23/08/2024: How to say?! It was ridiculous. He thinks he's chic with a young vibe, but with supermarket cheese and cold meats, we're not there at all. Even the burrata from Intermarché is creamier than the one presented in this restaurant. In short, mediocre and to be avoided.

14/09/2024: Why all these positive reviews??? The place is quite cute but we get accosted in the street by the waiter the service is deplorable. we kept our plates empty for 45 minutes while the waitresses and the waiter walked past us EMPTY HANDS 1 hour later the dish arrives: duck aiguillettes and porcini mushroom sauce: very little taste of porcini mushrooms!!!! I ask the waiter for a knife and he brings it to the next table, the table on the other side asks for salt and pepper and the waiter places it on our table….. result 2h30 watch in hand for a fairly average meal We took a bottle of rosé from Provence for €22 -> very bad I advise against When leaving, the manager sent us a little sorry!!!!!

29/09/2024: What a joy to play on such a beautiful course! Views of the castle, the cathedral, the route runs along the Tarn for a while Superb trees, a scent of Tuscany sometimes, a very friendly welcome and the perfectly maintained grounds! Well done everyone and thank you for this good time

08/06/2024: It is rare to find a very good hotel like this with a very good restaurant offering dishes cooked with so much passion (made by 2 very good cooks). Very well maintained rooms with all the comfort expected. Very bright, clean, pleasant, good bedding and all the amenities. The service is PERFECT!!! Pleasant staff who listen to you. Present but discreet. Helpful (we asked at the last minute for an improved aperitif for more than twenty people just before dinner, result: small verrines and toasts accompanied by a kir de Gaillac. IPPECABLE!!). You would have to be very picky to find fault. I want to remain neutral and look for the small detail: The elevator would have been a little bigger for more people and luggage (but there is a nice big staircase), one per shower a little wider so as not to wet the carpet, a larger bathtub for people over 1m70 (or a walk-in shower would have been more practical).....but these are just details. A very good 2-day stay with a very good table and large, hearty and well-stocked breakfast, impeccable service with quality staff, ... keep it up!!! It's everything we love and ask for. Best wishes. 24/05/2025: Slow service. Average food. The soft dessert was extremely dry, with four strawberries and a little whipped cream... Not at all what you'd expect from this kind of restaurant. Very disappointing...

28/11/2024: Very good brasserie with a very pleasant outdoor terrace, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly, and every time I go there to eat or drink I am never disappointed. I recommend it.

25/10/2024: I see open until 7 p.m. on Google. I finish my work. I decide to go eat at 2:15 p.m. I am told that the dishes are cold. I will go eat a pizza in the vending machine. Afterwards, we are surprised that there is a lack of customers in the brasseries.

28/09/2024: First time for me, very pretty restaurant with careful decoration we were warmly welcomed by a very nice lady. very good value for money we took the menu for 20€, the minced skirt was delicious as well as the banofee Impeccable service, no waiting for us 🤩 We will come back with pleasure!!!!

25/09/2024: Customer reception in a non-chalant manner, ordering too quickly without us having time to read the menu. Waitress who allows physical contact with unknown customers, this is very disturbing. Bland dish, raw puff pastry when it's supposed to be cooked puff pastry. Marbled razor clams full of sand, extremely disturbing taste. For two people, a total of 67 euros, expensive to eat something that is not cooked or washed properly (if it is fresh...) In summary, here you pay for the unpleasant attitude, the tasteless and bland dishes, and the obligation to eat quickly. Other restaurants are of better quality and attractive prices not far from there.

29/08/2024: More than just a catering point. The owner has been there for years, passionate, smiling with a selection of fresh products and a love for her business. Whether it's hot or cold drinks or food, everything is bucolic and appreciated. Thank you ❤️

14/01/2025: I never leave reviews, but this restaurant and its servers deserve to be known!! The dishes are quality, homemade, the buffet and clean example (plastic film on the sushi and raw salmon) very beautiful presentation of each dish, we feel the intention to do well in the presentation. Go there with your eyes closed!!! The servers are very friendly. Thank you ☺️
