch on Tuesday, market day; the rib-eye steak was excellent, and my wife had the mussels with samphire. Thank you!

12/07/2026: Impeccable service, great location by the sea. Shaded terrace. Delicious mussels. A particular favorite was the one with Maroilles cheese. Warm welcome. Perfect.

Plus, the young man prepares the sandwiches in flip-flops—so much for hygiene! So, honestly, run away and go somewhere else...

30/06/2026: I received a very warm welcome. There's a wide variety of choices. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

15/07/2026: I often eat lunch here; the service is quick. The manager is very responsive.

14/07/2026: I went last night and the upstairs toilet was blocked, it annoyed me, I had to go see the manager. It's starting to get on my nerves, and then we couldn't even wash up because it was blocked. I'm sorry, but it's really annoying.

21/12/2025: We ate there after visiting the Christmas market and the cathedral. It was very good, homemade (ch'ti burger, fish and chips, chocolate fondant) and reasonably priced. The decor is lovely, and the owner was friendly.

The waitress was unpleasant and showed no motivation, especially when it came to finding a pitcher of water... and the owner seems completely unconcerned despite customer complaints. It's really strange, especially after two years.

12/07/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The mini sundae wasn't even served in a proper mini sundae, and they refused to correct the mistake about the actual size for a child. Then there was the unpleasant staff, the dirty table, and a spoon left lying around. Right after we were served, people were being told to get takeout, regardless of whether they had ordered it in or out. Not a single "hello." They just told people it was takeout without even saying hello. They could have at least smiled and said, "Sorry, unfortunately, it's takeout only." I do not recommend this McDonald's.

12/07/2026: It's shameful to see waitresses openly criticizing new trainees in front of customers. We're not here to hear that, and besides, newcomers need time to learn.

15/07/2026: We just had a drink. The waiter was friendly and smiling. It's a bit far from the beach, so it was quieter. Guinness on tap was a bonus.

03/07/2026: Very nice, good music. Friendly staff. The chicken kebab was good. Okay, you'll just have to tell me how (during happy hour, Friday at 8 pm) 1 Paix Dieu beer at €8 + 1 beer at €6 + iced tea at €2.50 + chicken tapas at €10 comes to €31 (Not including the €3 tip I left afterwards)
