12/12/2025: I received excellent service from the Flunch team in Albi after making a mistake with the date in my reservation, and I thank them for that. However, I must point out the lack of respect shown by the person who handles reservations: a very unpleasant woman, both on the phone and in person. Despite this negative experience, our order was correct and as expected. Thank you nonetheless for your assistance.

Told us to go somewhere else, put our helmets down, and eat with them on.
Run away from this place.
17/06/2025: Simple, no-nonsense. Reasonably priced, decent quantity, and commensurate quality. I didn't notice any issues with the behavior of either the staff or the boss, as is regularly mentioned. I'm quite satisfied with this establishment.

23/08/2024: How to say?! It was ridiculous. He thinks he's chic with a young vibe, but with supermarket cheese and cold meats, we're not there at all.
Even the burrata from Intermarché is creamier than the one presented in this restaurant.
In short, mediocre and to be avoided.

11/12/2023: Hello, group meal, there were 70 of us and 70 had the banana!!! Super nice, very welcoming, well done for the quality and quantity of the meal! The waitresses all have a smile and want to work! We can give 5 stars but it deserves 70!!! Thank you again and Bravo, finally professionals!

05/09/2024: Honestly I've never had a problem with the cuddly crumb until today. I really like their cookies and so my friends and I decided to buy some and eat them there. As we are students, at lunchtime they needed a place to eat so we took the opportunity to eat quickly. In less than 10 minutes we were kicked out by a gray-haired woman with glasses who was really bitter and mean. This completely ruined my experience. I will never come back, neither myself nor those around me.
