21/03/2026: For lunch today, we had andouillette sausage with fries and Flemish carbonnade with fries. The dishes were good and well-prepared. As for the fries, we would have preferred good Belgian fries. One drawback was the smell of air freshener coming from the restrooms. Not very pleasant during the meal. Next time, we'll avoid this place.

11/02/2026: I've eaten here about ten times now. The dishes are traditional and quite comforting. They're good. The portions are decent. The service isn't too bad. There are just one or two people who complain, but the rest of the servers are very welcoming, patient, and quite friendly. There's a wide selection of daily specials, but they're often the same... Arrive at noon and you'll eat very quickly (which suits me), it gets more difficult during the rush around 1 p.m. But that's to be expected since the prices are reasonable.

23/01/2026: Ordered today, waited 2 hours only to see in previous reviews that it's closed… is it difficult to configure an admin-side click to close orders on the site?

23/01/2026: I ordered pizzas online from their website for pickup this evening. The order was confirmed, and I received a confirmation email… I arrive at Boîte à Pizza at the time of my appointment, AND it's closed! Everything shut, the shutters down! Nobody there!

05/07/2026: It's absolutely delicious! The waiter is always so welcoming and attentive. He makes sure everything is perfect and treats us like royalty. It's a real pleasure to come every time. I highly recommend it!

18/06/2026: Great restaurant! Friendly welcome. Wide selection of vegetarian options. Delicious cheese naan. Quick service and very reasonable prices! I came alone before catching a train, and I loved it! Lovely decor. Thank you so much!

11/02/2026: Paid parking and we get broken into regularly. Just this Monday, thefts of goods were reported.

13/01/2026: Parking is currently free because the machine doesn't issue tickets.

17/06/2026: Very available and, most importantly, open on Sundays. Simple pastries, bread for every day and all tastes.

16/06/2026: I've walked past the bakery several times around 7:10 am and it's closed. They should post the change in hours online if it no longer opens at 7:00 am.

31/05/2026: Hello, I went to this establishment for my birthday (thanks to a Smartbox). The food was really good, even if slightly too spicy. There were two cats in the dining room; they were cute, but it's true that, logically, they shouldn't be there from a hygiene standpoint. But it didn't bother us. The other animals nearby, like the chickens and roosters, were a nice change from other restaurants. It's a shame the owners will soon be closing due to retirement (well-deserved). We wish them good luck and a pleasant future retirement. Sincerely,

18/05/2026: We had lunch today thanks to a gift box we received for our wedding, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu was excellent: champagne accompanied by two delicious amuse-bouches, and the rest of the meal was just as wonderful. We thank the chef and the owner for the quality of his ingredients and cuisine, as well as the owner's wife, who was very pleasant throughout the meal. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

27/06/2026: We were served by Sophie, who was very kind, helpful, and pleasant. €22.50 per person for a starter, main course, and coffee with a small chocolate. The place is air-conditioned and perfectly clean. We were able to bring our cat in its carrier so it wouldn't stay too hot in the car. A very good experience for a motorway service station restaurant.

24/04/2026: Quiet room. Noisy front door. Impeccable cleaning. Pleasant housekeeping staff. Spacious and pleasant lobby. Bring your own bottled water; the tap water is disgusting: too chlorinated. The water in the bathtub is light gray. The bedding (uncomfortable mattress, bed linen too short so it constantly leaks)

17/03/2026: Nice hotel with lovely staff who all try to be helpful. As mentioned previously in reviews rooms are slightly dated & not designed well … with doors opening awkwardly restricting space… no bottle water in room & TV not a smart one… saying all that the room was comfortable for the one night we stayed .. breakfast was really good with plenty of choice .. we had free parking at the front of the hotel which limited… We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant ( review on restaurant) .. the hotel served a purpose breaking our journey on our way home .. we wouldn’t hesitate using it again as the price was excellent.

17/05/2026: If you are both a smoker and a regular customer, you have the right to smoke inside. That's what the waiter will say if you mention it because you're bothered by the smoke.

14/07/2026: No greeting upon my arrival, refusal to use the restroom for a disabled person (not to mention the cost of my drink). Yet they have the nerve to tell other customers I'm not being polite because I didn't say goodbye while waiting for a response to my greeting. Perhaps they should take some etiquette lessons.

14/07/2026: I wouldn't call this place a restaurant, but rather a cross between a local bistro and a night out with friends watching a football match. We ordered three pizzas and a portion of fries to take away (€45). The pizzas were generally quite good, although the tomato sauce tasted more like cheap tomato paste than a real homemade sauce. The fries, on the other hand, were disastrous: they were like the ones from Lidl. Pieces of all sizes, soggy, tasteless… you almost wonder if they hadn't been scraped from the bottom of several baskets. The most disconcerting thing is the atmosphere. If you like places where everyone is shouting from one end of the room to the other, you'll get your fill. It feels more like attending a post-match celebration than a proper restaurant service. I was also surprised to see several people going back and forth between the bar and the kitchen, even though they didn't seem to have any role in the kitchen. And to top it all off: the cook walked into the kitchen letting out a huge belch. It might seem like a small detail, but it's definitely not the kind of scene that inspires confidence while you're waiting for your meal. The staff is welcoming, but between the atmosphere, the seemingly haphazard organization, and what we witnessed, you end up wondering if you might leave with something other than what you ordered.

13/06/2026: Excellent bakery, but the service is atrocious! An endless wait and staff as friendly as a prison guard. It's a shame, because the products are really good.

30/04/2026: I went in today between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. I placed a small order. The employee put the sandwich next to the register and told their colleague, "My order." In the end, the person in question left, leaving me standing there. I waited while customers filed past behind me. "You were very lucky the order was for a colleague, otherwise I would have stood you up." So, to summarize your way of doing things, one person takes the customer's order, a second person handles the payment if everything is going well, or, like me today, they take the order and then leave the customer standing there. It's been a long time since I've been back to your establishment, and now I understand better why things haven't changed.

31/03/2026: The restaurant looked closed, so we went up and check it out. They were not and what a pleasant surprise! I had de cassolette de St. Jaque and for main Ficille Picarde. Both delicious. Staff was kind and attentive and the environment is such a nice place in the country. It was not busy at all, but why, it is really so nice.
