14/08/2026: Wow! What a spectacular place! Being vegetarian in France can be a little ‘samey’, Le Robinson is absolute magic. The owners are friendly, explained everything we needed to know and were so wonderful. The drinks are great, I’d particularly recommend their homemade infusions. The food is all beautifully presented, and tastes delicious! Also the ability to compost anything you don’t eat is underrated. The terrace is a stunning place for a long lunch, the tables are spaced beautifully and there are lots of options even for bigger parties! The views are unrivalled, and even in the 39 degree heat the fans and shade made it cool and enjoyable. I highly recommend Le Robinson for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. There’s no place quite like it.

10/08/2026: The place is truly magnificent, however the meal is rather simple with a few salads and vegetarian tapas – honestly, nothing exceptional. The manager is pleasant but very pushy about drinks… I don't think I'll be back. Furthermore, and this is important, it's not an all-you-can-eat buffet as we were limited to two passes and there was a limit on certain items like spring rolls (one per plate).

We had the opportunity to organize training sessions there for IA Pro Academy, and the setting is absolutely ideal: pleasant, calm, professional, and perfectly suited for hosting productive work sessions. The staff is fantastic—available, welcoming, and highly professional. Everything runs smoothly, is well-organized, and offers excellent service. Special mention also goes to the catering: the food is delicious, making the experience even more enjoyable during a training day. I highly recommend this venue for its setting, the warm welcome, and the overall quality of the service.

14/08/2026: No complaints about the brasserie as a whole. However, I was quite shocked that I was refused a carafe of water when I was simply there for a soda and wasn't eating in. It was 37°C at 2 p.m., in the middle of a heatwave. Refusing to serve water in such conditions seems particularly absurd to me… I find it all the more regrettable because, in the context of such intense heat, access to water should be a given.

01/09/2026: SHAMEFUL!! We bought two McFlurries, and neither was even half full, with only two drops of caramel. All this for €4.30 each! This is becoming truly catastrophic.

20/08/2026: Very nice setting and pleasant service. A minor drawback was the chef's "techno" dessert; it was more savory than sweet, making it more of an appetizer than a dessert.

20/08/2026: A… conceptual experience. The Caesar salad came with olive oil ice cream so sweet that I spent part of the meal wondering if it had been switched with the dessert. Then came the chef's "techno" dessert: peas, wasabi mousse, strawberry/red berry ice cream and coulis, parmesan crisps… On paper, it's audacious. On the plate, I mostly felt like I was witnessing a meeting of flavors that had never intended to be together. I like being surprised at restaurants. Here, I was mostly surprised that someone had tasted it before serving. Two stars for the service and the audacity (because it took some).

24/06/2026: There were five of us watching the France vs. Iraq match. The drinks were alright. The food was a disaster. The tapas were ridiculously expensive; for €23, two croquettes were practically fighting over each other. And the service was incredibly rude. The only positive was that several screens made it easy to follow France's victory!

02/06/2026: We discovered La Réserve on social media and we weren't disappointed! We had brunch there on a Saturday and everything was excellent. A warm welcome, a very pleasant setting, a varied and generous buffet, and delicious dishes. A great place that we can't wait to return to.

31/05/2026: Endless wait (the meal lasted 4 hours in total, even though the restaurant wasn't full), decent starter although the foie gras lacked accompaniments, tasteless fish dishes, meat that wasn't tender enough, and an overly sweet dessert. The decor is outdated; only the view is magnificent. We won't be back.

03/06/2026: A delightful surprise. Homemade food. Excellent value for money. Impeccable service. You have to appreciate classical music, which transports you to another world, paired with excellent dishes.

05/04/2026: Lunch on Easter Sunday was a pure delight for the taste buds. Excellent cuisine, with very fresh ingredients, top-notch service, a simple yet very, very good restaurant! A very friendly atmosphere – simply the best!

23/07/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 3 children (aged 4 to 11) during a heatwave. Upon checking in late at 22:30, the room was boiling hot. The staff admitted that they forgot to turn on the AC in advance because they 'missed our booking in the right computer', even though we booked 2 weeks prior. The front desk promised the room would cool down in 1-2 hours, but the AC barely blew any air. I ended up sleeping only 3 hours after placing a wet towel on my back to survive the heat. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel the next morning to resolve the issue, the hotel staff hung up on them 3 times in a row. They offered a 15 € breakfast discount for the kids on checkout, but that does not compensate for a completely sleepless night for a family of five. Avoid this hotel if you travel with children during summer.

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: ​​very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.
