15/05/2026: The McDonald's dining area smelled awful, and the staff were unpleasant. At that level of odor, it would have been better to temporarily close the McDonald's while they fixed the problem.
14/05/2026: I've been here several times, and each time I have a problem with my order. The last time, I saw a mouse. Then I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which arrived without chicken—thankfully, I was eating in. In other McDonald's, they prepare the salad with the dressing mixed in, but not here. And last time, I ordered a Daim caramel McFlurry at the drive-thru, and I got a Daim McFlurry without caramel.

16/05/2026: Endless wait! I finally left after waiting an hour for my order! The wait was cold and drafty. The young servers were mistreated even though they weren't responsible for the disaster! The manager didn't even apologize for her lack of professionalism!
16/05/2026: I went there for lunch with my family. We all ordered mussels and fries, and after an hour we still hadn't received anything. No explanation, no apology, not even a glance, nothing. Other customers received their orders, including dessert, before we did. We left in frustration without eating, and the waitress didn't apologize. I think there was a serious lack of organization, and even if the two young waiters meant well, they were completely overwhelmed. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

12/12/2025: 25 minutes for a rare hamburger No more vegetables, fries, or sauces, and it's only 1 p.m. Also, pay attention to the dishes. The glasses were very dirty, the cutlery... The tables aren't always cleaned. More choice in vegetables... supposedly all-you-can-eat. The spare ribs... They open the bag in front of the customers and slam it onto a cold plate. Not much choice in appetizers and desserts either. It's a real shame. The staff is... overwhelmed. The organization needs to be reviewed in the different areas. The toilets were clogged.
07/12/2025: The cashier was unpleasant. It was my first time using loyalty points at this Flunch. I asked him to apply them to my meal, and he told me I should have generated a barcode and presented it at the beginning of the order, saying it would save everyone time. I think it took him 20 seconds, so I apologize. I believe being pleasant to the customer is more worthwhile than wasting your 20 seconds. I usually go to the Flunch in Englos, and I've never had this kind of experience before.

03/03/2026: First time I came to this establishment with colleagues, and the last time I'll ever go... It's the first time I've ever seen such unfriendly restaurant staff! Not a hello, not a smile. Luckily, not all the shopkeepers in Roye are like that... As for the payment, we had no choice but to divide the total amount by the number of people in our party. Unfair, considering some people had ordered a cheaper menu than us... Anyway, I won't dwell any longer on this bad experience. Thankfully, the food was good! That's the only positive thing!
23/02/2026: There's certainly quantity, but what about the quality? The value for money isn't optimal, and I'm still waiting for a smile from the owner.

02/03/2026: Avoid this place, especially for the price; you can eat better elsewhere with more choice. The dishes were empty, and the replacements took forever. You often find yourself without a plate to refill your order; I think there's a lack of staff and organization. Very limited choices. Very limited cheese and dessert options. On the other hand, a positive point: the waitress was very kind and attentive to customers.
20/02/2026: The “hot” dishes were cold, dry and not much flavor. There was hardly anyone there so could have had the leisure to be "quiet" but the waitress put everyone in a small corner, too bad. Not much choice compared to other buffets in the region.

23/04/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The owner is extremely unpleasant, making inappropriate remarks; he shouldn't be in contact with customers. Fortunately, the waitress is very friendly and professional, which somewhat redeems this otherwise very mediocre establishment.
23/04/2026: Avoid this place. I think it's the owner speaking to us customers like that. He was overwhelmed with six tables. When we tried to get his attention to order drinks, he brushed us off, saying we had time and he didn't. For your information, we're not tourists, as you said. If this is how you treat tourists, that's really frustrating, but don't forget that we're the ones keeping your business afloat. It's a shame because the staff is friendly and the setting is pleasant. Avoid this place.

25/04/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. We came on Saturday evening for a crêpe and it was a very unpleasant surprise. The cook was clearly completely drunk, which doesn't inspire any confidence in the hygiene or professionalism of the establishment. The waitress was also drinking. The overall atmosphere was quite unsettling, with a rather unsettling clientele. As for the crêpes, they were far from good: poorly prepared, tasteless, and frankly disappointing. An evening we would have preferred to avoid. I definitely do not recommend this place.
21/04/2026: The chocolate crepe was absolutely disgusting, as was everything else containing chocolate. They forgot part of the order, not to mention the servers' lack of motivation. The hot chocolate was tasteless, a total rip-off! And if you need to use the restroom, there's no door; the keyhole is the most efficient way to get a refund. The jokes left much to be desired.

15/04/2026: I'm really disappointed with my McDonald's experience today. The fries were cold, the nuggets were hard and cold too, and the ice cream was already melting by the time it was served… On top of that, there were no napkins, no sauce, and not even the McDonald's toy, even though it's supposed to be a promotional item. What's even more frustrating is that I live less than two minutes from the restaurant and we're regular customers. We usually never complain, but this was really unacceptable. And unfortunately, it's not the first time this has happened to us. I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I know mistakes can happen, but this is excessive and becoming a recurring issue. I really hope this will be taken into account and that it won't happen again.
11/04/2026: We went to McDonald's yesterday specifically for the Mario Happy Meal with my son. And what a surprise! They brought out yet another set of Happy Families cards! There was no mention on the order that they were out of Mario toys, and yet we arrived at 7 pm! My son was crying because we came specifically for those figurines. Meal ruined! (They could have taken one out of their display case, but instead put them on display to give children hope of getting one with their Happy Meal.) And don't even get me started on the dessert that was missing from the Happy Meal...
