10/08/2024: Très bon accueil et cadre exceptionnel au bord du Tarn. Ce restaurant, dont le nom rappelle l'ancienne fabrique de pâtes, se situe dans l'hôtel Mercure, avec une magnifique terrasse pour admirer la Cathédrale et la ville rive gauche. Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous, avec en particulier un magret de canard et sa sauce.... vraiment excellent!

09/06/2024: séjournant à l'hotel MERCURE, nous avons diner 2 soirs de suite et avons apprécié le décor, la vue, le service et bien sûr les plats, qui sont sans prétention, MAIS le résultat est bien supérieur à l'Hôtel

08/06/2024: It is rare to find a very good hotel like this with a very good restaurant offering dishes cooked with so much passion (made by 2 very good cooks). Very well maintained rooms with all the comfort expected. Very bright, clean, pleasant, good bedding and all the amenities. The service is PERFECT!!! Pleasant staff who listen to you. Present but discreet. Helpful (we asked at the last minute for an improved aperitif for more than twenty people just before dinner, result: small verrines and toasts accompanied by a kir de Gaillac. IPPECABLE!!). You would have to be very picky to find fault. I want to remain neutral and look for the small detail: The elevator would have been a little bigger for more people and luggage (but there is a nice big staircase), one per shower a little wider so as not to wet the carpet, a larger bathtub for people over 1m70 (or a walk-in shower would have been more practical).....but these are just details. A very good 2-day stay with a very good table and large, hearty and well-stocked breakfast, impeccable service with quality staff, ... keep it up!!! It's everything we love and ask for. Best wishes. 24/08/2024: All-you-can-eat mussels and fries evening. Nice atmosphere with large outdoor terrace. A little disappointed by the mussel recipes which contain too many carrots (marinière / roquefort). Why so many carrots? But what makes me give 2 stars is the time of payment when I am refused to pay for the entire meal in ANCV holiday vouchers. I had to insist on being able to spend 4 (€40) on a meal for 4 people with aperitifs, main courses, desserts. ANCV checks are not capped and it is not honest to show that we accept them and then only partially accept them when adding them under the pretext that “it costs too much tax to accept them”. Being referenced ANCV gives you visibility and you are not playing the game. Nothing obliges you to remain referenced ANCV.

25/05/2024: We went as a family to this cozy restaurant and all ate well and enjoyed it. We opted for 5x menus at €38 consisting of starter, main course & dessert. Please note the cheese plate is extra. The onion and melsat tart is original and good. The confit pork surprise is tender and melts in your mouth. I didn't really like the hot radish though. But the rest of the support was good. Then to finish the cookie and its Viennese chocolate in a glass. Very hearty! The setting is friendly and intimate, the tables not being close to each other. I recommend

23/08/2024: Superbe découverte ! Personnel charmant, cuisine raffinée et bien dosée en terme de quantité. Tout était très bon. Le patio sous la glycine centenaire est très agréable. A recommander sans hésitation !

15/08/2024: Nous sommes allés dîner au Lautrec avec confiance nous rappelant de bonnes expériences culinaires passées dans ce superbe cadre. Nous avons été déçus du service, très peu prévenant et stressé malgré les sourires affichés. Déçus également de la qualité et du dressage des plats. Bref un mauvais rapport qualité-accueil-prix.

14/01/2025: I never leave reviews, but this restaurant and its servers deserve to be known!! The dishes are quality, homemade, the buffet and clean example (plastic film on the sushi and raw salmon) very beautiful presentation of each dish, we feel the intention to do well in the presentation. Go there with your eyes closed!!! The servers are very friendly. Thank you ☺️

28/09/2024: First time for me, very pretty restaurant with careful decoration we were warmly welcomed by a very nice lady. very good value for money we took the menu for 20€, the minced skirt was delicious as well as the banofee Impeccable service, no waiting for us 🤩 We will come back with pleasure!!!!

25/09/2024: Customer reception in a non-chalant manner, ordering too quickly without us having time to read the menu. Waitress who allows physical contact with unknown customers, this is very disturbing. Bland dish, raw puff pastry when it's supposed to be cooked puff pastry. Marbled razor clams full of sand, extremely disturbing taste. For two people, a total of 67 euros, expensive to eat something that is not cooked or washed properly (if it is fresh...) In summary, here you pay for the unpleasant attitude, the tasteless and bland dishes, and the obligation to eat quickly. Other restaurants are of better quality and attractive prices not far from there.

29/08/2024: More than just a catering point. The owner has been there for years, passionate, smiling with a selection of fresh products and a love for her business. Whether it's hot or cold drinks or food, everything is bucolic and appreciated. Thank you ❤️
