12/12/2025: 25 minutes for a rare hamburger No more vegetables, fries, or sauces, and it's only 1 p.m. Also, pay attention to the dishes. The glasses were very dirty, the cutlery... The tables aren't always cleaned. More choice in vegetables... supposedly all-you-can-eat. The spare ribs... They open the bag in front of the customers and slam it onto a cold plate. Not much choice in appetizers and desserts either. It's a real shame. The staff is... overwhelmed. The organization needs to be reviewed in the different areas. The toilets were clogged.

07/12/2025: The cashier was unpleasant. It was my first time using loyalty points at this Flunch. I asked him to apply them to my meal, and he told me I should have generated a barcode and presented it at the beginning of the order, saying it would save everyone time. I think it took him 20 seconds, so I apologize. I believe being pleasant to the customer is more worthwhile than wasting your 20 seconds. I usually go to the Flunch in Englos, and I've never had this kind of experience before.

03/03/2026: First time I came to this establishment with colleagues, and the last time I'll ever go... It's the first time I've ever seen such unfriendly restaurant staff! Not a hello, not a smile. Luckily, not all the shopkeepers in Roye are like that... As for the payment, we had no choice but to divide the total amount by the number of people in our party. Unfair, considering some people had ordered a cheaper menu than us... Anyway, I won't dwell any longer on this bad experience. Thankfully, the food was good! That's the only positive thing!

23/02/2026: There's certainly quantity, but what about the quality? The value for money isn't optimal, and I'm still waiting for a smile from the owner.

25/10/2025: We paid for two sandwiches the day before, which we were supposed to pick up the next morning. No one was there at 10:00 a.m., and we couldn't get our order despite having paid. No follow-up, no communication, and no solution offered. Very poorly organized; we won't be back. Unacceptable. Avoid. A very bad experience. We left empty-handed, feeling like we'd been ripped off.

23/10/2025: My husband bought two small fries for a total of €9! At home, the portions are much larger, even for small fries. He didn't look at the price before buying them. It was the first and last time.

31/01/2026: A clear decline in quality and service. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, and in addition to the quality of the food not always being up to par anymore, during my last visit a while ago, the person who served and took our payment made a comment about the weight of the people present, asking if we were going to the gym afterward? A strange way to attract customers…

20/01/2026: I go there very regularly, the manager is super friendly, the California rolls are good, the decor of the place is great, nothing to complain about! And the prices are reasonable!

02/03/2026: Avoid this place, especially for the price; you can eat better elsewhere with more choice. The dishes were empty, and the replacements took forever. You often find yourself without a plate to refill your order; I think there's a lack of staff and organization. Very limited choices. Very limited cheese and dessert options. On the other hand, a positive point: the waitress was very kind and attentive to customers.

20/02/2026: The “hot” dishes were cold, dry and not much flavor. There was hardly anyone there so could have had the leisure to be "quiet" but the waitress put everyone in a small corner, too bad. Not much choice compared to other buffets in the region.

02/02/2026: The barmaid was very unpleasant and haughty. She looked down on the customers; I strongly advise against going there.

04/01/2026: The food was mediocre: a plain, canteen-style white vinaigrette dressing, and the gizzard salad had almost no greens, and what's more, it was bagged salad with a mix of leftovers (old, dry bits of chicken, apples, pineapple, carrots, tomatoes, etc.). The main courses consisted of fatty meat and a large, dry potato with rinds of various cheeses on top. We're usually very picky about food and are almost never disappointed in restaurants. The only pleasant aspect was the location, with its sun-drenched terrace.

22/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! The waitress was unpleasant and should find another job. The red meat was tough and sinewy, and don't even get me started on the restaurant's appalling cleanliness. In short, a €22 set menu for nothing but green beans!

01/03/2026: First, we were already disappointed once by the woman who told us we couldn't order anymore, even though the website clearly stated they were open until 10:30 PM (it was 9:45 PM). Today I ordered at 6:27 PM because my partner gets up at 3 AM for work. We weren't told anything about the delivery; they just said goodbye. I had to call back to ask when we would be delivered. They told me around 7 PM, but the delivery arrived at 8 PM. Then, the cheese was definitely spoiled, judging by the texture and the awful smell. There were fries in my Lebanese burger, even though I ordered a Lebanese burger because I don't like fries. My partner's burger was literally empty, as was my Lebanese burger. The result? A little over €23 and an hour and a half wait for this? Never again! My advice: avoid this place.

07/02/2026: Pretty average. I get the feeling I shouldn't talk too much. 🤫 The kebab capital 🥙 is Saint-Denis (93), we're quite far from here. Keep at it, don't hesitate to put in the effort, set yourself a goal, and enjoy your food with a smile.

26/02/2026: The fries were quick but had a strange taste. The hamburger was very good. Eat outside because inside it smelled like sewage from the toilets. The outdoor flooring needs to be redone.

20/02/2026: We've been to this McDonald's several times. We have no complaints about the food quality or the service time, however, there are very frequent mistakes with our orders. For example, when ordering a Big Tasty with two patties, we once only received one patty. Furthermore, when we customize our burgers, our requests aren't always registered, forcing us to go back and forth to point out the error and get the correct order. It's a real shame, as it spoils the experience despite the otherwise fast service. Better order verification is needed.

01/03/2026: What a shame! Two small chocolates and two crepes! The crepes were very rubbery, with more water than milk in the batter, and very bland! And the service leaves much to be desired!

28/03/2026: We went for lunch as a couple. My meal was good: a savory crepe with Maroilles cheese and a caramel crepe, simple but decent. My partner, however, was very disappointed. The fish of the day was bland, a small portion, and the sauce had no flavor. For a €21 dish, it left us wanting more. The waitress was very friendly and professional, which wasn't the case for all the staff. A verbal altercation broke out between a waitress and the kitchen staff, which somewhat dampened the atmosphere of the meal. In short, it was okay, nothing special, and a bit pricey for the simplicity of the dishes.

23/03/2026: Frozen fries, undercooked mussels, people in tracksuits and baseball caps constantly coming and going in the kitchen. Overpriced. I strongly advise against it.
